Chapter 22: Eight Thousand Miles of Clouds and Moons

I can't remember how many meetings I've had, and I can't remember how many classes I've taught, but in the past seven years, in addition to demonstrations, OPPs, invitations, follow-ups, orders, and deliveries, the rest are almost all about the memories of meetings.

I am a person who loves to learn, and when I haven't done Meilu, I often go to listen to Meilu's classes, on the one hand, to give Yahan face, and on the other hand, I also want to combine the strengths of each family, after all, people who do tourism want to become miscellaneous, and they have to know a little bit about everything. Sometimes Yahan didn't call me for a long time, and I would take the initiative to ask her if she had any classes to comfort her wounded heart.

When I first entered the United States, the team was weak and didn't even have the ability to start classes on my own, so I went to the side department to rub in. I remember the day after joining Meilu, I went to the family gathering of Director Pan in Heiniucheng Road, and the theme of that day was "How to get a silver medal from 9%". Obediently, I didn't even fight the goods at that time, but fortunately I didn't listen to death, and my vitality was really tenacious at that time.

In Meilu, you should listen to what stage of class you are awarded, and if you go beyond the level to listen to higher-level classes, the chance of being "poisoned" is very high. On the one hand, it is because you are likely to suffer from indigestion when you have little experience in the United States, and on the other hand, it is also because you do not have a higher identity, mentality, and vested interests.

Either way, it was my greatest happiness to have classes, especially in my first year as a student at Meilu, when I faced all kinds of cold receptions every day and began to look forward to the center meeting (i.e., the twice-weekly evening routine) as soon as I got home. I was almost always learning beyond the stage, and as a pioneer in the team, that was a responsibility that we couldn't escape at that time.

In the third month of Meilu, after Yahan's unremitting efforts, Ms. Yang from Shanghai was finally able to give us some tickets to attend her conference in Shanghai. For the first time, I met the legendary Teacher Yang (a legendary woman in Meilu China before 1998, the first DD household in Brilliant International, the first diamond household in East China, and a double diamond in 2004). She was a very wise woman, full of human insight, and her life from China to Australia and back to China to work hard in the United States is also full of legends. Since then, we have been able to go to Shanghai often to listen to her teachings, and Ms. Yang has also been an important life coach on my American road.

At that time, the most widely spread was Yahan's study experience, because it was too far away from Mr. Yang (there were 1 pearl and 2 jade in the middle), because we couldn't get the pearl bonus, so no matter how big we did, it had little to do with Mr. Yang. So, when Yahan was still 3%, he could sell his jewelry and go to Shanghai seven times a year, and this spirit of extreme desire for success eventually moved Mr. Yang, and of course, this spirit eventually led to the failure of our relationship.

It is hard to travel from Tianjin to Shanghai once, because there is no money, you can only sit on a hard seat, eat instant noodles, and live in a hotel for six people in a standard room. Of course, the hotel didn't bother us less. During the meeting, there is almost no sleep, after the meeting there is a post-meeting (that is, a follow-up meeting after the evening training), after the meeting, there are leaders to communicate alone, back to the hotel everyone has to lie down for an hour, talk about life ideals or something, it is impossible to stop until three or four o'clock in the morning, and the next day you have to get up early to continue the meeting. Seriously, the spirit of success without dying is something that ordinary people can't survive at all, and the American passers-by vividly call this kind of thing an eagle - the one who can survive is the eagle. Oh, how apt! Want to succeed? Boil the eagle first!

The ever-increasing cost of meetings is really unbearable. It was more than 600 yuan to go to Shanghai once, more than 800 yuan to Guangzhou once, and the ticket for the conference was still 300 yuan earlier, which was the most stressful part of my early American road. The solution is actually just one word: borrow!

Many conferences are hard to get votes, usually Yahan takes a number of tickets from the leader or the side department at one time, and then we each subcontract, and we get the tickets and then further subcontract. If you wait until you count how many departments can go and how many new people will come, the daylily will be cold! These times are changing fast, and no one will wait for you! Therefore, every time there is a conference, we buy tickets without making an appointment. After you get the tickets, you will find a way to invite the people who correspond to these tickets one by one. Many times, some friends are dragged alive by the American passers-by around them, just because if no one goes, these tickets will all have to be lost. Dozens or hundreds of yuan a piece, those tickets are all money, no matter whether the person who goes can come out or not, at least he has an explanation for himself in his heart. After dusk, pigeons are flying all over the sky! Anyone who has been a friend of the United States must have a deep experience.

The meeting is over, but the most head-scratching thing will come next. You bought the ticket for the meeting, but who should you ask for the money for so many newcomers? pay it all by yourself, and you can't afford to have a meeting next time or make an appointment; Find a friend and ask for it, people will say which one asked me to come? This is a debt of human affection that is difficult to sort out. If a friend is moved by the meeting, it is reasonable to ask him for money; But the other party is completely trying to save your face, so I'm afraid you have to bury this list yourself. The money spent by the Meilu people on this is really a sea of money! Later, Yahan told everyone that if you are very optimistic about a person, then you buy tickets for him, and don't you earn all of them back when you come out? And then start giving my example......

