In the process of cultivation, people may do good deeds with their state of mind, then they must be united in their state of mind, and each person may have a different level, and each person has different wisdom roots, some people have been reincarnated in the immortal path in their previous lives, some people have been reincarnated in this life by cultivators, and some have been reincarnated in the animal path.

The ability to learn is different, and the ability to understand is also different. Different moods, different inductions, and different effects.

For example, if you are a brother in the same sect, the exercises taught by the master are the same for everyone, but everyone's cultivation is different.

Nature is quiet, "the Tao is natural, and those who are quiet get it". If you can always be clear and quiet, the heaven and the earth will all return, then you will be true with the Tao. "Yin Fu Sutra" says that "the way of nature, quiet." The road is simple and easy", so it is said that the quiet gets it.

The fourth is to practice on your own and cross people immeasurably.

Hanging inside, "clean the clouds without dots, a round of light is full of too void, you can know the mixed return air channel, and the golden tripod yellow buds are born day by day", these are all talking about the inner Dan exercises, or the outer Dan exercises.

This golden tripod is a term used by Waidan when it is transferred to Inner Dan.

The golden tripod is the top of the furnace of the outer dan, a round of light full of too void is the inner dan exercise in the primordial spirit, the spiritual light is finally sent and received freely, and when you want to recover the dantian, it is a round of light full of too void.

Neidan's practice advocates self-ferry, and "if you want to be righteous, you must first cross yourself".

This is what people have just said, always do good deeds and teach by example, not by words.

With one's own behavior, one's own cultivation, to transform people.

This crossing person first requires the individual to practice wholeheartedly, and after the achievement of the Tao, he must show his help to the world and cross the destined people.

A person's cultivation should benefit sentient beings, otherwise no matter how good his cultivation is, if he does not accumulate virtue or do good, he will be punished by God.

Daozang's "Primordial Heavenly Venerable Immeasurable Wonderful Sutra" says: Immortal Dao has not given birth to immeasurable people. Wuliang is the biggest and most selfless person who is destined to cross, from this point of view, when Han Zhongli crossed Lu Zu, Han Zhongli asked Lu Zu: "When will you become enlightened?"

Lu Zu said, "I want to become enlightened after spending all sentient beings. ”

Lu Zu was Lu Dongbin, and later became one of the Eight Immortals.

Fifth, even the road is not complicated, and it is important to keep the center.

In front of the Great Dao, the cultivators repeatedly emphasized that the Great Dao is simple, easy, refined, and subtle.

Taishang Laojun said: "If you have less, you will get more, and if you have more, you will be confused." ”

The "Sutra" says: The Tao is not complicated, it is complicated and empty, and it is the end of the Tao.

It is not possible to talk about the Great Dao in a fanciful way, and it will make the common people, believers, and cultivators lose the essentials. Therefore, Taoist practitioners do not take complicated truths, take simple cultivation tips, quality and fine things, and win more with less, this is the way.

Taishang Laojun said: "One life is two, two is three, and three is everything." If you only grasp one, you will give birth to two, and you will give birth to three, and all things will be born.

The simpler it is, the closer it is to the avenue, the simple meaning is that it is easy to practice and can do it, the simpler it is, the more suitable it is for everyone to practice, the less things you do, the more you do.

The practice is to keep the center, and the ancestor of the Taishang Dao said: "It is better to keep the center than to talk more and be poor, and to return it to the middle, and to be lonely."

When it is balanced between yin and yang, it is too much less than yin and yang, which is not good for the practitioner, so it is said that it is important to keep the center, and the inner Dan method of keeping the middle is called "true fire".

Sixth, with the light and dust, using the false to cultivate the truth.

From the perspective of Taoism, the Great Dao is not limited to birth and entry into the world, but is a kind of expansion spirit that transcends the world, "harmony with the light and dust, and cultivation of truth through falsehood", honing one's temperament, accumulating one's moral character, cultivating one's realm, and enhancing one's Taoist cultivation.

People say that practice is good, such as Jinggong, some people say meditation, no, Jinggong does not completely mean meditation, meditation is just a way and method of meditation.

This meditation requires people to be "quiet" 24 hours a day, that is, quiet, without desire, without thought, without attachment, without distinction, this is silence.

When the heart is moving, it is quiet, and when people sleep without dreaming, it is also quiet.

