We know that water molecules are made up of hydrogen atoms and oxygen atoms. In order to achieve the goal of "universalizing all living beings without flooding people", Shakyamuni changed the distance between the nucleus of the atom and the electrons outside the nucleus.

If the atom is compared to a large football field, the nucleus is equivalent to a lollipop in the middle of the football field, and the space left in the stadium except for this lollipop can be regarded as empty, because the volume of electrons is negligible. Therefore, if the space between the nucleus and the electron is not so empty, a lot of space can be "saved". The radius of the hydrogen nucleus r1 = 1.5 times the -15th power of 10, and the orbital radius of the extranuclear electrons rotating around the nucleus r2 = 0.53 times the -10th power of 10, under the supreme mana of Shakyamuni Buddha, he reduced the orbital radius of the outer electrons of the hydrogen nucleus around the nucleus, and the same is true for the oxygen atom. In this way, the total volume of water in the pool shrinks, leaving a part of the space for "universal beings" that are not filled with "water". This space exists in the Water Palace at the bottom of the Blue Dragon Pond, which is why Hu Kehao and He Xin can survive and breathe freely in the Water Palace.

Shakyamuni Buddha changed the orbital radius of electrons outside the nuclear with his "supreme power" and "power", which is a blatant violation of the fundamental laws of nature. Although you are a Buddha, even if it is a Pangu or a lamp-burning ancient Buddha, you cannot easily violate or destroy the laws of nature. For example, Qin Shi Huang could build the Great Wall and Afang Palace with his "power", but this power violated the people's tolerance limit, so the Qin Dynasty's regime was not stable. In the same way, will the underwater world be stable?

Shakyamuni Buddha's original intention was to save people from drowning in the water in the pool, which is a good starting point, but a good starting point does not necessarily bring good results. For example, Wang Anshi changed the law, the original intention of the change was to make the country rich and the people strong, but in the process of implementing the policy, the loopholes of the policy will inevitably be exploited, and the implementation of the policy will inevitably be out of shape in the staggered struggle of various classes, so Wang Anshi finally "hated Banshantang" and vomited blood to death. By analogy, Shakyamuni Buddha forcibly changed the orbital radius of electrons, a fundamental constant of physics, which inevitably led to instability in the underwater world, because it violated the fundamental law of physics, the principle of anthropic.

The Anthropic Cosmology Principle (referred to as the Anthropic) was proposed by Boro and Tibera. This principle is complex, but in short, it is the existence of human beings that explains the properties of our universe, including the fundamental constants of nature. Because if the universe weren't like this, there wouldn't be intelligent beings like us to talk about it.

In the early days of the underwater world, that is, the first people to settle in the underwater world after the tribal war, they were often hit by floods, just like the description of "the heavens and the earth are yellow, and the universe is desolate" in the "Thousand Characters Text". Because the orbital radius of the electrons is forcibly changed, they have a tendency to expand automatically, which inevitably causes floods and drowns many people. The first group of people who fell into the water were not drowned immediately, but only drowned in the flood that happened later, and the extended period of their lives was given by Shakyamuni Buddha, so the Buddha cannot be blamed for this. Of course, the people of the underwater world were not drowned, and under the command of the leadership, they heroically fought the flood and protected their homeland.

However, it is said that Shakyamuni Buddha was busy with work in the Great Leiyin Temple in the West Heaven, and he managed the affairs of the four major continents - Dongsheng Shenzhou, West Niuhe Continent, South Ganbu Continent and North Julu Continent. Because of the prayer of the water witch Wan'er, Shakyamuni Buddha knew about the disaster in the underwater world of Qinglong Pond, and thought about countermeasures to solve the disaster in his busy schedule, and he taught the rescue method to the water witch in Qinglong Pond - that is, Wan'er girl.

For the safety and stability of the underwater world, the potential hazards of the "anthropic principle" need to be overcome. According to the Buddha's instructions, it is necessary to enhance the biodiversity of the underwater world, so that the proportion of "anthropic" will decrease, and the "anthropic" principle will weaken the obstacles of the Buddha's casting of spells to stabilize the underwater world. Shakyamuni once said: There are five immortals in Zhou Tian, who are gods, men and ghosts in heaven and earth; There are five insects, which are scales and feathers. For the sake of the diversity of creatures in the underwater world, it is necessary to follow the direction of the five elements of yin and yang, so that the underwater world is inhabited by such animals as scales and feathers. The Buddha's juxtaposition of humans and animals is also the meaning of equality of all beings, love for nature, and protection of animals.

It is said that the ancients divided animals into five categories, namely feather insects (birds), caterpillars (beasts), insects (later called insects, beetles, referring to insects and aquariums with carapaces, such as shellfish, crabs, turtles, etc.), scale insects (fish, lizards, snakes and other scaly animals, including winged insects), silverworms (beetles are naked, that is, there is no fur to cover the meaning, referring to humans, frogs, earthworms, etc.), collectively known as "five insects". At present, the underwater world of Qinglongtan mainly lives humans, fish, shellfish, crabs, turtles, etc. The water witch gathered these five insects and distributed them safely in five different directions of the underwater world according to the orientation of the five elements of yin and yang - the beetle is in the center, the scale insect is in the north, the caterpillar is in the east, the feather insect is in the west, and the insect is in the south.

Buddha Shakyamuni then used his supreme magic power to apply the breath of Xuanshui to the scale insects in the north, the breath of Xuanmu to the caterpillars in the east, the breath of Xuanjin to the feather insects in the west, the breath of Xuanhuo to the insects in the south, and the breath of Xuantu to the insects in the middle. Under the action of the five true qis, gold, wood, water, fire, and earth, the physical constants of the underwater world have changed, and under this new combination of physical constants, a stable world has been formed underwater. In this stable world, the speed of light in a vacuum is not 299792458 m/s, the gravitational constant is not 6.67428x10-11 m3/(kg.s2), the electron charge is not 1.602176487x10-19 C, and the proton mass is not 1.672621638x10-27kg.

Could it be that he told you these parameters and asked you to harm the world? Is high technology a blessing or a curse? You know about high technology, but you are not moral, you can use high technology to make poisoned food, to produce gutter oil, to produce melamine, what is the point?

After the underwater world was initially stabilized, unexpectedly, there were several earthworms burrowing in the soil in a piece of land on the bank of the Qinglongtan embankment. As the saying goes: "A thousand miles of embankment is destroyed in an anthill." "This wriggling earthworm looks like a dragon but not a dragon, like a snake but not a snake, but it greatly affects the stability of the underwater world. With her skills and mana, the Water Witch imprisoned her in the soil, making it impossible for her to move around at will. Unexpectedly, Chen Qingshan of Qinglongzhuang wanted to go fishing in Qinglongtan and asked his son Chen Song to dig earthworms, and Chen Song actually destroyed the "cell" built by the water witch for the earthworms, and these earthworms wriggled again, causing the underwater world to shake. This is the reason why the witch held a ceremony to sit on the throne in He Xin and was about to announce her as a successor, when there was an earthquake in the Qinglongtan Water Palace and it shook violently.
