Michael Donawan's Graduation Thesis of the Holy Falcon Empire Wizarding Academy (1):
"Research on the Rating Method of Mana Origin Magic" - Michael Donawan.
Mana-based casting in the world of Aisha has been in development for many years. The new mana classification and structural upgrade proposed by Principal Deerpet's book, The Five Colors of Mana, heralds a high degree of convergence between traditional and academic spellcasters.
For wizards, the ability and success rate to unleash more difficult and powerful spells often determine the development and bottlenecks of the wizard itself - of course, talent and hard work, as well as luck, also play a crucial role in this. Therefore, wizards urgently need a mana origin magic rating system to refer to and guide their spellcasting level.
The main research work of this paper is as follows:
1. On the basis of the "Five Colors of Mana" system, combined with the mana origin maturity model, the "casting level" of wizards is studied, and a set of practical mana origin magic level evaluation methods that meet the universal criteria are formed and an evaluation system is established.
2. Combine the actual tests of a number of wizards of different levels, process and analyze the collected and recorded data, and find out the influence of various factors on the difficulty of spellcasting under complex spells and the relationship between each influencing factor.
3. By proposing a new statistical arithmetic method, we will find out the interaction between the influencing factors of various factors on the difficulty of casting spells under complex spells. These effects are embodied in quantifiable numeric symbols, and based on these numeric symbols, a universal formula for rating mana origin magic.
4. Evaluate the usability and correctness of universal formulas by verifying the level of mana source magic, and optimize the final formula.
5. Establish a process for evaluating the level of wizards' spellcasting abilities.
Prolegomenon:
As more and more mana origin phenomena are discovered, new techniques for exploring the origin of Elsa's world based on mathematical, statistical, and experimental verification methods have been rapidly developed and widely used—within a decade.
"Calculate before you discover" has become an inevitable trend in the development of spellcasters in the world of Elsa. Ancient and emerging schools of thought have developed their own methods for exploring the origins of mana.
Five Colors of Mana makes it clear that accelerating the quest for mana origins is a great way for casters to improve their spellcasting abilities.
The first mana origin magic rating came from Mr. Malavin Márquez, 30 years ago.
Mr. Márquez proposed a crude hierarchy of spells, in which he judged the amount of mana it took to cast a spell through a mana node.
This grading method doesn't accurately describe a wizard's casting ability, not to mention the different casting frequencies that change with the tide of mana in the world of Elsa, and even whether a wizard gets a good night's sleep can affect the total amount of mana flowing through the mana node.
However, Mr. Márquez has established a system and method for us to continue to explore the mysteries of Aisha in the footsteps of those who came before us.
Mr. Márquez's colleague Sue took a different path, coming up with the theory of mana monitoring. His main research goal and content is to propose a systematic method for dynamic optimization of spellcasting, monitoring of the wizard's own status, and direct measurement of mana flow. However, he also failed. After more than a dozen years of experimentation, his theory has not been proven to be true.
However, we still have to acknowledge Sue's contribution here. The mana flow test crystal ball, an add-on to his research, has had a wide-ranging and far-reaching impact on our lives. Oh, I'm talking about the lives of spellcasters, not ordinary people who don't have the ability to cast spells.

"Mr. Donawan, look, we're almost in the Winterfall forest." Pixie said, pointing to a faintly visible patch of forest at the end of the road.
"I know, I know. Mr. Picksy, please don't be too eager. Maybe you haven't noticed? I'm more familiar with this place than you are—including the road and the forest at the end of it. Michael rode on the back of the blue wind, and used a greasy voice to kill Pixi's stunned dozing.
"Oh, I'm sorry, dear Mr. Donawan, I just watch... Well, I mean, I just think you might have some — careless? Pixie sought some kind of combination from the limited vocabulary in his head. He knows that when facing a nobleman, there are certain combinations that will reward you, some combinations that will allow you to escape punishment, some combinations that will allow you to escape for your life, and some combinations that will dislike you for being too short to reach another world - a one-way ticket, of course.
