Chapter 580: Cultivation (1)
It is really difficult to cultivate, and it is good to have a good master, but before you find it, it is also a good choice to carefully read the materials and learn to realize yourself.
In this process, if people really have the heart to apprentice to the master, they will naturally meet the master, rather than necessarily waiting until the master to study.
After all, apprenticeship is not so simple, there are many things that need to be given up, many people do not have the conditions to give up everything to study with a teacher, and there are many achievers who practice at home.
Some people feel that there will be problems if they practice indiscriminately without the Master's teaching, and the actual Fa is divided into two kinds, one is the Law Popularization and the other is the Secret Law, which is more suitable for the public to study on their own, and generally does not cause problems; the Secret Law is easy to deviate because it needs to be taught by the Master, and in the process of cultivation, it is necessary to take strict care to avoid making mistakes.
This is not necessarily worse than the secret law, the law is not superior, everyone's situation is different, and the exercises that suit them are not the same.
All day long, I am not saying that cultivation is difficult, that there is no teacher, that is, there is no way to start.
But when I asked if I had read the Gongshi Sutra and whether I had insisted on the homework Sutra in the morning and evening, my head shook and flew out. I sigh all day long that there is no fate, no chance.
In a word, people are cowards who are prone to making excuses for themselves.
Ask today, you, a Taoist priest, can draw this talisman, and tomorrow will you talk about this and that Fa?
It's as if he is the only one in the world who understands everything. Today you say that you are a Taoist priest who is persistent, and tomorrow you will say that he is a mage who is right and wrong. You must know that Taoist priests, after all, are people who have experienced religious practice, and mages need to be able to take on the role of those who are equivalent in the Dharma and morality.
In Chinese tradition, there is a saying of respecting teachers and respecting the way. In the Taoist sect, there are precepts that do not judge the right and wrong of the teacher. When you don't achieve the same level and the same realm, you don't have the ability to distinguish between right and wrong, and you are not qualified to judge right and wrong, let alone judge the gains and losses of mistakes.
As the saying goes: if you can't do it, you don't have a voice. Regardless of status, as long as there is a Taoist, even if it is a baby, a slave, or a beggar, he should ask for it.
The "heart", "sincerity" and "faith" of seeking the Tao are the minimum bargaining chips for people to seek the Tao, and at the same time, they are also the most basic way to get along with each other. Therefore, there is "the heart starts from sincerity, and the incense comes from the letter." Verses.
Every person who has the Tao has gone through a lot of hardships to obtain this "Tao", and if you want to get this "Tao" from them, you must pay more sincerity.
Between people, it's just a heart-to-heart comparison!
Thinking too high about oneself means building a high wall on the road to trap oneself in it at the beginning of walking, so what to repair and what to ask for.
Since he has become a frog at the bottom of a well, everything is just a name for strength! Since he dug a pit and lay down in it by himself, of course we outsiders can't care about him. While he was still complacent, everyone else was already gone.
An understanding of the meaning of the scriptures out of context, and as insight. Because the linguistic, cultural and social environment has changed dramatically, the written context has also changed with it, which is difficult to understand traditional culture.
But there are also people who will add their own creativity to their heads to create their own vanity, and some people once said that the Tao Te Ching is a book about men and women, or that the Tao Te Ching is a masterpiece of economics.
The idea of eliciting oneself is good, but if it is based on misinterpreting one's predecessors, then it is a great disrespect for culture.
All day long, all the Taoist groups hear the same question, "How can I see ghosts?" Everyone has curiosity, but too much curiosity makes ghosts unpleasant.
People have laws, ghosts have ghost laws, and casually provoking ghosts is destroying the laws of people and ghosts. Whoever violates this law will be punished by the Great Dao.
And the law thieves often post some false rumors that they don't know where they come from, either to discuss "opening the eyes of the sky" or to preach "catching ghosts and driving away demons" everywhere!
The gods and immortals can't tolerate others competing for the first place, only "my" is orthodox, and everyone else's is aside. Anyway, whatever you say, refute it, and even if what you say is right, without seeing what is going on, just cobble together some words to refute you. Oppose only for the sake of opposition, and not for other reasons.
In the actual cultivation of the Dao Gate, each method needs to be linked to the actual cultivation level of the Dao Quality, and it is systematically hierarchical. It's not that you can do whatever you want, you can practice whatever you want.
There is a strict hierarchy of status in the Daomen. The dispatch of soldiers and generals all need Taoist duties, or they need to have extremely high morality.
It is impossible for ordinary magic enthusiasts to produce practical results without undergoing the guidance of their teachers and systematic Taoist learning.
Drawing talismans, opening light, transcendence, etc., can only be performed by high-level mages, not ordinary Taoist priests. In general, a high-level master will only produce one or two Taoist temples, and only a few will be produced in a region.
The four stages of Daomen Neidan cultivation!
