Chapter 15 Starting a business is difficult and there are many battles

When I first debuted, I was jerky, although I went out in a travel agency for three days and two ends, and I would talk about allusions to tourists, but it was quite difficult for familiar relatives and friends to ask them to buy some dish soap, shower gel or something. I'm a thin-faced person, and I don't seem to have ever begged for someone in my life.

When I applied for the college entrance examination, I had a principle to adhere to, that is, three don'ts: not being a teacher - boring, not doing sales - asking for people, not learning foreign languages - memorizing words. So I refused the school's place in the Chinese Department of Tianjin Normal University, and resolutely chose to choose a single wooden bridge, and also refused to major in foreign languages and marketing. But for the sake of freedom and achievement, I tried almost everything I didn't like in the United States. It's a seven-year period of mental grinding.

At that time, what I told myself every day was: do what you should do before you succeed, and then do what you like to do after success! ——When you have no capital and no conditions, you are not qualified to talk about liking! I thought of Xiao Ying, who was far away in Chengdu, and my long-deceased mother...... Nowadays, many young people always like to blow water in front of me: I like ...... I'm a good fit for ...... But they forget that liking and fitting are conditional!

I started to work product demonstrations and OPP, and I started a life where I was repeatedly rejected every day. I went to the white-collar workers of the company, and the white-collar workers of the company said that it was the work of laid-off workers; I went to the laid-off workers, and the laid-off workers said that only the white-collar workers in your company could afford it; I went to the man, and the man said that the old man was too embarrassed to talk about the bottles and cans; I went to the woman, and the woman said that it was a man's business to raise a family and make a lot of money. In the end, I came to a conclusion: Meilu, that's not a human thing!

Although it is not a human thing, for people who have dreams, beliefs, and are willing to climb, there is no problem that cannot be solved. Leaders will tell you that abnormal time, abnormal life, and abnormal investment are exchanged for abnormal income! At that time, the most common thing we said in the education department was: Meilu is good enough, the question is whether you are good enough? In the face of the ruthless cold reception of the market, in addition to constantly recharging and learning to fight chicken blood, my favorite thing is to smoke a cigarette with Lin Chao in the corridor outside the center and express my heartfelt feelings. Meilu people, only in the place where Meilu people gather can you find a trace of warmth.

It's a pity that this situation didn't last long, Yahan half-jokingly and half-seriously described the situation where Lin Chao and I smoked in the corridor after each study in the center, and the scene was like two people standing on the edge of the gutter, and you poured dirty water one scoop at a time. At that time, the center was the "home" in our minds, and when we got cold from the wind outside, we always longed for "hot water" to drink when we came home.

Look positive, listen positive, speak positive, do positive! This is the golden rule of Meilu's success, because Meilu's biggest enemy is negativity, and once it spreads, negativity will infect a large area like a virus. But Meilu people are also human beings, and they also have emotions. With a knot, you can't tell your family that they're waiting for you to leave! You can't tell the people below you, that will affect their state, that's suicide, who can't get along with money? Of course, it should not affect the side departments, which is to harm innocent lives and the flowers of the motherland. So I thought of leaders, but leaders are also people! Chen Zuan said: "I don't want to listen to your negative ones, the leaders will die if you listen too much!" So, later Yan Zuan taught us that it is safest and reliable to go to your friends who are impossible to be Meilu, and "poison" them. The American passers-by are actually extremely weak, and they are even more bitter and unspeakable!

It was a time of "happiness", and every day I went out with confidence and hope, and went through the wind and rain, so that the storm came more violently! Persistence is victory! I'm going to die to make it! Late at night, I dragged my tired body back home, turned on the computer, turned up the volume, and let the excitement of the music bring me back to the hot venue. Liang Dong's "The Right Choice for My Career" has been listened to hundreds of times, and "The Life of Boren" has been watched countless times, and he silently hummed "Thank You" with the computer with tears, resolutely not to be his radical type (that is, a person who is inspired by others), and not to add a burden to the leader!

It is precisely because of those passionate days that I deeply understand the dignified mood of a beautiful passerby. The department likes to talk to me, about ideas, ideals, life, family, love, music...... At such times, I usually don't pat them on the shoulder and solemnly say "focus on the goal and go all out". So much so that later Yahan had to remind me that I should always pay attention to keeping a distance from the department, maintain a sense of mystery to have leadership, don't talk about those useless things all day long, and talk more about goals! I don't understand. This is also the root cause of the loss of cohesion of the Yanzuan team after I left Tianjin, and it is also the lifeblood of the so-called leadership of many leaders. Yan Zuan's leadership is only effective for newcomers, and the old guys care more about human warmth. Of course, disguising an unsuccessful life is a very reasonable explanation, as is pretending to be a god or an angel, and nothing else has anything to do with leadership.

