0345 A volume of Buddhist scriptures
White mist, pink flowers and green leaves, full of fairy energy, this is a peach blossom forest as beautiful as in a dream.
"Senior, what are you bringing me here for?" As soon as his feet landed, Yan Bei frowned and asked.
When the old man in the Taoist robe in front of her heard this, he didn't say anything, threw down a cloth scroll, waved the dust, and turned around to leave.
Yan Bei's heart tightened, his intuition was not good, and in a hurry, the sentence "Bodhi Ancestor" blurted out, calling the person to stop immediately.
"What the hell do you mean?" Yan Bei stepped forward quickly, standing behind Taishang Laojun and asked vigilantly.
Taishang Laojun didn't speak, he turned around slowly, his robe faded, his white robe was added, and his gray hair quickly turned into a soft silver hair.
He actually revealed his identity with such a big thorn, and he was not worried about the consequences of this change at all.
Only when a person's strength is strong enough to a certain extent will he be so freewheeling, and he can even be regarded as capricious.
Yan Bei still couldn't see his face clearly, and could only feel his cold gaze without malice.
"Senior, why are you doing this?" What do you want to do when you get her here?
He still didn't speak, his eyes fell on Yan Bei's delicate face, as if he was looking at her, as if he was looking at another person through her.
After a long time, when Yan Bei's vigilant cells came out, he withdrew such a gaze, raised his finger and pointed to the scroll that fell to the ground, and said lightly:
"Stay here for a while."
Without waiting for Yan Bei to react, as soon as he turned around, he disappeared into the peach forest.
Yan Bei glanced at his eyebrows, and immediately released his five senses to explore where he was, but he didn't expect that the divine consciousness that had been extending outward was blocked by an enchantment, and he could only reach the edge of this peach forest, and could no longer continue to extend.
She's trapped in this peach forest!
Realizing this, Yan Bei's first reaction was to break free, but the other party's strength was far stronger than she imagined, and her mana was less than one of his billions.
"Xiao Duo, are you still there?" After Yan Bei withdrew his divine sense, the first thing he cared about was his own dependence.
Xiao Duo floated out, nodded, and replied, "I'm here, Sister Beibei, take a look at that scroll, there may be any special information about what people left behind." ”
Yan Bei had thought of this scroll at the moment when he had escaped to no avail, but now when he heard Xiao Duo's words, he immediately nodded, reached out and grabbed the scroll that had fallen on the ground, found a peach tree with thick branches, and opened the scroll while sitting.
Anyway, I can't think of a way to get out now, let's see what the hell this mysterious white-robed man is going to do.
The scroll didn't weigh much in his hand, but as soon as he opened it, the weight suddenly appeared, and it rushed out directly from Yan Bei's hand, suspended in mid-air, and constantly projected golden Sanskrit.
Seeing these words, Yan Bei knew that this scroll was originally a Buddhist scripture.
Thanks to her cosmic language, she really wouldn't have been able to read what was written in Sanskrit.
The golden Sanskrit text is a story that is very far from the present.
In the past, before the immeasurable eons of time, when the ancient Buddha lived in the world, there was a good and wise immortal who took refuge in the Buddha.
There are tens of millions of people practicing in front of the Buddha of the Burning Lamp, there are mortals, there are beings of the six realms, and good wisdom is just one of them. He also has a friend, who is an ordinary monkey.
After hearing this, Shanhui decided to become a monk, practice bodhisattva behavior, realize the great wisdom of the universe, and aspire to universalize all sentient beings, so that sentient beings can turn into enlightenment and be free from suffering and happiness.
So he lit the lamp and gave a note to Shanhui and said, "You will become a Buddha in the world of Suva in the future, and after becoming a Buddha, you will be called Shakyamuni and save all sentient beings." ”?
And what about this monkey, after hearing this, he repeatedly called it "false!" "Calling the Buddha of the lamp is a big fallacy, and it will mislead sentient beings.
When the Buddha heard this, he asked the monkey why he was making such a lie, and the monkey asked the Buddha in return:
"World-honored One, according to what you said, sentient beings in the six realms, those who do good karma will receive good results, and those who do bad karma will receive evil results, but in my opinion, this may not be the case."
"Qiang Liang sings night and night, and all his life is to take by force, and indulge in extravagant pleasures until the end of his life. I don't think he ever worried about any bad retribution, and even if you told him these truths, he might not believe them. ”
"Because he sees all the evil things he has done, but he has received good retribution, what is the use of your Dharma to him?"
"Another example is a good family, the good deeds done in a lifetime, but in the end they are harmed by the wicked, how can we talk about good fortune? And the people around him see the good karma he has done but the bad retribution he has received, how can they believe in your Dharma? I don't think your Dharma is useful to the world! It will only harm the good, but it will not punish the wicked, so what is the use of it? ”?
When the Buddha heard the monkey's words, he shook his head helplessly, and said to the monkey about karma, not that he did not repay it, but that the time had not yet come.
If a wicked person commits evil in this life, he will receive evil retribution in the next life or several lifetimes, or he will fall into hell and suffer, or he will be enslaved and slaughtered by man in reincarnation, and the blessing that the wicked will receive in this life is the result of his good deeds in the previous life.
The reason why a good person in this life receives evil retribution is due to his evil deeds in previous lives, and the good deeds of a good person will definitely be blessed in the next life.
The monkey was not convinced, waved his hand indifferently, and said, "I don't know any past life or future life, I only know this life!" ”
"Not only do I not know the past and future lives, but the world does not know the past and future lives, the world only knows that there is something here, and I reach out and take it, and this thing will come into my hands."
"If no one comes to rob me at the moment, then this thing will belong to me, and there will be retribution in the afterlife?"
"Only the great wise can see what happened before a certain number of eons in a previous life, how can a mortal confirm his cause and effect, if not, then you can only say that he believes, and the unbeliever will go on his own all his life, what is the use of your Dharma for him?"?
When the Buddha heard this, he only thought that this monkey was very interesting, so he gave him two magic weapons, a pair of bright golden eyes, which can recognize the true nature of all things, and a pair of ears that can listen to the true hearts of all beings.
Then send the monkey to the six realms of reincarnation, in the eternal eons, and let him confirm the truth of cause and effect by himself.
The so-called six realms of reincarnation are the path of heaven, the path of asura, humanity, hell, hungry ghosts, and animals.
Buddhism believes that all sentient beings, not just human beings, suffer from reincarnation in these six realms, and even if they are gods in the heavenly realm, they will die and then be thrown into the six realms of reincarnation.
If a person does evil in this life, he will be reincarnated as an animal, or he will go to hell and suffer, or he will become a hungry ghost and suffer a lot of suffering.
In this way, the monkey enters the six realms to confirm who is right and who is wrong with the truth of himself and the Buddha of the Burning Lamp.
After several eons of history, the wife of the king of Kapila gave birth to a prince named Siddhartha Gautama.
This prince was very extraordinary from birth, and pursued the wisdom of life and death universe, and later became enlightened under a Bodhi tree when he was thirty years old.
Shakyamuni began to say the Dharma to help sentient beings.