1. Build a foundation
Foundation building is the preparatory stage for Neidan's cultivation, and it can also be regarded as the first stage. It is required to fill in the deficit and make up for the deficiency, refine the three treasures of the body's essence, qi and spirit, refine and cultivate to the fullest, and achieve the "three perfections" world of essence, qi and prosperity. Just like building a high-rise building, the first thing to lay a foundation is, generally after a hundred days, so it is called "100 days to build a foundation", in fact, not necessarily everyone has to "100 days", some people may be longer, some people may be shorter.
The key to building a foundation lies in "refining oneself", that is, to wipe the dirt and dirt of distracting thoughts on one's own thoughts, and to be spotless.
It is the true nature of my stillness, the true meaning of movement, and it is also another name for the primordial god.
The method of refining oneself is to cut off the sound and lust, save the entertainment, so that the ears and eyes are pure, and the distracting thoughts are eliminated.
The process of refining oneself is the process of building a foundation. Only by watching and listening, with a pure heart and few desires, can we cultivate the essence of the yuan, the vitality, and the yuanshen, and reach the realm of the three perfections.
2. Refining and refining gas
Refining and refining qi, also known as Xiao Zhoutian and Bairiguan, is the second stage of Neidan cultivation, that is, the combination of essence and qi to become qi, and to achieve "three to two". The initial method is to connect the two veins of appointment and supervision, and open up the "little Zhoutian". That is, use the power of the mind to refine the qi, and reinforce the qi from the perineum, the tail of the lube to the ridge up to the mud pill, and then descend the dantian, so that the repeated operation, called "river car pass".
Refining and refining gas is also known as "Chuguan". The specific exercise is called "Xiao Zhoutian". Because the refining and refining of qi Xiao Zhou Tian is related to the gossip of the day after tomorrow, and the gossip of the day after tomorrow represents the heart and kidney, water and fire of the human body with Kanli, the meridian in the twelve earthly branches, and the north and south in the direction, so "Xiao Zhoutian" also has the names of "Kanli**", "Take the Kan to fill in", "Water and Fire are both good", "Heart and kidney intersect" and so on. The small week is also known as the "Meridian week".
Xiao Zhou Tiangong is to use the meridian circulation, open up the method of appointing the governor, take the hurdles and fill in the Qiankun, and restore the innate gossip vitality. The Xiao Zhou Tian Gong method is divided into the following levels.
1. Adjust your body
The practice of Zhou Tiangong generally adopts a sitting posture, and it is divided into several types: double-disc sitting, single-disc sitting, and natural sitting.
After adjusting the sitting posture, straighten the back, relax the whole body, close the eyes slightly, close the lips, the tongue against the palate, and breathe evenly, in a natural state.
You can also use a supine position, and the pillow should not be too high, but two inches is appropriate. Other requirements require the same sitting position.
Second, the adjustment of medicine
"Medicine" refers to essence, qi and spirit, and regulating medicine means regulating essence, qi and spirit. The essence is adjusted, the essence is full of natural qi, the qi is full of natural essence, and the spirit is naturally prosperous.
The key to adjusting medicine is to "concentrate the mind into the air pocket", and the concentration is to clear the mind and calm the heart, so that if the mind is dead, the air pocket is the dantian. After the mind and spirit are cleared, they are condensed in the lower dantian.
Concentrating into the air cavity and feeling that the time of the living child has come, it means that the medicine has been produced in the lower dantian, and the acquired essence has turned into the innate essence.
3. Drug production
The drugs produced by Zhou Tiangong are generally divided into three types: external medicine, internal medicine, and major medicine.
It is a drug produced successively in the stage of refining and refining gas, and the big medicine is a drug formed by the combination of internal and external drugs in the stage of transforming the gods.
When the time of the child comes, it means that the foreign medicine has been produced. In contrast to the "time of the living child", there are the time of the dead child and the time of the positive child. The time of the dead child refers to the time of the first birth from midnight to midnight.
When the Zhengzi is generated, when the Xiao Zhou Tian Gong Fa is proficient and enters the Great Zhou Tian Gong Fa, the "six vibrations" produced by the body. When he was alive, he was in a trance anytime and anywhere in the Xiao Zhou Tian Gong Fa, and he felt the light penetrating his eyes, the whole body was harmonious, the air pockets were warm, and the yang was erect.
When the external medicine is alive, it is the innate true yin ancestral qi born from the inside at the beginning of Xiao Zhoutian's operation. It should be noted that when the child is alive, it must come naturally when the innate essence is full, and it should not be deliberately pursued, and it should not be boosted by seedlings. When the "living child" is still to collect medicine into the furnace in time, not to be contaminated by the slightest evil thought, and not to disturb the ancestral qi of the original god, in case it goes crazy.
Fourth, collect medicine
Once the foreign medicine is produced, it is necessary to collect the medicine into the furnace in time, and quickly use the fire to make the external medicine return to the air pocket, that is, to use the method of strengthening the consciousness to make the seeds (foreign medicine) return to the furnace in time and not to get lost. The trick of collecting medicine, that is, "fire forces gold".
