This is one of the "Eight Monsters of Yangzhou" in the Qing Dynasty, Zheng Xie, an inscription poem, which was given to the acting governor of Shandong by him during his tenure as the governor of Weixian County, and was created in the 11th and 12th years of Qianlong. At that time, Shandong was flooded, and Weixian County was particularly fierce, and hunger was everywhere. Zheng Banqiao immediately ordered "to build a large number of buildings, and recruit hungry people from near and far to work and eat". Someone suggested that it should be reported to the court first, but he flatly refused: "When is this?" After the declaration, the people have no left. Really, I'll let it go! ”
