And the friends who squander wealth and fight for righteousness have also received the good reward of being kind and generous, and there is really no way to do it, but people call themselves, and we should be more convinced of this, is it not worth the effort, and it is not worth the vigilance?"

Time has passed, and now Xuandu, as an immortal, is already a closed disciple of the Taishang Dao Ancestor, but he still remembers the good fortune, which shows that the kindness of people is deep-rooted. "Be kind to others, and you will be rewarded. He was convinced. Taishang Taoist Ancestor once said: "If you don't know enough, you will worry too much, if you don't have enough power, you will be angry, and if you don't believe enough, you will talk more." "Life is a long river, and it is fortunate that a master points out the direction; life is like an ancient book, and in-depth study of Coke is also in it! The philosophy and wisdom of Taoism can be said to be inexhaustible!

If you don't know enough, you will worry too much. That is, if you don't have enough knowledge and make a decision, you will overthink, worry, and feel insecure. So sometimes, the life of thinking and panicking is not given by the outside world, but caused by one's own shallow knowledge. If you want to change this situation, you need to enrich yourself and broaden your horizons. Read more of the excellent scriptures of our predecessors, learn from the wisdom and experience of our predecessors, and naturally open our minds to understand things when we encounter them, and know how to deal with them.

If the power is insufficient, the anger will be more. That is, if the virtue is not enough to convince the people, it will be easy to get angry. Anger is used to build prestige, but it backfires, because anger exposes the inadequacy of virtue. Prestige comes from virtue, and the power of morality can subdue all the masses. And the truly learned and virtuous person must show modesty, respect, and approachability, where will anger be used to attract the resentment of the people?

Insufficient Faith and Excessive Speech refers to a person who is not trustworthy enough to speak, and others do not believe him, and usually struggle to say more. "Yi" said: Ji people have few words, and there are many manless words. Talking too much sometimes shows a person's lack of credit, so it is very important to be trustworthy.

Xuandu once summed up the essence of living in the world in sixteen words.

The first is to stand tall, that is, the so-called "standing high and looking far". The floating clouds in the world can cover the eyes of mountaineers, but how many "floating clouds that cover the eyes" in life? Not only all the outdated and bad habits, but even those gossips may become "floating clouds" that block people's vision and prevent people from seeing the direction clearly. When the floating clouds in nature dissipate, the "floating clouds" in life need people to have a high level to see and ignore them. Only when we are ambitious and broad-minded can we not be trapped by selfish distractions and burdened by fame and fortune. Only by being in the sublime realm can the soul be pure and beautiful. Positioning determines status, and the mood spans hardships.

The second is to look far. As the saying goes, "Take one step and see ten steps." "You can go as far as you can see; Without foresight, we must seek short-term vision, and there is no tomorrow for quick success.

Life is like a stage, if you stick to a dry well, then life will not improve, because the world is only a palm-sized place in the eyes of the short-sighted; If you want to make your future stage more colorful, then you must break the mentality of being content with the status quo and take a longer-term view. The ancients said: "The rivers and seas do not compete with the wells, and the thunder does not compete with the birds and birds." "The reason why the rivers and seas are vast and the reason why the thunder causes the torrential rain is that they know what to do and have a broad vision. Without a far-sighted vision, no matter how capable a person is, he will be mediocre and do nothing.

The third is to be widely heard. The ancients said: "Those who see more are well-informed, and those who are well-read are broad-minded." "A person who has seen more of the world, has more experience and experience, has a broad range of knowledge, and has more experience. As the saying goes, "strong scholars are able to pass through the past and the present". The more people who read the scriptures, the more well-read they are, and the more open-minded they must be than others. That is to say, if a person has knowledge and experience, and if a person has a broad mind, then he must read more books and study, including observing the world more and participating in practice. What you see and hear makes a lifetime, and ignorance buries a lifetime.

Fourth, be cautious. A gentleman should be cautious in his words, not before others, but should choose what he says, so that his mouth is like an ear. A word prospers the country, and a word loses the country. Words spoken are like water spilled out. Inadvertent words can hurt people's self-esteem and affect interpersonal relationships, intentionally or unintentionally. For individuals, if they are not careful in their words, they will be humiliated at least and lose their lives at worst. Therefore, we must be cautious when speaking, especially when humiliating, ridiculing, accusing, belittling, etc., and so on, do not say it easily. Words must be timely, words must be appropriate, and words must be moderate. Don't talk much, don't talk nonsense. It's better to tell the truth than to have a dialogue, and it's better to say a dialogue than to say something nice.

Fifth, the heart is broad. The ancients said: "There is nothing to do in my heart, and a bed is wide." "If the heart is careful, there will be complaints everywhere; If the heart is relaxed, it will always be peaceful. The world is as big as the heart. Nine times out of ten, things are unsatisfactory in the world, and there are very few people who can be obedient to you, and there are very few things that can make you get your wish. If people are careful, nothing can satisfy them. Only by measuring breadth can we win people, and selflessness is the realm. The heart is one inch wide, and the road is one foot wide; The heart is as wide as the sea, and the wind and waves are calm. Smile and watch the flowers bloom, quiet and joyful; Quietly enjoy the flowers and follow the fate.

Sixth, God is determined. The great courage of the world is not shocked when it is suddenly in danger, and it is not angry for no reason. Don't be upset, impetuous and nervous, and overwhelmed as soon as something unpleasant happens; Don't get carried away in good times, with a villain's face. Taishang Dao Ancestor said: "Woe and blessing rely on, and Fu is lurking." "There are many things in the world that are often blessed by misfortune, because blessing and misfortune are constantly alternating, and everything in life is unpredictable. People who know how to live are full of self-confidence and open-mindedness, even if they encounter difficulties, their hearts are not chaotic, they are not annoyed, they keep their heads clear, deal with them calmly, and deal with them calmly.

Therefore, for a wise person, he can not only control in good times, but also be handy in bad times.

Seven is strong. Those who are not determined will eventually be of no avail. Success depends on beliefs, not conditions. Tenacious will is a reliable guarantee for the realization of dreams. Only with a tenacious will can people not be intimidated by difficulties and not succumb to adversity. Without a tenacious will, people can only linger in the face of misfortune and hold back in the face of adversity. Firmness of determination is the characteristic of all people who have achieved great things. Hardship is not enough to discourage them, and hardship is not enough to discourage them. No matter what the situation, they can always persevere and endure. They are strong in their hearts, and they are difficult to approach.

Eight is full of qi. Confidence is self-confidence, but it is by no means blind self-confidence, but calmness after sufficient preparation. Confident people are rich in heart, have poetry and books in their belly, and have hills and valleys in their chests. Confident people are pure, don't care about other people's boring opinions, can correctly handle the relationship between themselves and the world, and calmly deal with the gains and losses in life, the rights and wrongs in the world. Confident people dare to be the first in the world, change their fate with knowledge, win applause with sincerity, gain respect with wisdom, move people's hearts with kindness, and write life with true feelings.
