"You're not like him, are you, Philam? You're not just gears and clockwork. She said. "You have thoughts, you have consciousness. ”
"Maybe I'm made up of gears and bearings, but I have dreams, like everyone else. ”
"I know you're dreaming of getting out of here. You must be lonely in the cupboard. Come with me. We can leave now and go together. Oriana said.
"Leave?" said Philam's expression fell. "I'm afraid I don't understand what you're talking about. ”
"You must have heard the sleepless hustle and bustle of Zuan, and you must have heard of the wonders of Piltover?" asked Oriana.
Philam raised his head.
"My favorite thing is to take the screaming elevator at sunset and catch the last golden rays of the sun," says Orianna, "and from the top of the gate, you can see the whole harbor outside the barrage gates, and the sparkling endless sea." On it, you can imagine the taste of distant lands. ”
Oriana's copper ball swirled and buzzed in the air, giving her a blow on the shoulder again.
"I think it's the right time," she said. "Philam, would you like to see the world? We can leave together, right now. I can protect you. ”
"I can't think of anything better than that. He said.
Orianna circled around the glass cabinet, looking for a place to open it. There is a padlock on the base of the cabinet that locks a small door. She raised her fist and slammed it into the padlock, which opened in one fell swoop.
A night watchman approached.
"Hey!
Orianna gave the bronze ball a glance at the night watchman, slamming into his helmet with a metallic crash, and then levitating in the air waiting for the next command. Orianna nodded, and the orb emitted a flash of energy. The Night's Watch was struck by the energy and raised her baton to smash the orb, which spun in the air before returning to her.
The second night watchman ran towards Oriana. She tried to drag Framam out, but his chair got stuck in the doorway.
"Fram, can you do another trick?"
The copper ball emits a high-energy noise that surrounds the first night watchman. His metal helmet was sparkling outward.
"Trick?" Philam reached into his sleeve and conjured flowers. Oriana had to dodge the Night's Watch.
"It's not this, it's another!"
Celeste used to be a saboteur on the black street of Zuan. She is irritable, hot-tempered, vicious, and disdainful of authority. Wei has been alone since she was a child, so she has developed a survival instinct and a vicious and mean sense of humor. Now, Vi works with the Piltover guards to maintain the peace of Pitt City. Relying on a pair of giant Hextech fists in her hand, whether it is an iron wall or a psychological defense, it is not a problem.
Vi has almost no memories of her childhood, and the fragments she can remember are also unbearable for her to look back on. She grew up with an underground gang and soon learned to use her mind and fists to survive. A pair of steel and iron bones is just as crucial, and everyone who has met Wei will see her ability to use brute force or words to settle troublesome things. Most of the time, of course, it's the former.
When Wei was young, the old people around her didn't know anything about her parents and her origins. Most people speculate that her parents died in an industrial accident, but sadly, industrial accidents in Zaun are commonplace. Some elderly people said that they vaguely remembered that Wei was from the "House of Hope". The dilapidated orphanage was nestled in the cave-filled cliffs of Zuan. There was also a famous gutter maniac thug who said on his deathbed that he had picked it up, while she was lying in a double cradle, abandoned in the ruins of an alchemy laboratory. In the end, Vi gave up any plans to pursue her parents. She began to understand that some things are better not knowing than knowing.
Vi gradually made a name for herself in the gangsters of the underground city, and rumors about her origins began to emerge. Her pink hair makes her the most recognisable figure in the streets of Zaun, chased by angry shopkeepers and running through the glittering arcades of the border markets, swaggering down the colorful markets of narrow alleys, or hitchhiking on Hex's pressure delivery to Piltover. As long as there is a planned robbery or a scam in the making, there must be a share of Wei. Although she is notoriously troublemaker, she strictly follows her own rules: stealing things must not ruin people, and hurting people must not indiscriminately harm innocents.
As she grows and matures, Vi forms her own gang, and the small fights as children eventually turn into a rampage between adults. She is unreasonable, tyrannical and perverse, and her passion for fists is still beyond ordinary people. Although she was always able to hold on to the end of the dispute, she often had a bruised nose and swollen face and new injuries. Years of gang life have led Vi to meet the owner of a bar on the outskirts of Narrow Alley, and the two have become good friends. The bar owner succeeds in convincing her of dangerous tendencies that can lead to self-destruction, reinforcing Vi's code of conduct, teaching her how to exercise self-control in battle, and even teaching her how to channel her unquenchable anger.
Although the barowner has been subtly guiding Vi, her gang has always been in Zu'an, because the alchemy barons have also turned a blind eye. They knew Vi and her men would come in handy. Wei quickly became famous, accepting money from people to eliminate disasters for others, and never asked more. Although a criminal career was all she had, Righteousness began to torture her conscience more and more often, because she could not avoid the destruction caused by herself and the rest of the gang.
The last straw that broke Wei's conscience was a robbery in collaboration with other gangs that targeted an alchemy technology mining facility that had recently dug up crystal-rich veins. Vi overhears the miners' chats in the bar and learns when a batch of ore will be paid, so she begins to plot to rob the mine owner of his money. Her plan needed more people to carry it out, so Vi had to bring in the Fangmu Devils to act together. The plan was originally going well, but unexpectedly, the boss of the Devil Gang manipulated an alchemy-powered mining golem and killed the mine owner with a bursting iron fist. His younger brothers drove the miners into the mines, blew up the entrances and exits, and finally overloaded the mining golem system to kill people. This act of reckless disregard for human life and wanton destruction made Wei furious. What a perfect crime, but it was all ruined by this group of madmen!
