For example, if a person thinks that the road of life is full of traps, he is afraid of falling when he goes out, he is afraid of getting into an accident, and he is afraid of being fooled when he makes friends, then the reality in which he is located is a dangerous reality, and if he is not careful, he will really cause trouble. Another example: if a person thinks that many people in this world are bloody people who are righteous and angry, then this person will always meet friends who are like him.

Because people see the world selectively, they only see and pay attention to what they believe, and they will not pay attention to what they don't believe, or even turn a blind eye.

Therefore, the reality in which people live is attracted by their minds, and they are also attracted by the reality that is consistent with their own minds.

This mutual attraction is carried out all the time in a way that is difficult for people to perceive and subconscious.

If a person's mind is negative or ugly, then his environment is also negative or ugly, and if a person's mind is positive and good, then his environment is also positive or good.

If a person can control his mind and focus on people, things, and things that are beneficial to him, positive, and good, then that person will attract beneficial, positive, and kind people, things, and things into his life, and people and things that are beneficial, positive, and kind will also attract him to the past.

Therefore, controlling the mind is the basic idea of destiny building.

Whatever people believe, life will lead to!

If a person is truly convinced that something will happen, it will happen to that person, regardless of whether it is good or evil, good or bad.

For example, if a person is convinced that positive things will happen to him, positive things will happen.

And if a person is convinced that his life is short, then that person will die soon.

Therefore, replacing bad beliefs with good beliefs is the principle of destiny.

From this point of view, having good faith is a blessing, and if you want to be blessed yourself, you must establish good faith.

Relaxation is the key to developing one's potential, and meditation can help one get into it.

People can only achieve the best results when the mind is relaxed, any slackness or impatience in the mentality will bring bad results, what mentality is the best mentality?

The clearer the more thoughtless, the better!

Aim at the ideal personality, ideal realm, ideal interpersonal relationship and ideal life that people want, and then relax their minds, work hard, do what people should do, and don't always worry about when these things will come, then the arrival of these things can sometimes be surprisingly fast.

On the contrary, if the more anxious the person is about the result, the less he will be able to get the desired result, or even the opposite.

It's not a coincidence, it's not superstition, it's a law, it's a law of relaxation.

It is also worth noting that the so-called non-thoughtless is not that there is no thought in the heart, but that there is a thought but does not dwell, and "the mind is born without dwelling".

In fact, human life can only live in the present moment, and everything else is an illusion in the mind!

Taoism is an empirical religion, and people cannot control the past or the future, but only their thoughts, words, and actions in the present moment.

The past and the future do not exist, only the present is real, so the focus and starting point of building destiny can only be the "present", and there is no other way.

If people are always mourning the past, they will be trapped in the old reality that they want to change, and if they are always worried about the future, people's worries will draw into reality what they do not want to happen.

Focus only on adjusting your thoughts, words, and actions in the moment, and fate will unconsciously develop for good.

Eighty percent of the results are achieved in the last twenty percent of time and effort.

It is a very important law that people can only get 20% of the results of their time and efforts before achieving their goals, and many people lose confidence and give up because they cannot see obvious results for a long time when they pursue their goals.

It is important to know that the cultivation of fate is a long-term thing, so you must have enough patience.

Don't expect the first 80 percent of your efforts to be rewarded, as long as you don't give up, the last 20 percent of your efforts will make a qualitative leap.

If you do good, you don't see good, and you have shortcomings in your previous life. Do evil and don't see evil, and there is more virtue in the previous life.

Persuade the monarch not to do evil, karmic retribution is only self-accepting, persuade the monarch to do more good, eliminate karma and increase blessings.

At the beginning of the cultivation, as soon as you recognize the illusion, you will be enchanted, and the slightest carelessness will kill you!

Only if you can save yourself safely, anything that has not been repaired, such as nostalgia for wealth, infatuation with women, and pursuit of power, if you can't let go of it a little bit, at this time, it will kill him.

What is the purpose of monasticism?

After entering the Tao, people generally have a lot of auxiliary methods.

Now many people will regard these as a subject, but in fact, it is also a bit biased, it is more of an auxiliary to Neidan.

Daomen takes "longevity and long-term vision" as its main purpose, and "becoming an immortal and preaching the Tao" as its ultimate pursuit, and all laws do not deviate from this root.

There are some convincing skills, some guiding skills, fasting, chanting, knocking teeth, stopping speech, begging, including fragrant soup bathing, and so on, and people see all kinds of methods, and the premise of using these methods is to take the cultivation of the Dan Tao as the main body, supplemented by these external methods, these promising methods.

Instead of saying that the main idea is abolished, people work it, and then it is biased.

People's whole human body is in a natural environment, just like a melting pot, in this melting pot to cultivate themselves, naturally this qi and blood begin to flow in such an environment, plus your own cultivation, plus a mental adjustment, a restraint of self, qi and blood begin to circulate.

