Chapter 315: Heavenly Qi

Qi is divided into innate "Qi" and acquired "Qi", Qi, the sound is the same as "Qi", and the word "Qi" is often replaced by the word "Qi", but "Qi" and "Qi" are not the same, and should not even be used.

In the Daomen, "Qi" is a kind of metaphysical energy, which is the innate Qi that exists in the universe, which is large and has no outside, small and no inside, no beginning and no end, no color and no taste, but it is the original driving force of the birth and death of all things, and it is the origin of the Tao.

In the concept of Taoist medicine, "Qi" is the most basic energy that constitutes the human body and sustains life activities, and also has the meaning of physiological functions.

"Qi" refers to the Qi in the human body; Qigong and the word "Qi" used in medical books refers to all the Qi outside the human body, although people inhale a large amount of Qi when breathing, but the inhaled "Qi" must be mixed with the "Qi" inside the human body, the external "Qi" only plays a role in the human body, and the leading role is this "Qi", and this "Qi" is the subtlety of the five grains, which is the first energy Qi and the information generated by cell metabolism.

"Qi" refers to the innate qi, while "qi" refers to the acquired qi.

"Qi" is a kind of healing energy, and in the practice of Taoism, "Qi" is a kind of healing energy, which is an endless flow of energy that exists in the universe.

In Qigong, Breathing, Channeling and Meditation, the Qi is the energy flow of the Qi, and the interaction between movement and consciousness can achieve a healing effect on the human body and improve health.

"Those who are true qi are subject to the heavens, and those who are filled with the valley qi are also. ”

True qi comes from innateness.

True qi, that is, vitality.

Yuan Qi is the fundamental qi of the human body, the driving force of our human life activities, and the most basic substance to maintain life activities.

The prosperity and decline of a person's vitality are closely related to the strength of the constitution and the occurrence of diseases.

The medical brief points out: "The so-called origin of anger is the root of the twelve meridians, and the movement of qi between the kidneys.

The root of the five internal organs, the root of the twelve meridians, the door of breathing, the origin of the three cokes, a god of guarding evil (the original god and function of defending against evil qi), so the (yuan) qi is also the root of man. ”

This kind of true element qi that comes from the innate must be combined with the acquired qi in order to nourish people's bodies and maintain people's life activities.

The combination of innate and acquired is Zongqi, which includes the qi of eating water valley and the pure qi of nature inhaled.

In medicine, it is believed that essence is the most basic substance that constitutes the human body, and it is also the basic substance that maintains the vital activities of the human body.

This qi is born from the essence of the essence.

This is also the so-called "refining and refining and refining and refining qi", "refining qi and transforming spirits", and "refining gods and returning emptiness", so in the process of cultivation, there must be a complete set of cultivation systems.

There are two kinds of essence: innate essence and acquired essence.

The innate essence is inherent in the human body, and the acquired essence is also called the essence of the water valley, which is absorbed from the diet.

All essence qi corresponds to the generation of innate qi and acquired qi, which are the two parts of qi, the qi that people breathe every day.

This breath of the natural world is called Qingqi. The qi required by our human body is mainly these three parts, the innate qi (Yuan Qi), the acquired qi (the qi of the water valley), and the pure qi.

What do people's kidneys do, kidneys store sperm. The essence is divided into two parts, the innate essence and the acquired essence.

The acquired essence is nourished to the kidneys through diet, which is equivalent to supply, and the kidneys are called the innate foundation, and the piles that people practice, fetal breath, dantian, cross-legged and so on are closely related to the kidneys.

The ancients said: "The source of destiny is in the waist gap". The lumbar gap here refers to the lifeline point between the lumbar vertebrae.

In front of the lifegate of the human body, the area between the two kidneys is called the "Mixed Yuan Divine Room" in Taoist cultivation. It is the location of the human body's pre-natal weather field. After the cultivation of the dantian, the stretching of the spine gradually fills up the life gate acupoints, so that the acquired qi and the innate qi are mixed here into the overall qi that plays a very important role in the repair and strengthening of the human body's functions.

Taishang Dao Ancestor Zeng Yun: "The Tao gives birth to one, one life to two, two to three, and three to all things."

Dan Dao is three back to two, two back to one, and one in the way. ”

It is the process of refining qi and transforming the gods, refining the gods and returning the void, that is, the return process of the essence and spirit, and because of the lack of human essence, it also creates the practice of refining and transforming the qi to replenish the essence, so that people can make up for the deficit from the acquired to the innate in order to start cultivating.

If you want to learn the classics of Taoism, or learn the Tao from the source, you can't avoid the word "qi" no matter what.

Whether it is the six qi theory of the doctor or the qi sense of the warrior, etc., it is a development on this basis, which can be regarded as a symbol that is silently inherited in the subconscious of the Chinese people, regardless of whether people can truly perceive it.

Qi is a philosophical concept full of wisdom in China, which is different from the materialization of exotic wind, fire, earth and water, and it is also a highly abstract conceptual product, believing that all things come from the same qi.

