Soon after working in Rongqian Xili, Lin Chao and Zhang Yan moved farther to Wangdingdi Nanli, which is a newer house, which is naturally of great benefit to improving the team's image. It's a pity that the location is remote, and it's really inconvenient to make an appointment. In this way, we started the training in the living room, and it was from there that I walked to the stage of applause and flowers. Our first road to success also began in our living room in December of that year. A total of more than 20 people, finally came up with some small results, Niu Lili's hand-in-hand sister Sun of the in-depth department who is still struggling was born at this venue, and at the same time, Li Xiaodong, the introducer of Jiangxi and Guizhou markets, is also here to give face to the card.

At that time, Yahan still had its own studio in the East Outer Ring Road, 25 kilometers away, so we went back and forth between Wangdingdi on Tuesday and the East Outer Ring Road on Friday, and suffered all the hardships of the up-and-down bus. Yahan was a nominal gold medal at that time, but the actual performance had already fallen to 12%, and there were few early partners left. As a freshman, of course I didn't know this, and I was still innocently asking Yahan after the meeting why he didn't take a taxi after the meeting, I really didn't know how to understand the leader's suffering!

The most important thing is that the two centers are one east and one west, and there is no one to make an appointment, and in the end, Yahan had to vacate his own house to use as a new center for the team. This time everyone is stunned, Yahan's home is in Tonglou, although it is not the city center, but it is also a bustling and lively wharf, the traffic from the south to the north is still very developed, we stay here for a year and a half, until Yahan is on the jade, we finally found another gold nest!

The new center was Yahan's home, and Yahan had to live in the "office" when he took it out to be the center, and then Yahan slowly realized the convenience of living in the center, and since then he has developed a good habit of working hard in the center. At the beginning, the venue was in a small room, and slowly there were more people and we had to move to the living room outside, and then there were more people, and we began to mobilize Yahan to vacate the largest bedroom, and Yahan was "driven" out of the boudoir by us, and since then he has started his career of laying floors.

Because it is Yahan's home, our operating costs are much lower, which is undoubtedly a relief for our partners who worked hard in the early days with empty pockets. At that time, we didn't pay a lot of money, dozens of yuan a month, mainly to maintain the daily expenses of the center, buy flowers, buy a pencil, and pay a utility bill. The most impressive thing is the poster of the Thailand Overseas Seminar (FY2002 tourist destination) on the toilet door, which was Yahan's dream! This later became the place where the team rose, and the backbone of the team when they drilled basically went out from here, and the golden phoenix could also fly out of the ravine!

Although the Tonglou Center is conveniently located, as an old house, it is inevitable to leave a bad impression on newcomers. The new center is on the ninth floor, because the elevator will be out of service at 10 o'clock in the evening, so you can still sit on the old elevator to squeak up during class, but when class ends, you have to walk down from the upstairs all the way in the dark. The worst thing is that the elevator has to go through a long corridor to the ninth floor, there is no light, and it is very normal for newcomers to be frightened on winter nights. It's okay for my friends to say that it's not so easy to do if you're dating strangers outside. I remember that once Zhao Yi and Yanan brought a new girl, and they were so frightened that they fled as if they were flying under the pretext of flying before they got out of the elevator. This incident left a deep impression on me, and it also doomed me to my stubborn determination to stick to the center grade later.

Time flies, and in a blink of an eye, it is May 2003, when the team is in full swing to make the final sprint for Jade, and the team is growing stronger and stronger. The Tonglou Center has become increasingly unable to meet the needs of the conference, and in particular, it is difficult to solve the problem of disturbing the people. The downstairs neighbors came up every now and then to find fault and quarrel, and we were all annoyed. At the working meeting at the core level of the team, I proposed that I must find a new "home" for the team, and the requirements for the new "home" are: located in the core CBD of Tianjin, which is convenient for invitation; Hotels or office buildings, try to match the grade of Meilu Company; There is a meeting hall that can accommodate at least 100 people, and the space is divided to meet all the functions of the center. As soon as my idea came up, everyone laughed, how could such a center be affordable by American passers-by?

Although I was kindly ridiculed by everyone, such a "home" still occupied all my imagination. I started looking around, and I was already a gold medal of the beauty road at that time, and I didn't have to cooperate with the team to go up the emerald so that I could free up most of my energy to cast the net everywhere. For more than two months, for the sake of my new "home", I traveled to all the decent places in the city, focusing on Nanjing Road (where the core CBD of Tianjin is located) from Xiaobailou in the east to Haiguang Temple in the west. The hard work paid off, and I finally found a place. It is a Grade A office building in the World Trade Plaza on Nanjing Road, Block A is an office building, and Block B is a foreign-related apartment. Although it is no longer the most luxurious place in Tianjin, as one of the landmarks of Tianjin in the late 90s of the 20th century, everyone knows it.