At this time, it began to enter the scene that many people would appear, seven illusions and twelve touches.

Often, these situations occur precisely because people have lost a lot of things.

Some feel hot, hot all over the body, some feel cold, extremely cold, some feel swelling, some feel numb, some seem to have electricity walking on the body, some feel that there are real insects, and suddenly the whole body fills the whole room and even the whole world, so big that it is boundless, without any physical obstruction, it shrinks from time to time, like a grain of rice, it is too small to be smaller, it can't feel the body, it doesn't feel any obstacles, it is unobstructed, these are all hallucinations, and they are the most rudimentary, the most elementary hallucination.

People have a purpose, no matter what situation or feeling arises, they will not be recognized, that is, they will not be recognized.

"Oh, where have I been, here I am, oops, I've finally experienced happiness, I've experienced something......"

This kind of recognition, as soon as you recognize it, you will be enchanted, and you can't recognize it, not to mention that the "Seven Illusions and Twelve Touches" at the beginning are not demons at all, but the most basic, and it is a very short process to go through at the beginning.

Don't be nostalgic, I had this feeling before, why didn't I have it later?

Try again, find that feeling, is it a regression?

Actually, it is precisely the progress, that thing, it is a very short, very short thing, precisely because the true nature does not settle down, and as it continues to go deeper, the self-nature is so correct, and after the true nature is settled, these things are gone.

It's the same as the feeling of not getting started before meditating, as if there is nothing. Don't be nostalgic, don't be attached, even if you become an immortal, don't be attached.

I just blindly follow the Dharma of the patriarch and go forward.

From the precept to the determination, according to the patriarch's Fa forward.

With such a stage, Kung Fu will enter a deeper stage, which will be determined by the precepts.

The first one can't be talked about.

The so-called meditation, people have a basic judgment, that is, all of a sudden the breath is gone, the pulse is calm, and this place is the Tao.

And such a feeling, usually people's consciousness is more awake than ever, all kinds of senses, more sensitive than any time, but the breath is gone, the pulse stops, and then everyone feels different, most people will feel that they have entered a blue world, and some people will see that there is a faint cloud like a cloud of Qi, condensed in the air.

That's what people really see in their inner nature, and they are extremely happy, and they are extremely happy.

And the self-nature will know very clearly that there is no need to eat and drink at all, and no one can be disturbed by the shaking of the earth.

This process can be regarded as a dividing line, but also a watershed, come here, can be regarded as the door to get the fortune, it is possible to "subdue the dragon and subdue the tiger".

Then the next stage really reaches the most terrifying stage, and it is also the most dangerous stage, which is the hundred demons training the heart.

It is said that it is a hundred demons, but in fact, they are all demons in the heart. said that he was a demon, and at the same time he was a protector.

Huer is a golden iron horse, and in the case of war, you are in such a dangerous situation.

If you are afraid all your life, when you are frightened in your heart, you will be broken, and if you are not frightened or frightened, you will not be affected by it, and this level will be passed.

Suddenly, the water is full of water, Huer is a thunderbolt of thunder and fire, sometimes falling into the gold and silver mountains, covered by wealth, Shier has a woman to seduce you, and suddenly he is an emperor and a general, the authority is invincible, when the fairy is full of joy, see the gods and see the immortals.

In fact, these are precisely the illusions of the mind, but this illusion is very, very dangerous, because when the self-nature is in it, it is impossible to distinguish.

It's like a person in a dream, when he wakes up, he realizes that he has just had a dream, but he will be afraid in that situation, he will flee, and he will be chased by things.

People get lost, they recognize the situation.

At this time, why did the patriarch repeatedly emphasize that the sexual skills should be practiced first and then cultivated to cultivate the life skills, which was to make a reserve for this piece.

If you practice sex skills well, walk very slowly, very steadfastly and steadily, and in this part of the self-nature is safe, let it transform, let it come and go.

If you want to kill me and give you your head, if you want to burn me, I will give you your body, I am not afraid of life and death, I am not obsessed with anything, I don't recognize becoming an immortal and becoming a true person, this is true cultivation.

Then these demons, every time you set up a situation and you have tested it, it will become your protector, recommend you, and become a protector of the Dharma.

Then this level is passed, this level will be safe, and if you haven't passed, you have to pass every level, and any thing that is transformed by the greed generated by your own heart will become such a scene of a hundred demons training your heart to test you one by one.

Therefore, what people want to emphasize is that there are still many times when they are reluctant to explain the reason for this, and everyone is in a hurry to do the cultivation later, and once something goes wrong, no one can save them.

Because at this time, only you can save yourself safely, anything that has not been repaired, such as nostalgia for wealth, infatuation for women, and pursuit of power, if you can't let go of it a little bit, at this time, it will kill you.