Before the void, there is no loneliness.

I am very grateful, and I am truly grateful.

True luck is a god, and the vitality is self-transforming. There is a true essence in the vacuum, and its phase is agitated, resulting in the true one.

Shinichi was born through the luck of the gods. The nature of Yuan Qi is to create something out of nothing, which can be called innate Qi.

This vitality is different from that of the doctor, whose purpose is to cure diseases and maintain health, so the physical is called acquired, and the physical is called congenital. Taoism, on the other hand, regards all things in heaven and earth as the acquired, and before that as the innate ones.

The innate qi is formless and formless, circulating and self-contained. It is not deliberately obtained through a certain way of practice, like qigong cultivation, which is also the acquired qi, which is the biggest difference from Taoist true qi.

Cultivating with the acquired true qi is still a mirror, this kind of cultivation is good for health, but it is difficult to achieve the immortal path. And how can innate qi be obtained? It can only be obtained through inspiration.

The qi of the human body is formed by refining and metamorphosis and fusing with the pure qi of nature inhaled by the lungs.

The generation of qi in the body is the result of the comprehensive coordination of the spleen, kidneys, lungs and other viscera.

The qi of the human body comes from the innate qi (i.e., the vitality) of the innate essence, the qi of the water valley and the pure qi of nature, and the latter two are collectively called the acquired qi (i.e., the zongqi), and the three are combined to form a body of qi, which is called "popularity" in the "Neijing".

The reproductive essence from the parents is combined to become an embryo, and before a person is born, the innate essence of the parents is transformed into innate qi, which becomes the foundation of the human body's qi.

The innate qi is the driving force of the human body's life activities, which is the "true qi", and it is said in the ancient Jane: "The true qi is received by the sky, and the grain qi is combined with the body, and the person is affected by the valley, the valley enters the stomach, and the lungs are transmitted, and the five internal organs are all affected by the qi." ”

In addition, the blood and fluid of Mizutani's subtle metaplasia can also be used as a source of chemical qi. Pure qi from nature needs to rely on the respiratory function of the lungs and the qi absorption function of the kidneys to be inhaled into the body.

The weather passes through the lungs, and the clear qi participates in the generation of qi, and constantly spits out the old and absorbs the new, promoting the metabolic activities of the human body, so it is an important source of generating the qi of the human body.

From the source of qi, it is known that the sufficiency of qi in the human body depends on the comprehensive coordination of various organs of the body, which is particularly closely related to the physiological functions of the kidneys, spleen, stomach and lungs.

The kidneys are the root of life.

The kidneys contain the innate essence and are nourished by the acquired essence.

The innate essence is the main component of the kidney essence, and the innate qi generated by the innate essence is the foundation of the human body's qi, so the physiological function of the kidney essence is very important for the generation of qi.

The kidneys seal the kidney essence to prevent it from being lost for no reason, and if the essence is preserved in the body, it can be turned into qi, and if the essence is full, it will be full of qi. If the kidneys are not sealed, the essence will be exhausted.

The spleen and stomach are the source of vitality.

The spleen is mainly transported, and the stomach is mainly accepted, and together they complete the digestion and absorption of the dietary water valley.

The spleen spirit rises, and the essence of the water valley is transfused into the heart and lungs, turning into blood and fluid.

The essence of the water valley and its metamorphosis of the blood and fluid can all be turned into qi, collectively known as the qi of the water valley, which spreads the meridians of the whole body and becomes the main source of the body's qi, so the spleen and stomach are called the source of vitality.

If the function of the spleen and stomach is abnormal, it will not be able to digest and absorb the subtleties of the water valley, and the source of the water valley qi will be scarce, which will affect the generation of the qi of the body.

Therefore, it is said: "If you don't enter the valley, you will lose your qi for half a day, and you will have less qi for a day." ”

The lungs are the masters of life.

The generation of the main qi of the lungs, the main division of the sect qi, occupies an important position in the process of generating qi.

On the one hand, the main breathing qi of the lungs continuously inhales the pure qi of nature into the human body through the breathing function of inhaling and exhaling turbidity, and at the same time continuously exhales turbid qi to ensure the generation and metabolism of qi in the body.

On the other hand, the lungs combine the inhaled pure qi with the water valley qi that is subtly generated by the subtle water valley on the spleen qi to generate the zongqi.

Zongqi accumulates in the chest, walks the breath and breathes up, concentrates on the heart and blood qi, and stores the vitality of the dantian.

If the function of the main qi of the lungs is abnormal, the inhalation of clear qi will be reduced, and the generation of zong qi will be insufficient, resulting in the weakening of the qi of the whole body.

In short, the physiological function of the kidney is closely related to the generation of innate qi, and the physiological function of the spleen, stomach and lungs is closely related to the generation of acquired qi.

If any part of the physiological functions of the kidneys, spleen, stomach and lungs is abnormal or uncoordinated, it will affect the generation of qi and the exertion of its functions.