We work hard without stopping. For Chen Zuan, who was still a pearl at that time, it was difficult for him to come to this small department in the field (that is, the team or market with performance or awards lower than the silver medal) two or three times a year, and we became motherless children. If you don't have a mother, you naturally have to find milk to drink, but you can't drink your own, so we have established cooperative relations with many side departments in the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangzhou area. Of course, you can't make friends who are DD if you are a gold medal, let alone such an inconspicuous small team. We became a "sonorous foursome", diligent public relations and affectionate giving, all in exchange for precious tickets or the visit of the director of the next department. In 2001, the silver medal was still a rarity in the United States Road China, flowers, fruits, and high welcome from afar, and we have since practiced a whole set of superb skills in guest reception.

Whether it's a nod or a waist, or a lot of effort, we finally get some opportunities to rub the lessons of other teams. We are hungry for valuable learning. I started to listen to 12% of the classes from 3%, and I started to participate in the Silver Medal training class after 12%, and we never let go of any opportunity to improve myself. If you want to succeed quickly, you need to grow quickly. It can be said that this small department in the field, which had only seven or eight guns back then, grew up eating hundreds of meals from the very beginning.

I remember that once Mr. Chen, the head of the system, came to Tianjin to give a lecture, in order to get Mr. Chen's peerless true biography, Yahan rushed to the Golden Horse Hotel where Mr. Chen stayed with flowers and fruits, and waited for 12 hours at the door of his room, and finally even Mr. Chen's secretary couldn't bear it, and moved Mr. Chen under some intercession, and finally gave us five minutes. We were so far away from Mr. Chen, and there were several jadeite, diamond, and even double diamonds in between. Giving us time, for Mr. Chen, is almost in no interest.

Later, Mr. Yang from Shanghai (our hands-on double diamond) introduced us to Mr. Cheng and Miss Chen in Beijing, who were going to upgrade the jade system in Beijing, so Yahan brought flowers and clay figurines to visit Zhang again and again. It wasn't until the third visit that they accepted our gifts, and we could finally call her Sister Xiuxiu very affectionately, and we got on this line (that is, the leaders of different systems or teams accept newcomers from other systems or teams to listen to the lectures and learn and grow). It should be said that in the initial stage of the team, Yahan still fought for many opportunities and paid a lot of costs for our growth, for which I am still grateful.

After studying outside, we returned to the center with a few broken guns and became one of the few "senior" lecturers in the team. Since I was still a 3%, I have been standing on the stage as a host, DJ, and presenter. Today, the reason why many people leave Meilu with nothing, or what they have learned is not useful in real work, is because there are not many opportunities for them to exercise. In the newcomer field of the center, the new Meilu will come to the stage to share for five minutes at most, and then give you a small meeting host when you get 12%. Presenter? That's the one who talks about "dead" people! But what can we do then! It's your luck to have a leader, and it's your blessing to have a leader. In my later words, sharpshooters were fed with bullets. Without the tempering of my early years, I would not have been able to have the super strength I later had.

It should be said that when I first debuted, Yahan helped me talk about two OPPs, and Lin Chao did a full set of demonstrations for me, and since then, all the public OPP and BTC demonstration training of the whole team has fallen on my shoulders alone. My super invincible OPP and "Vision Value" have helped the team bring out batches of newcomers, and their shock level is probably comparable to that of Mr. Chen today. I don't know how many people I've hurt, but at that time I was so naïve that I really thought that Meilu was the opportunity of our life!

My mind went back to such an evening, and the "sonorous foursome" sat in the center and looked at each other. It was a weekend night in 2001, and the course should have started ten minutes ago, but none of us had an appointment with a newcomer, so Zhang Yan was the host, Lin Chao was the demonstration, I was the main speaker, Yahan was the audience, and then we all applauded happily. This is an OPP without newcomers, and all we can do at that time is to cheer each other on like this. It's okay, they'll definitely come next time! Persistence is victory, and the dawn is ahead! The only food for the Meilu people to survive in the harsh market is faith and hope, and nothing else!

From the time he was a newcomer, he had to become a firm leader, he had to organize a BTC newcomer start-up training class, he had to hold a success road (i.e., a one-day small success ridge), he had to plan a travel seminar, a New Year's party, he had to face the rush to the line (that is, some leaders snatched the newcomers from other teams under their own name), and other teams spread rumors and slander. God has given me the opportunity of history, given me the opportunity to exercise, let me grow, and polished my heart muscle to be extremely strong, for which I would like to thank Meilu.

But for seven years, those bloody "corpses" have always lingered in my mind, they are former comrades-in-arms and brothers who have rolled together. It's hard for me to treat them as cold corpses. The leader said: "This is a business that adds firewood to the bottom, and the wet firewood has to be left to dry." "How much time and effort does it take to develop a leader who can take charge of himself? It's been seven years, I've been training new people forever, I'm tired, I'm really tired!