The foundation of Dangong is meditation, Taoist practice advocacy, great seclusion in the dust, and tempering oneself in the earthly world.

When the practice needs to be quiet, then you will enter the mountains and forests, and you need to return to the Dan before you go to the mountains and forests to live in seclusion and find a place to keep the truth. If the medicine is not collected, it is impossible to practice the Great Returning Pill.

As the saying goes, "the big is hidden in the city, the small is hidden in the forest, the sergeant is in the three armies, and the Danmo is not refined, and the inside and outside of the mountain are nearly non-lead".

Seventh, double cultivation of life, longevity as the foundation.

Immortality is the foundation of people's cultivation, and people practice it because they don't want to die, and they don't want to die because they don't want to die.

Meaning is intangible, tangible is virtue, and people are doing good deeds, which all belong to sexual work.

Life is the law and the method. For example, what methods should be used for meditation and meditation, what can be achieved by this method, can it be beneficial to people, and can life be prolonged?

The fate, the law, the self, the qi, the form, the gong, this is the fate.

Qi is breathing, and people's breathing is Qi, and it is breathing. It is a life work, not a sex work.

Shape, is shape, body shape. For example, Tai Chi, a purpose is to guide, a kind of life gong, and Taoist practice focuses on the dual cultivation of life and life, including personal mental cultivation.

In order to make one's heart bright, one must have a strong personal body and a healthy body, and one must make one's mind bright and clear away the clouds, and if we do these two things, we will be able to live forever.

There are three reasons for the path of immortality:

One is that the fruit of the upper way is not successful, and the physical body is bad first.

If you want to cultivate longevity, you must take care of your body first to have capital, and only when you have a healthy body can you have hope for this life.

The second is that if you don't have a certain amount of life skills to deal with your personal body, it will be difficult to restrain your own mind, and it will be difficult to achieve great success in cultivating your skills. Without a certain amount of life, it is difficult to maintain one's own body, and it is difficult to cultivate.

The third is that the Taoist cultivation is the most practical in this life, first of all, to attain immortality, and to enjoy the immortal fruit in this life, why wait for the next life?

If you want to seek longevity capital in this life, if you work hard and do it seriously, it is possible to get the immortal fruit in this life and this life, and you will not seek it in the next life.

If you do it seriously, you can live to the age you deserve to live and enjoy the whole life, and if you don't attain it, then you don't need to ask for it in the next life, why?

The "Sutra" also says that "the more you have with yourself, the more you have for yourself", and people advise believers to donate more merits to support the Three Jewels of the Tao, the Sutra, and the Teacher, in fact, to increase their blessings.

Therefore, first of all, as long as we have attained immortality first, we can fully guarantee one's cultivation, make one's life more complete, and dissolve the finite life into the endless universe. This is what the Taoists call the highest state of longevity.

Eight is equality between men and women, and women are the best.

Everyone is equal in front of the Great Dao and there is no distinction between men and women, and through cultivation, they can correct the Dao Fruit.

The so-called "cultivating immortals does not ask men and women", so there is no male superiority and female inferiority, and women are generally faster than men.

Because it is physiologically different, the female Dan Shou is the Tan Palace, and the male Dan Shou is the Lower Dantian.

The heart is sex, close to the Tan Palace, far away from the dantian, so the female Dan is faster.

The sky is clear and turbid, the sky is quiet, the man is clear and the woman is turbid, and the man is moving and the woman is quiet. The female character of the woman is sitting cross-legged, and the female character is sitting across the crane, like riding a crane.

Women are mainly quiet, and men are mainly active, so from the physiological point of view, it can also be seen from the scriptures left by Taishang Laojun. It is ten years for men to practice and build a foundation, and three years for women to build a foundation.

Finally, there is eternal life, and my life is up to me.

Daomen uses fate as a stepping stone in order to cross, believing that the life span of people is 120 to 180 years old. Through practice, doing quiet and doing good deeds, then people can change their fate.

If there is no place in the void of a round of light, people can live to a normal age, they can live forever, become immortals in the flesh, and doing good deeds is people's capital.

As the saying goes, "ten years old to celebrate the world, go to the immortals", a person can maintain a positive outlook on life, not at the mercy of fate, this is my destiny, not by the sky.

Therefore, there is "a human body is rare and has been obtained now, and the road is difficult to be clear." This body does not live in this life, but where does it live".
