1. Know

The Tao is in nature, how to cultivate the Tao, where is the Tao, and what is the Tao......

Throughout the ages, people have had different opinions about the Tao, but some commentators believe that the Tao is the root of the universe, the whole, and the law of its movement.

The attribute of the Tao is "and", and the meaning of the Tao has been summarized in the fourth and twenty-fifth chapters of Taishang Laojun's "Tao Te Ching".

At the same time, the "Qingjing Sutra" begins with a clear meaning: "The avenue is invisible, giving birth to the heaven and earth, the avenue is ruthless, running the sun and the moon, the avenue is nameless, and all things are nourished for a long time, I don't know its name, and the strong name is called the Tao." ”

It can be seen from this that the Great Dao is the ancestor of all things in heaven and earth, but after the Tao gives birth to all things in heaven and earth, its attributes are still mixed in all things in heaven and earth.

The avenue has been everywhere throughout the ages, everywhere in the universe, man is a member of all things in heaven and earth, both this human body also has the Tao, the Tao is endowed with human nature, what is the wonderful use of the Tao, and what is the function of human nature.

Why can't ordinary people reach this state?

Taishang Laojun has already explained: "If sentient beings do not have the true way, because they have delusional intentions, they will be shocked by their gods, that is, they will be shocked by all things, that is, they will be greedy, if they are greedy, they will be troubled, they will be troubled if they are troubled, they will be troubled by delusions, they will be troubled and deformed, they will be humiliated, they will wander through life and death, they will always sink into the sea of suffering, and they will never lose the true way." ”

2. Monasticism

Taishang Laojun said: "There is always no desire, so as to see its wonder." At the same time, the earliest Nine Heavens Xuannu preached the method of cultivation to the Yellow Emperor, saying: "······ Come, I speak to the Tao······ Ignore and ignore the hearing, hold the mind and be quiet, the form will be self-righteous, and it will be quiet and clear. Without the form of labor, without the essence of labor, you can live forever. Eyes do not see, ears do not hear. The heart does not know, and your god will keep the form, and the form is immortal. Be cautious inside, close outside, and know more for defeat······ Be cautious and keep your body, and collect your own strength. I keep one of them, so I am 1,200 years old, and my form has not declined. ”

Taishang Laojun said: "Carry the camp and embrace one, can it be inseparable?" But the basic Taoist cultivation method has always followed this law, and it has come true.

Those who do not possess the true path because of their delusional minds, because they have delusional minds, they are shocked by their gods, they are shocked by all things, they are greedy for all things, they are greedy for all things, they are troubled, they are troubled with delusions, they are troubled with their minds and bodies, they are humiliated, they wander through life and death, they are always immersed in the sea of suffering, and they will never lose the true path. The true way of normality, the enlightened self-satisfied, the enlightened truth, always pure.

Sincerity and tranquility are the sect.

People's hearts are quiet, and they want to lead them. It can often send its desires, and its heart is quiet, and its heart is clear and clear. Naturally, the six desires are not born, and the three poisons are eliminated. Therefore, those who can't do it are not clear in their hearts, and their desires are not sent.

Those who can send it look inside their hearts, but their hearts have no minds, their appearance is their shapes, their forms have no shapes, and they look at things from afar, but things have nothing.

There is nothing but emptiness, there is nothing to see in emptiness, there is nothing to see in emptiness, there is nothing in emptiness, there is nothing in nothing, there is nothing in nothing, there is nothing in nothing, there is nothing in the past, there is no loneliness, how can desire be born? Truth should always be things, true always obtained, always should always be quiet, always quiet.

3. Enlightenment

Because the seven emotions and six desires of the day after tomorrow obstruct the path of natural annihilation, the cultivator must eliminate all delusions, because enlightenment requires a process.

Yuan Shi Tianzun said in the "Ascension to Heaven and Attainment of the Tao Sutra": "······ In mindfulness, the five internal organs are cool, the six internal organs are tuned, between the three hundred and sixty bone joints, there are all obstacles, the karma of the ten evils, the karma of one hundred and eighty troubles, and the sources of all sufferings and sins are all eliminated, that is, the introduction of Tai and Zhenqi, the moistening of the body, the five internal organs, the three hundred and sixty bone joints, there are all obstacles, the karma of the ten evils, the karma of one hundred and eighty troubles, and the sources of all sufferings and sins are all eliminated, the magic medicine helps, still eat and drink, drive away the ghosts, the six roots of silence, quietly illuminate the eight senses, empty its five aggregates, prove the three elements of wonder, get the Tao true, and naturally ascend.

At the same time, Taishang Laojun talked about the specific method of self-cultivation in the tenth chapter of the Tao Te Ching: "Holding the camp and holding one, can it be inseparable?"

"Battalion" refers to the soul in the human body, and the soul is the genus of the primordial god in the human body.

"魄" is the essence of the Yuan and the like, the Yuan Shen belongs to Yang, and the Yuan Jing belongs to Yin.

Later, various cultivation pill scriptures also said: "Pumping the kankan and leaving, water and fire are both good and good, babies and maidens, dragons and tigers intersect, everything is in accordance with what Taishang Laojun said, 'Carry the camp and hug one, can you be inseparable?'"

The advocacy of this purpose makes the yin and yang of the human body meet and form a holy fetus, which is the cultivation method of life gong.
