In this dialogue, Jing Chun believes that Gongsun Yan and Zhang Yi can influence the princes, provoke wars between countries, "be angry and the princes are afraid, live in peace and the world is extinguished", and they are great husbands. Mencius believes that Gongsun Yan and Zhang Yi and others rely on shaking their lips and drumming their tongues, and bending their intentions to welcome the princes to gain the throne, without the principle of benevolence, righteousness and morality, and pursuing the "way of concubines", where can they talk about being a big husband? And put forward his own standard for a big husband: "The rich and the rich cannot be lewd, the poor and the lowly cannot be moved, and the mighty cannot be bent."
