The starting point of entrepreneurship in the three social classes.
Everyone wants to have their own business, but the starting point of entrepreneurship in the three social classes is different, which directly affects the pattern and success or failure of the career, so what is the starting point of the entrepreneurship of the three social classes?
Grassroots society
Think of entrepreneurship as a gamble
It is not so much that the grassroots society is starting a business, but that the grassroots society is gambling. People in the grassroots society are very fond of gambling, they often play mahjong in groups, and occasionally make a windfall and suddenly want to be entrepreneurs, but they have no direction to start a business, and do not understand the economic trend, what should I do? Of course, it is to gamble, so many of them have done a lot of illegal but very profitable things, but some people are timid, so they chose to open a mine, because mining is as enjoyable as playing mahjong, and if you are lucky to be able to Hu, if you accidentally dig a coal mine, the result is not equivalent to digging a gold mine! But when we look at so many people who open mines, in fact, there are very few mines, and mining itself is not creating value, but consuming the limited resources on the earth again. Some people have succeeded in opening a mine and made a lot of money, but because the money from the mine is easy to come by, they squander it wantonly, but there is always a time when the mine is finished, and they will not be able to open it every time, and when they squander the only money they have, they have nothing. In fact, a person's greatest wealth does not lie in the amount of money he has at the moment, but in the accumulation of ideas and experiences. If the grassroots society can understand this truth, they will start a business in a down-to-earth manner, accumulate industry experience little by little, and when their industry experience accumulates to a certain extent, they will naturally make profits, and this way of making profits can be long-lasting. Entrepreneurship is not gambling, the more gambling the more unbalanced the heart, the more love to gamble, the more gambling the poorer, in fact, the reason is very simple, gambling will not create any wealth, just redistribute in limited resources, and all winners are wanton squandering, so the total resources are less, so the gambling will lose in the end. If you don't change your gambling nature, it will be difficult to become a big thing.
Middle class
Think of entrepreneurship as a seizure of resources.
Different from the grassroots society, the middle-class society is to compete for resources, but they often compete for resources under the banner of "integrating resources", in fact, it is "take-it-ism", we see that many middle-level society speculates in real estate, first try their best to borrow money from the bank, and then build a house and offer a sky-high price, and then use the house that has been built to borrow more money from another bank, which is to put it bluntly to rob social resources. It is the common people who do this, and the housing prices are so high that the people cannot afford to buy houses. In doing so, they are harming society. The state must take care of the things that harm society, and then the bubble economy will burst, and those who continue to borrow money by driving up housing prices will definitely go bankrupt and take on huge debts. They may not understand until that time that the concept of "pooling resources" is different from the concept of "competing for resources". The so-called blind monopoly and vicious competition are all in the "competition for resources", which is a kind of bandit logic, and the so-called "if the name is not right, the word will not be good, and if the word is not good, the thing will not be accomplished." "You can't keep what you've stolen. The "integration of resources" is to rationally match limited resources to create more value. One is "taking" and the other is "creating", the starting point of entrepreneurship is different, and the result will certainly not be the same.
High Society
Entrepreneurship is about creating value.
If the middle class is competing for wealth in limited wealth, then the upper class is to create more wealth and value. High-level societies create wealth in an eclectic way, from doing business to generate tax revenues or speaking out about companies to reorient themselves to keep up with trends. But here I would like to focus on "integrating resources". Because many people in the middle society do not understand the difference between "integrating resources" and "competing for resources" in the upper society, in fact, "integration" itself is a kind of creation. For example, in the past, many farmers sold milk mixed with water, but there was no quality assurance and did not meet the hygiene requirements, so they could not sell it at all, and in the end they had to dump it, which not only wasted resources, but also failed to make farmers rich. As a result, some dairy companies have integrated a large number of milk sources from farmers and standardized the milk sources, which not only provide more and better dairy products to the society, but also make farmers make money. Integrating resources is to integrate different systems so that they can play a greater role in cooperation. The so-called "integration of resources" is not simply one plus one equals two, but one life two, two gives birth to three, and three gives birth to all things. Integration is a creation in itself. Therefore, the positioning of high-level social entrepreneurship at the beginning is to create value for the society, and while creating value for the society, its own value is also reflected, so it is very successful.
