There are multiple work scenarios that come into this.

For example, there are various materials, colors, and patterns of the floor, and some of them look like "dirty things".

What should I do if I encounter a person obstruction or a large block of foreign objects?

What if the interior is carpeted or has an odd layout?

To what extent is it truly clean?

In addition, the working path of the sweeping robot, how to arrange it is the most efficient, not to mention energy saving, but also to clean the floor.

The above problems have to be solved by program algorithms.

It is too easy to make a robot sweep and mop the floor, but the difficulty lies in how to make it do its job better and smarter, while taking into account low-carbon and environmental protection...... After all, with a 10,000 mAh battery, it can only last for about 180 minutes.

So hardware issues are not a problem!

Software algorithms are the main problem.

"Mr. Chen, the robot you designed, the way of working is too advanced, the high-definition photo comparison technology, is a generation ahead of the traditional LDS laser planning, I am learning Ai graphics algorithm recently, but it will take at least a week before I can start trying to program."

That is, the problem of "path planning", that is, after determining the distribution of dirt on the floor through the "clean algorithm", how can the sweeping robot plan the optimal path, so as to clean it efficiently and quickly?

Traditional uniform cleaning is definitely not good, and the Wow Wow robot must be able to "focus on care" of dirty places and "light cleaning" of clean places, and choose like a person, so as to clean the floor as cleanest.

And this "path planning algorithm" also stuck Su Youjie for four or five days, and he had no clue at all.

Because of this algorithm, the difficulty is to first make the indoor scene three-dimensional according to the distribution of garbage in the picture, and then establish a mathematical model to deduce a reasonable working path, which is very brain-burning.

And this algorithm, Chen Jin took a printed page, which was densely packed with mathematical formulas and placed it in front of Su Youjie.

The room used for the test was rented by Chen Jin near the industrial zone at a rent of 8,500 per month, and Su Youjie was arranged to live in a four-bedroom and two-hall well-decorated house.

Operator Zhang Zhiwei gave an order, and the wow sweeping robot entered the automatic working mode.

Its bottom scroll wheel rotates, and it first uses the LDS laser distance sensor to scan 360 degrees to build a map of the entire room.