The fierce confrontation with the landlord began, and the rent he offered was 7,000 yuan per month, which is really not expensive for a 120-square-meter foreign-related apartment in a prime location in the city center. But when the leaders of the team heard this, they couldn't help but be shocked that a row of teaching buildings was flowing upside down. In the second round of confrontation with the landlord, I reluctantly pushed the price directly to 4,000 yuan, which was a very imaginative counteroffer, but this was the limit of what we could afford at that time, and success or failure was in this move. Dramatically, the landlord gritted his back molars and painfully agreed, and we later learned that he had five such mortgage houses in that building, and they were empty, and the huge property fees had already overwhelmed him. The good fortune that was far away in the sky just fell on my head inexplicably in my insistence, and I remembered the words that Yahan often inspired me when I rushed for the silver medal: When you give it your all, God will also make a way for you!

The house was taken down, and whether it could be decorated or not became a hot topic for everyone. The apartment itself is hardcovered, but after seven or eight years of wear and tear, it has already looked a little dilapidated. Without pretending, it is difficult to match the internal taste with the style of Meilu's top brand; decoration, everyone has to make a lot of blood. As the saying goes, I tried my best to persuade Yahan to agree to my plan. This is a big international business, and there should be a first-class center to correspond to it!

Lin Chao and I took on the responsibility of designing the new "home", and countless sparks collided between us. The display of products is particularly important, and how to highlight the "four series" (home, personal care, nutrition, and beauty) has become the highlight of our focus. Finally, a product wall with a background that winds like waves (symbolizing the twists and turns of Meilu's career) and four series of inlaid products was born. We hired a friend to be a designer, sketched out the renderings and construction drawings in our minds, and the intense construction began.

The team set up a three-person decoration team composed of me, Lin Chao and Xiao Yan. It was a difficult time, and in order to save the limited funds to the greatest extent, we put down all the work of our respective departments, from a small screw to a carpentry board, and we took on all the purchases. Compare one by one, bargain one by one, and then find the corresponding water cat (i.e., small worker) for each process. For 18 days, 18 days and nights, when we completely became like migrant workers who had just crawled out of the refugee camp, the team was emerald, and our new "home" was completed. It was the middle of August 2003, and in less than two weeks the 2003 fiscal year was about to be a thing of the past.

The decoration cost 22,000 yuan, all kinds of furniture and equipment were more than 10,000 yuan, plus half a year's rent, and every director was bloody. That month, my after-tax income was 7,800 yuan, and I was not even willing to repay the debt, so I donated all of it to my new "home" and became a shareholder. Yahan is the ***** of the team, she contributed 12,000 yuan, the DDs are basically 8,000 yuan per share, the silver medals are 4,000 yuan for half a share, and even the newcomers who voluntarily join the shares have each made up one-tenth of the shares. The new center is to make a profit, and all the net profits from the operation can be distributed at the end of the year!

DD Xiaodong was a big household at that time, Jiangxi, Guizhou two markets basically did not take much effort to be brought by us on the silver medal, at the critical moment, he was unwilling to pay for it, reluctantly into half of the shares, the whole decoration period he only came to the site to inspect twice. The sense of speculation runs through almost the entire career of his American Road. As today's sapphire, if it weren't for the fact that there were two DD households below him to help him, I really don't know how many times he had "died" in Meiludu? This is the beginning of my unaccustomed Xiaodong, he has never had the consciousness of paying, and he has not much of a cooperative mentality! In the seven years of Meilu, I have only seen such a good person as him. But Yahan still admires Xiaodong as always, after all, it is a hen that can still lay eggs, and I have a lot of opinions about Yahan for this!

In any case, the team moved into the new "home" lively, and the main venue of the center, the communication room of Beixijian, the beauty room of Ace, the storage room with changing wardrobes, and the rooms with different styles ignited the passion of the partners. This new "home" has laid an immortal feats for the team to move towards diamonds in the coming year.

Later, even Meilu Company heard about this most fashionable and avant-garde center in Tianjin, and the company's general manager Zheng came to visit with all the company's operating directors. In the Meilu exhibition area of the International Exhibition Center for the Promotion of International Trade in the following year, the company borrowed the creative concept of our product wall, and our team was also honored to host the trade fair on behalf of the company, which was the most brilliant moment of the team!

As soon as the new "home" was completed, I fell ill, with a fever of more than 39 degrees, and it was only through more than 70 VC tablets that I survived the night of high fever. Only when you have really burned for it will you understand that it is not just a center of meetings, it is the never-ending spirit of Meilu in our hearts. It's been more than 30 sleepless nights, and this spirit supports me to sit in front of the computer at the moment and write day and night, writing a real beauty who never stops searching up and down. The new "home" is still in use almost to this day. From 2005 to 2006, when I went south to Guangzhou, the team was scattered, and the center was unable to support itself and left home. In September 2006, I returned from my studies in Guangzhou, and eight months later we reorganized our team and returned to the WTO. In 2007, in order to cooperate with the team's new operation concept, the original World Trade Center was transformed into a home ecological life pavilion, and Yahan alone undertook the decoration cost of more than 40,000 yuan. At that time, Lin Chao was ready to go overseas, Teacher Xiaoyan had returned to work, and Li Xiaodong was still hibernating, so I went all out to take on the responsibility of decoration again.
