Urban people, urban diseases.

Living in this glitzy and noisy city, everyone will have a little bit of a problem psychologically. I remember a movie that said, "People who live in this city now, you are embarrassed to say hello to others if you don't have any problems." ”

Sometimes psychological illness is more deadly than physical illness. A superstar of a certain era ended his 47-year life by leaping due to long-term depression. A new generation of singers was also plagued by depression and ended his 29-year life with a plastic bag.

These lamentable tragedies make us pay more attention to the popularization of mental health knowledge, and now life is getting better and better, and people are more aware of mental health, but in fact, mental illness is not so scary and uncontrollable. The mental illnesses we commonly see include ausphobia, delusional disorder, autism, depression, etc......

What about you? What's wrong?

Have you ever felt this way? When a person is always walking into the dark, he can involuntarily find someone standing in the invisible shadows, as if quietly waiting for you to find out.

Whether it's day or night, when you walk alone in a dark corridor, you always feel that there is a person who can't see your face behind you! Even if you turn your head suddenly, you can only feel a dark shadow flashing by, and you speed up your pace in fear, and another sound of speeding up in the hallway appears...... When you have the courage to stop, you can only hear your own breathing in the hallway and the sound of your heart beating at a rapid pace in your chest. And the long hallway behind you is as dead silent as if no one had ever passed. Do you think about it and get scared the more you get scared, the more you are scared, the faster you sped up, and finally you ran and shouted through this staircase?

When you are alone at home, as long as you are doing something wholeheartedly and seriously, when everything is quiet, you will feel someone running back and forth in the room, making the sound of "da-da-da" footsteps, or the sound of someone "clicking" the window, you get up and listen carefully, but you can't hear anything.

When you lower your head and wash your face, you will feel a pair of rough hands trying to choke your neck from above, you can clearly feel those hands getting closer and closer to you, you can even feel his sleeves touching the collar of your back, the hair on his hands rubbing the hair on your ears, and even you can feel his body temperature, and he is worried that you will find out and hold his breath, with a hideous expression, he slowly reaches over his hand to explore the location of your carotid artery. Your hairs stand on end in horror instantly, and you immediately look up when you hold your breath, only to find that there is nothing in the mirror except for your embarrassed self with frightened eyes, and your face is full of water or facial cleanser. But that fear is real.

When you take a bath, do you feel that as long as you bow your head and close your eyes, what flows down your unkempt hair is no longer pure water, but mixed with sticky and fishy blood, and the blood diluted by the water seems to flow from your hair down your cheeks to your whole body little by little.

Every day when I go home, the moment I open the door, I feel that there is a person standing next to the door, holding a dagger with a cold glow in his hand, and wants to give you a fatal knife the moment I enter the door.

When you cross the street, you will feel that a car at an unknown intersection will suddenly speed up and crash into you. When you see a truck passing by, you think it's about to roll over and crush you.

When swimming, you feel like someone is pulling your feet hard under the water, dragging you into the water and drowning.

When we eat together, we always have to look at the person who is cooking which dish has not eaten, and I feel that the dish is poisonous, as if it has a faint luster.

When you sleep, you will always feel a cold hand reach through the gap in the quilt and caress you. You are so frightened that you quickly press the quilt under you......

This condition is known as victimization paranoia, which is one of the many mental illnesses, the most common of them, and an important symptom of many mental illnesses. It mainly refers to the fact that the patient is often in a state of fear, reasoning and judgment arbitrarily, thinking disorders, believing that he is being persecuted or hurt, such a person tends to become extremely cautious and defensive, and often includes the relevant person into his delusional world.

Patients are often in a state of fear, feeling that they have been talked about, framed, plotted, robbed, raped, etc...... Patients often have suicide attempts, which can lead to catastrophe if not diagnosed and treated early.

People with paranoia often have special personality defects, such as subjectivity, sensitivity, suspicion, high self-esteem, self-centeredness, and fantasies. This is often related to the patient's childhood stimuli, lack of maternal love, lack of good interpersonal relationships, etc.

For those of us who live in this city, paranoia is really not a rare disease, but who would go to a psychiatrist to determine if they are mentally ill?

Often this disease is just the result of urban people being too lonely, not remembered, not taken seriously, then we have to pay attention to ourselves.

Generally, such people will only be laughed at by everyone for being too imaginative, but no, they are always living in a state of high alert, feeling that everyone who passes by them is normal one second, and the next second will come to hurt themselves.

Slowly get used to it, then adapt, until finally compromised, no longer think about that, and become a person with a delicate mind and a hard time to be rough. Slowly became two personalities, one is that once you are afraid of someone, you will try to integrate yourself into the world of others. The other is that they are used to this, and they don't want to be too close to others, for fear of losing them after they get it. When I return to a person, I am used to the fear that I have not had now.

Li Yifan is a victim of paranoia, a disease patient who is often overlooked, and always ridicules himself as an imaginative person.

But what will he do when one day, when he thinks he is just one of many people with murder paranoia, but the persecution he sees and feels turns into bloody, living, and brutal killings?

Is it the indifference of human nature or the loss of morality......

Was it discovered by accident or was it predestined, where should he go......