After a year or two of the days when my grandmother didn't love my uncle and didn't love, in August 2003, we finally put together the jadeite, and all the leaders above were surprised to find that the small seed that fell to Tianjin inconspicuously not only sprouted, but also blossomed and bore fruit. As a result, we were favored by all the leaders almost overnight. Chen Zuan, who is far away in Guangdong, not only allows us to continue to participate in his conferences in Guangdong and Guangxi, but also helps us get tickets for Mr. Zhou in Guangzhou, and even uses his connections to get tickets for Mr. Chen's conferences all over the country; Teacher Yang from Shanghai also extended an olive branch in time, not only asking us to participate in every meeting in East China, but also to share and give a lecture at the conference.

From not being able to get tickets to a large number of tickets piled up in front of us at once, we were also dumbfounded, just like Grandma Liu entered the Grand View Garden. But no one's kindness above is easy to refuse and can't refuse, doesn't it mean that "it's better to read thousands of books than to travel thousands of miles, it's better to read countless people than to read countless people, and it's better to follow the footsteps of successful people than to read countless people"? Since then, we have begun a long journey to follow the four pioneers.

From the icy and snowy land of Songjiang in the north to the beautiful scenery of Guangzhou, from the land of fish and rice in the hills of central China to the prosperity of the Yangtze River Delta, Harbin, Beijing, Langfang, Tangshan, Jinan, Nanjing, Zhenjiang, Changzhou, Kunshan, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Maoming, Zhanjiang, Nanning, Nanchang, ...... In the past two years, we have led the team to fight in the north and south, imprinted the team's footprints in one city after another, forged an iron-clad battalion, and also trained a team that can fight well. How much is it, I have a rough calculation myself, how can it not be less than 70,000 or 80,000 yuan in seven years, and this is not counting the meeting where I give lectures to others in the later stage and do not pay for the travel expenses.

For those two years, we had to lead the team almost every month, not including the meetings we organized ourselves in and around the country and our daily studies. Every time we come back from other places, we will organize and share the learning at the center. To sell the "regret medicine" on sale, so that those partners who didn't go this time will regret their intestines - this is Yahan's highest instruction to us at that time.

Mr. Yang is the direct front row of the crown ambassador Miss Zhou and Mr. Chen, but Mr. Yang and Mr. Chen have a very poor personal relationship, and they are almost strangers. As a depth, we don't know what happened between them in Australia back then, but the conflict between the two big leaders inevitably affected us Xiao Mao Mao (that is, the small departments under the command of the junior leaders who did not have high awards). Teacher Yang finally found out that we were hiding her from Mr. Chen's conference, and she insisted that we should immediately cut off all contact with Mr. Chen; And Mr. Chen also knew that we were still following Mr. Yang, and he also euphemistically expressed the idea that we must make a decision as soon as possible.

Yahan was caught in a deep conflict, and we would often discuss meetings together. I firmly advocate giving up Mr. Yang and turning to Mr. Chen, after all, we don't have so much money and time, after all, Meilu is still a business, and only by following Mr. Chen can we be faster, higher and stronger. Yahan is intellectually aware of Mr. Chen's pattern, but Mr. Yang's emotional investment in the early days made Yahan hesitate and always find it difficult to decide. The team finally fell into an endless sea of meetings, and the newcomers could also participate selectively according to their financial ability, but the directors had to take the lead and lead the team, which directly led to the increasingly broken economic situation of the directors of the team.

And worse is yet to come. Because Mr. Chen and Mr. Yang are very different in terms of pattern and thinking, we will have Mr. Chen's thinking and Mr. Yang's method for a while. In the process of drilling, this confusion in the direction caused a lot of unnecessary sacrifices. I began to feel more and more that Yahan was not a good leader, and the contradictions and differences between us were widening, which was one of the reasons why Yahan and I broke up for the first time in April 2004.

In September 2004, the team bought two diamonds at once, which was unique in the northern area of Meilu that year. But after half a year, the team began to fall into disorderly chaos and turmoil, and it can be said that the replenishment of awards, endless meetings, confusion of operational ideas, and the failure of leaders to admit their mistakes finally crushed the team that once created myths. The team, in fact, was dragged down alive! Unfortunately, at that time, we were still shouting the famous words of the founder's family member and Crown Ambassador Boss Chen (the leader of the Crown Ambassador Mr. Zhou): Speed is everything!

Later, we began to stipulate that newcomers could attend field meetings once every three months, and leaders who had targeted for awards that year still had to attend every meeting. But it was too late, and countless contradictions accumulated in the past two years erupted overnight. Fortresses, always the easiest to start disintegrating from within, that's a story for later.

In 2005, when Manager Niu, who was already a diamond, left Meilu alone and became a "corpse", I was ordered to rescue him, and he said to me hatefully: "If you don't hold a conference, you will die quickly, and if you hold a conference, you will die miserably!" "And I, there is only silence. Yes, there are many ordinary aunts in his team who sell things in a down-to-earth manner, and they are very happy and content, but after the conference, they unrealistically crave "airplane cannons". The conference endlessly magnifies a person's dreams, but reality will drop them firmly from the clouds to the ground, and this huge gap between the ideal and the reality is not something that many people can bear. If you can't bear it, you can only become a "corpse".

Eight thousand miles of clouds and moons, seven years of fame, dust and soil, white young man's head, empty and sad!
