Then go down from the famous acupoint, pat along the outside of the thigh until the bare foot, and then turn from the bare foot to the inner thigh and pat it back to the dantian, so far it is one circle, repeat nine circles.

From static to moving, from moving to still. The whole set of exercises is actually a reflection of the fact that life is generated by static and moving.
