The so-called Tao gives birth to one, one life to two, two to three, three to all things, all things are negative yin and embrace yang, and they are impulsive and think that they are harmonious!

The avenue is invisible but always there, and the big and small roads are all interconnected. There will be a fluctuation in the equilibrium state during operation, and this fluctuation is what we call the loophole between yin and yang!

This kind of opening and closing will continue to derive and die, in which the trajectory is qi!

The way of heaven is more than enough to make up for the deficiency, and the way of man is more than enough to be described. Both speak of the same essence, the way of balance. There will be no excessive bias between heaven and earth, and when there is a certain substance that is too much, it will be assimilated by the operation of the Great Dao and transformed into a place of deficiency.

And the same is true of the way of human operation, which is to learn all his life, make up for his shortcomings and go in a better direction, walk in a higher place.

One is excessive.

The second is that it is insufficient!

One raises one end of the balance, the other lowers the end of the balance, all the same for the sake of balance!

And the manifestation of the Dao of Heaven and Earth above humanity can be illustrated by a dialogue in the Analects!

Zigong asked: "Who is the best teacher or businessman?" Zi said: "The teacher has also passed, and the business is not as good as it"

Zi said: "Then the teacher will heal?" Zi said: "It's too much."

Zizhang is excessive, Zixia is not enough, excessive and not too late are actually the same, moderate is enough!

In this, there is the way of balance.

In the world, the rules are disrupted all the time, and the rules are no longer repaired all the time! How can we see and grasp the rules of balance?

First of all, we must understand what the qi between heaven and earth is embodied in people, which is anger. Is it harmony? Or is it joy?

Many young people step into the society with a lot of enthusiasm, but find all kinds of unfairness, not ideal, they will be angry, will leave, until they have traveled everywhere, found that they can not change, and can not escape, they gradually accept, but this acceptance is not willing, they still hide anger in their hearts, this anger is a loophole, if you use the loophole of this anger to do things, it will be like pushing a boat down the river, riding the wind and waves and sailing! Even the vast sea can be conquered!

When the rule is unfair, if you want to break the rule, you should increase the intensity of its unbalanced state, and when the anger manifests, it will increase the anger, and when it reaches a peak, it will explode and then destroy.

This is the rule that the cathode must be reversed!

When this rule is unfair, if you want to mend it, you should digest it along the source of anger, and make the rules fair little by little, and anger will naturally turn into harmony.

Grumble! In the eyes of countless people, it seems that it is an expression of negative emotions, a cry of the incompetent, and a manifestation of the unenterprising.

But George Bernard Shaw once said:

Rational people are able to adapt to the world, and irrational people try to adapt the world to him, so all progress depends on these irrational people!

If one person's complaint can not be cared about, 10,000 people's complaints can not be cared about, but when 10 million, 100 million or even a billion people are complaining, then this complaint is no longer a complaint, at this time we must be vigilant, anger has reached a critical point, only the last help, timely pull back from the precipice can strengthen the protection of this group, if you can't pull back, it will make the group collapse and the organization disbanded!

Others can't give it, society can't give it, but when you can give it to them, even if you don't mean to have it, they will flock to it!

To complain is to manifest anger, and anger is to be unbalanced and unfair!

It's just that after a long period of changes, there has been an increase in the number of people who deceive others for their own selfishness, and it has become a bad word of 'no treacherous business'!

Then the businessman at this time has to rebalance the rules again, turn anger into anger, rape, I am sincere, people are sincere, I am good! If you do things like this and follow the rules, you will rise and become wealthy! The so-called wealth, wealth, is what it means!

The anger of complaining is not useless garbage, and it cannot be solved by discarding and suppressing, which will only make the anger turn from tangible to intangible, and the invisible trend is the most deadly!

Complaining is the embodiment of the unfairness of many people in an environment, and listening carefully and solving the favorable luck will follow, because many people have a strong hope and desire behind the complaint, he is only shrouded by the appearance of complaining!

Therefore, as small as a person, as small as an enterprise, as large as a country, or the whole world, as long as they have opponents, they will continue to compare, climb, at this time loopholes will continue to appear, the qi of the Tao will also be displayed at any time, always vigilant, constantly to patch loopholes, neutralize yin, reconcile yang, in order to balance and stability!

Sometimes when the enemy exists, the hole is usually discovered by the enemy and hit, and the smart ones will fill in and fix it in time, making the group stronger!

The most dangerous time is the safest time, when the enemy retreats or dies, its vulnerabilities will be set aside, ignored, and even infinitely expanded without realizing it, and finally reach the apex and go to destruction.

Therefore, [Mencius] said: Born in sorrow and died in peace!

[Tao Te Ching] said: Those who know others are wise, and those who know themselves are clear!

It's easy to know the outside, but it's hard to know the inside! It is more difficult to keep a business than to start a business. This is the rule of the flow of qi!
