Obviously, this must be the inner yang of the earth, and the external yang will not make its spring inexhaustible.

Only when there is yang in yin can the spring be inexhaustible! Otherwise, it will be a pool of stagnant water.

Heaven and earth, "the power of creation, all in fire and water".

"All things are shaped, not water is sterile".

Only the upward and downward movement of mutual use (mutual attraction) can make the two opposing sides link into an organic whole, so that heaven and earth are one, so that "water can rise and fire can fall, one rises and one falls, there is no end, so business exists".

On the whole, the yin in the yang of the sun and the yang in the yin of the earth are the structural patterns of the yin and yang of the Taiji Yin and Yang diagram, while the yang energy of the sun and fire descends to the earth, and the yin energy of the earth water rises to the sky, which is the movement mode of the yin and yang of the Taiji Yin and Yang diagram.

The former is structure and body, and the latter is function and use, which is in line with the two aspects of structure and function of any thing.

If it is discussed in terms of fire and water, then this is the evidence that the fire is bright on the outside and dark on the inside, and the water is dark on the outside and clear on the inside.

The sun "has yin in yang" and the earth "has yang in yin" conforms to the structural pattern of yin and yang mutual roots in the taiji yin-yang diagram, which is equivalent to the fish head and fish eyes of the taiji yin-yang fish.

The movement of the yang energy of the sun and fire and the yin energy of the earth's water rises and falls to create all things, which conforms to the movement mode of yin and yang of the Taiji Yin and Yang diagram, which is equivalent to the body and tail of the Taiji Yin and Yang fish (less yang and less yin).

Therefore, the unity of yin and yang opposites between the sun and the earth may be the true source of the yin and yang diagram of Tai Chi.

Therefore, the Taiji Yin and Yang diagram was originally called "the natural diagram of heaven and earth".

"In the sky is the air, in the earth is formed", in the sky for the wind, heat, dampness, dryness and cold, in the ground for the wood, fire, earth, gold and water five shapes, the shape and gas are sensed and all things are born.

Since the yin and yang opposites of the sun and the earth are the yin and yang relationship between heaven and earth, they should have a relationship between form and qi.

Why are the five atmospheres of wind, heat, humidity, dryness, and cold, which belong to the category of changes in the earth's atmosphere? Because from the perspective of the earth, the changes in the four seasons mainly depend on the results of the relative changes in the radiation of the light and heat energy of the solar fire on the earth's surface caused by the apparent movement of the sun relative to the earth, that is, the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter are produced due to the changes in the intensity of the solar fire.

The promotion of the four seasons (five seasons) causes the earth's atmosphere to produce changes in the five qi of wind, heat, humidity, dryness and cold, so the five qi are called heavens.

Qi is yang, and fire is the root of yang, so sun fire is the root of the five qi (Tianyang).

If there is no fire and earth, the water will be cold and unable to give birth to all things, which is the internal cause.

The sun and fire and the yin water are the foundation of the heavens, so the rise and fall of yin and yang (heaven and earth) is essentially the rise and fall of water and fire, and the sense of shape and qi (heaven and earth) is essentially the combination of water and fire.

Therefore, the "power of creation" of heaven and earth is all in water and fire, and only the yang energy of the sun and fire and the yin energy of the yin water rise and fall.

If the yang energy cannot fall, the yin energy cannot rise, and the yin and yang energy cannot be used for each other, there will be no unity of heaven and earth, and there will be no incarnation of all things, which is an external cause.

Only when yin and yang are mutually rooted and mutually used, and internal and external factors work together, will there be the transformation of all things.

The human body also has a Tai Chi Yin and Yang diagram.

As the saying goes: "the human body is a small world", "people are a small world", "humanity is the way of heaven".