"Call me Michael or call me Mr. Michael, well, you people really, or say I hate to talk about my nobility - sometimes it's useful, but sometimes it's only a nuisance for yourself." Michael waved his hand and said impatiently.
Sometimes he would wonder that he was obviously very kind and not as commanding as ordinary nobles, but more often people still had a cautious attitude towards him. Michael can only attribute him to the constraints imposed on people by the system of this era.
He sometimes thinks about what kind of system can really drive the development of Aisha's world, and the people live and work in peace and contentment, putting all the fruits of their labor into the journey of exploring Aisha's origin, instead of wasting it in endless wars.
To this end, after graduating from the Holy Falcon Empire's Wizarding Academy, he politely declined Principal Dilpet's invitation to stay and teach, and instead traveled around the world in search of an answer.
Principal Dilpetr tried every means to persuade him, but Michael persisted and persuaded the old principal. However, he still retains the honorary title of Outstanding Graduated Wizard of the Holy Falcon Empire Wizarding Academy. This title was equated with nobility and was canonized by the Holy Emperor himself. Of course, it was the father of the current emperor who canonized it. However, this canonization was recognized by all the nations of the entire Aisha world, with the exception of the Hashema Empire and the Qin'a Empire.
The current Emperor has been working to elevate the privileges of spellcasters since his accession to the throne, and their status has been further promoted. Even ordinary commoner wizards can be respected by nobles below the knightly rank.
After he returned to China and married Lena, Mr. Tesla and Principal Deerpett had a long and in-depth chat with Michael. The old headmaster asks Michael about what he has seen and what he thinks about Elsa, and asks him if he has found the answer he has been looking for in his heart.
Michael just took two sips of the honey poop juice and shook his head. However, he said that while he didn't find the ultimate answer, he might have caught the tail of that answer.
"Let the young people pursue the real truth, I just want to have a few children with Lena now, maybe the children can find that answer, I hope and believe in it." He said.
Thinking of this, Michael's thoughts were flying. He remembered Lena's voice and smile and the appearance of the children, and realized that he hadn't seen his family in a while.
I hope Lena and the children are well, oh, yes, they will, definitely. He thought. Before I knew it, a few hours had passed. The dense forest, which was originally full of shadows, is now in front of you.
"Alright, there's a forest ahead, and I suppose your centaurs must be hiding in one of the two places, the forest lake or the herbivore paradise, right?" Michael asked Peakey.
"That's right, Mr. Donavan, my men are hiding in the herbivore paradise, where there is an abandoned cave that may have once been the lair of some beast, but now it is mine. It's close to the upper reaches of the forest stream, it's easy to supply and hide, and ordinary beasts don't dare to approach it easily - I stumbled upon this place, how do you know everything? Pickey was surprised.
"Hahaha, Mr. Picxi, Mr. Picxi! I thought you could tell my accent, I was from Winterfall. I've lived here for decades! The surroundings of Neverwinter are like my backyard. The cave you're hiding in once belonged to a Flame Queen, but she often went to Winterbreaker to wreak havoc on lawlessness. I chased her away on a graduation trip to the Holy Falcon Empire's Wizarding Academy—I magically carved my name into her wings, and the girl flew away without even letting the house go! ”
Picky was amazed to hear it, he had seen from afar the knights of Sandre hunting a young female fire dragon. The fireball spewed out by the female dragon could melt the finest swords and armor, and his tail was so strong and powerful that a single flick of his tail could send several soldiers to the west. Even if she is lucky enough not to die, the venom on her tail will kill them in a short time.
The battle was fought in the dark, and the knight himself was seriously wounded, and he also lost more than 30 good hands. Even then they couldn't kill her, and the young female dragon struggled to escape the encirclement. The Flame Queen was a very old female fire dragon, and the scales of their bodies were so hard that ordinary swords could not even leave a single gap in her carapace and scales - only delicate swords or enchanted weapons and large siege weapons could hurt her, and the gentleman in front of her had humiliated the queen by himself, and it seemed so easy that Picxi could only be amazed.
