Therefore, if there is no sympathetic movement of yin and yang, there is no nature, and there is no life. It can be seen that the sympathy of yin and yang is the basic condition for the production of life activities. ”

Yin and Yang immediately refers to the existence of two opposing aspects of Yin and Yang in all things or phenomena in the world, such as up and down, heaven and earth, movement and stillness, rise and fall, etc., in which the upper is yang, the lower is yin, the sky is yang, the earth is yin, movement is yang, stillness is yin, ascending belongs to yang, descending belongs to yin. The opposing yin and yang are interdependent, and neither can exist separately from the other. If the top is yang, the bottom is yin, and if there is no top, it doesn't matter if there is down; Hot is yang, cold is yin, and without cold there is no heat. Therefore, it can be said that Yang is dependent on Yin, Yin is dependent on Yang, and each party is the condition of its own existence with the existence of the other side of its opposite, which is the mutual feeling of Yin and Yang.
