8. Bathing

It refers to the "fire resting" and "stopping" in the process of refining the fire and withdrawing the talisman, which is a method of adjusting the fire. "Bathing when you are young", "Bathing when you are unitary". That is, when entering the yang fire to the Mao Palace, it does not enter the fire, and when the Yin Fu is withdrawn to the Yougong Palace, it does not retreat. If you don't enter the fire or retreat, you will breathe without heart, and you will rest for a while in order to recuperate.

It is also known as stopping the fire, which refers to the expiration of the refining and transportation of the fire (if you add the bathing of Mao You, it is 360 waits), and when the sun appears three times (the two eyebrows and the hall flashes three times), the fire should be stopped in time and the operation of the river car should be stopped.
