When is advertising most effective? When you're most bored. When does love work best? When you are at your loneliest. When is Mero most effective? When you are most helpless.
A person's rejection of Meilu now does not mean that he will reject it in the future; Just because a person doesn't want a "chance" now doesn't mean he won't want it in the future. If you are eyeing a talent, please don't harass frequently after a miss, and call every month to greet you; Always have a face-to-face, drink tea every time, let him know about your new situation, and show him your new growth; Don't forget him in the moment of commendation; Heavyweight guests must be present; Always follow up diligently, and show new ideas everywhere...... Pay attention to his career, life and family, and get straight to the point at critical moments according to his needs. To put it bluntly, it is no different from a third party in terms of technique.

Personality analysis should be accurate, and coping strategies should be in place!
Perfection: Speak with accurate data;
Strength: The long-term value should be explained thoroughly, and the achievements of Meilu should be prominent;
Lively: depict more of the beauty of Meilu after success, and show more of the ideal life of successful people;
Peaceful: Take a kick in the door and help him make decisions.

Just like the three keys to effective sales – demand, trust and value – successful follow-up and recommendations also need to revolve around the following three aspects of "sincerity".
First, the demand
1. Uncertainty: Unclear needs, unclear standards (i.e., people who don't have goals)
Countermeasures: Investigation of the current situation → causing problems → expanding problems (i.e., finding problems, creating demand, and creating crises)
2. Semi-clarity: clear needs and unclear standards (i.e., people with goals but no methods)
Countermeasures: Present facts→ talk about problems→ talk about opinions (i.e., three-stage communication method, talk about ideas, and build standards)
3. Complete clarity: clear requirements and clear standards (i.e., people with goals and methods)
Countermeasures: Ask for standards, talk about opportunities, investigate more, and follow up for a long time (please refer to my experience when I joined Meilu)
2. Trust
Trust building is first and foremost a process of making friends (especially being strangers), so that others can accept your motives first, and then talk about how good your opportunities and career are.
3. Value
Value is benefit, that is, how much the Meilu business can bring to the other party on the material and spiritual level. Let the value of others be enhanced, and your Meilu career will be justified. At the same time, let the other party understand that there is actually no loss of value in engaging in the Meilu business. As the saying goes, "the beauty of the country depends on the mouth of the tour guide", of course, the newcomers will not understand how big the loss will be, and it is estimated that the people who speak do not understand very much, they are self-absorbed "happy" in the midst of suffering!
At the same time, it's important to believe that the opportunities you offer are worth the money. The so-called influence is actually the transmission of faith. The building of faith in the United States is built year by year through conferences of all sizes, shapes and sizes, and all over the world. This business has always been rolled through meetings, which build confidence, gather popularity, and drive new people. Without meetings, there is no Meilu!
It is precisely because of the experience of being followed up for five years before joining Meilu that my later career in Meilu is basically not impatient, and I am very patient to follow up with someone, even for five or six years. But after all, a person's time, energy, and physical strength are limited, your work, your life, everything about you will revolve around the goal, and the person on the list who is completely hopeless will eventually disappear from your sight, no matter who he is. I've lost a lot of friends because of Meilu, and it's never been my subjective choice!
The above is my experience in follow-up, communication and recommendation for many years, hang a leak, the masters of Meilu will follow this principle to systematically influence newcomers, I believe that people with understanding already have a certain ability to follow up after reading. It's a lot of fun to fight with the persistent American passers-by, and it's become one of the most important entertainment in my life at this stage.
In addition, friends who are still working on Meilu should also take a good look and learn more, don't stick like chewing gum all day long and don't let go, and the new friends on the list who are followed up are also very annoying.
