In the wreckage of the abandoned floor, Su Pei looked at his right arm that had just been cut off, and then suddenly laughed.

After using her abilities to heal her wounds, she finally determined how horrible she had been when she came to this place.

It was her unique power, occasionally derived from the twelfth scene, like the "sight-breaking" ability that only Joan of Arc had in the Holy See.

Unlike those of the Holy Cultists, this visual enhancement is only able to passively amplify the body's visual response in the first stage, prolonging the wavelength of the reception when it occurs.

For Su Pei, the system of "Broken Vision", which is the opposite of her own magic circuit, has evolved to a strange point, and she can use this pair of eyes to see the unique colors of all the senior people within a two-kilometer radius around her.

It's unclear what that guy is, but it's certain.

Special Containment Procedures: All living instances of SCP-3199 are to be kept at Site-114 in a Keter-class control room, the walls of which are to be covered with two centimeters of acid-resistant steel. A two-meter space is to be maintained between the chamber and the secondary containment chamber.

The secondary containment chamber contains all active instances of SCP-3199, which are secured in sturdy and transparent solid containment blocks (currently using acrylic resin).

The solid block is at least 3 meters high, and a security guard is to be stationed outside the containment chamber at all times. Access to the containment chamber requires an eight-digit code from the current Site-114 supervisor, and permission to observe SCP-3199's appearance and behavior. In any case, CCTV equipment is to be kept in the corner of the containment chamber for observation.

The Level 2 containment chamber is to be inspected periodically for damage. All active sexual activity is to be recorded in order to be notified to the current Director of Site-114.

See Addendum 3199-03 for details of the interim recall procedures. Experiments involving the use of living SCP-3199 are prohibited with the permission of at least two Level 4 or higher personnel.

As of June 12, 2017, four instances of SCP-3199 have been contained.

Description: SCP-3199 is a sentient humanoid species of unknown origin, with tissue samples showing traces of DNA from domestic chickens (Gallus gallus) and chimpanzees (Pan troglodytes). Instances of SCP-3199 are hairless, have a layer of albumin on their bodies, and are 2.9 meters tall on average. A mature individual weighs about 780 kg, and its cub weighs 360 kg. Presumably due to the nature of SCP-3199's reproductive cycle, SCP-3199's neck is misaligned, and can be twisted 340°.

SCP-3199 is an opportunistic predator that will attack organisms within a radius of 0.6 km from an immature juvenile specimen within an unknown range of [strikethrough]. Records show an average speed of 25km/h. Upon contact with humans or animals, SCP-3199 will perform [REDACTED], liquefiing internal organs and skeletal structures. The corpse is transported to the juvenile to provide them with nutrition.

Instances of SCP-3199 have been observed to produce a large egg with a grayish-white rubber appearance. The eggs pass through the subject's stomach, esophagus, and then to the mouth, where they are exhaled with a viscous red substance (which was first identified as some form of placenta and which chemical analysis has shown to be highly corrosive). SCP-3199 exhibits extreme distress during the process, which staff described as "no different from screaming".

Possibly due to a biologically entrenched method of avoiding extinction, SCP-3199 produces its eggs to fill the available space. The limits of this anomaly are unknown, and as such may result in the transformation of LK-class species. SCP-3199's process can be simply terminated. However, the process of eradicating this process is - [strikethrough] impossible [strikethrough] - difficult, as all instances of SCP-3199 (regardless of age) will produce eggs in their stomachs, thus ensuring the survival of at least one instance in any case.

Egg samples have been shown to be extremely resilient and do not show significant damage in the following cases:

• Extreme blunt force impact

• Ambient pressure in excess of 180,000 psi

• High-precision blades (zigzag and non-zigzag) cutting

• Long-term exposure to acids.

Close-range precision blasting has been proposed, but has not yet been tested. Thermal radiation accelerates the hatching of eggs, thus posing a risk of a containment breach due to the explosion (see Addendum 3199-04 for details).

SCP-3199 underwent a containment breach on 10/06/2017, correcting its object class to Keter. SCP-3199's original method of sealing water has been contacted, and the current method of sealing resin has been used.
