From one body, my body is heaven and earth, heaven and earth are my body, the people of the world are me, and I am the people of the world. Regardless of whether you are a person or me, you are the instrument of entering the Tao. If there is a small amount of mustard, it will be lost. Those who are aspiring to cultivate the Tao will take advantage of the time to make progress and use their efforts to achieve a season when the essence and spirit are mixed into one, so as to wait for the opportunity to come. Don't expect everything to start, it's a waste of time. Flickering and flickering, day after day, the white horse is easy to pass, and it is a few times to see a wave. ”

Xiao Tianshu said: "How can we realize the Great Dao? ”

Lu Dongbin said with a smile: "Among the Three Realms, the heart is the main thing. The mind can vipassana, that is, it is stained by dirt for a while, and it will eventually realize the avenue. If the mind cannot look inward, it will eventually fall. Therefore, the first chapter of the Tao Te Ching says that "there are often people who want to observe its knack", and look at this knack. Those who "often have no desire to see the wonder" are also wonderful in this trick. Taishang said: "Since the immeasurable eons, I have been mindful of vipassana, so that there is no wonderful way. "If students want to concentrate, they should first go to vipassana, and then talk about progress when their hearts are like the autumn pool and the bright moon."

Xiao Tianshu said: "Originally, I thought that I would first study and then cultivate the Fa, but I didn't expect that the magic is second, and the mind is contemplated first!" ”

Lu Dongbin said with a smile: "Those who have just entered the entrance, don't need him to ask, from today onwards, if you want to have no semen leakage, you will be on the immortal ladder, and you will be the seed of a baby." Cultivation skills, such as pumping bananas and peeling bamboo shoots, seek progress layer by layer, and must stop at the end. Those who learn the Tao must all be hidden, and the most taboo is to be discerning. Therefore, it is said: "If people do not hide, they cannot obtain the essence of the Tao." Everything sprouts, and it depends on one heart. If the heart moves, it will move, and if it moves, it will be combined with the gods. Therefore, it is said that the way of sincerity can be known in advance, and God knows it, and it exists in others. Cultivation is always a refinement. There is the nature of destiny and temperament. Originally, the void spirit is the nature of destiny. Ordinary daily use is the nature of temperament. Today, the nature of destiny is covered by the nature of temperament. If the nature of temperament is refined, the nature of destiny will appear, and the Tao will be self-satisfied. ”

Xiao Tianshu said: "Dao Ancestor, Heaven and Earth Xuanzong, Wan Qi Root, what does the word Qi mean?" ”

Lu Dongbin said with a smile: "The innate Qi is invisible, and it can give birth to all forms, so it is the root of the heavens, the earth, the people, and the creatures, and the source of the Tao is here." The mantra is a few paragraphs, and the source of the sexual body will not hesitate to exhaust the undisclosed opportunities of the sages in the past. Although the truth is contained in the book, the Fa is still passed on in the mouth, and it must wait for the true transmission of the holy master's mantra, and the first thing to do is to have a solution. Scholars should not pretend to be smart. Ordinary cultivators do not know where to start, like blindly touching an elephant. Starting with various methods, as everyone knows, this has passed the station and cannot get off the train. Q: What is your practice? Do you have six links? Is the sun god out? Jin Dancheng or not? Can I summon ghosts? Will it rain? Are there any kinds of tricks? Are there all kinds of spells? Such chatter is like mining for treasure! But I don't know that although the mineral deposits are abundant, everyone is not lacking! It's a burden to carry! If you have a coal mine, you want to have an iron mine, and then a gold mine..... There is no end. ”

Xiao Tianshu said with a smile: "Dao Ancestor thinks I'm asking too much, but do people have mines?" ”

Lu Dongbin said with a smile: "People have a mine, which seems to be richer than me, but I will covet him, and further deceive him to coax him, steal him and rob him." And when you see that there is a true treasure and sacrifice your body as a person without self, as if it is different from the Tao, you will move to lead him to confuse him. Development is the last word, and harmony is the last word behind the last word. For example, when traveling far away, you should argue between the north and the south. This is the foundation of hiking. And what is that door? Yuan Zhen! The old way is here to tell you! No matter how you practice and behave, only faith is the door! Honesty is the key! Take the Qing as the foundation, take the quiet as the root! For example, the breathing of qi, the guidance of meditation, and so on are all branches and leaves, attached to the trunk of the tree, relying on the roots to absorb nutrients. If you plant that tree, thick can be ten hugs, high can be thousands of feet, the crown covers a hundred acres, if there is no root, its original does not exist, let you be majestic, will eventually be ruined. ”
