"Poster Planner"

With the topic of "Chinese Dream, Ideals, Beliefs, Youth, and Positive Energy", a poster was made for an opening ceremony in the hospital. Each of us looked up some information, and roughly conceived a picture of ourselves (which contents to draw, which words to write), and everyone said during the discussion. The time and place for discussion and production are scheduled for tomorrow afternoon at 14:30 in the sisters' dormitory. The drawing paper was taken from the boys' dormitory, and Lu Junya, the secretary of the Youth League, was asked to coordinate with the girls to prepare the tools for painting (paintbrushes, erasers, knives, etc.)

Appendix 1.Specific poster process

a. The Propaganda Committee collects everyone's free time and determines the time and place for discussion;

b. Each person publishes a poster that they have roughly conceived (what to draw and what to write), and others ask relevant questions;

c. Voting, each person casts three votes and chooses one of them;

d. On the selected one, and then do an in-depth discussion in detail, (what to draw, what to write, how to typeset);

e. Begin to make, draw, and write. It is expected to be completed in one afternoon.

Chiba prepared and printed a poster that he had made separately, thinking that he could pass, but everyone didn't pass him, he felt very disappointed, and thought that it would be good to discuss it with them in advance, and he was really stupid to print so much money for nothing.

On May 1, 2013, Chiba wrote an article about his troubles, "Optimal Self, Urgent Improvement".

Now that you know the truth, why not be the best self, your own definition of an excellent person, and the most ideal self in your mind. When I made a choice, it was not that I didn't understand, but that I didn't have the courage to face it, so I chose an extreme approach, and hesitated in the extreme, and let it fall.

The optimal self is complex, far less simple than it is now, and all kinds of things can be achieved, but even the optimal is flawed compared to the extreme approach. Why do you still want to be better, why do you want to become more perfect, it's not that you can't tolerate flaws, you just want to go to a higher place, instinctively, not completely.

It has been said that the greatest sorrow of man is not wanting to be himself.

Moving my feet lightly and digging deeper, I realized that there have always been two kinds of forces that support me: the power of emotion-centered connection, and the power of reality-centered renunciation. Perhaps this is the root of the heart, and the reason why it likes extremes so much is not only because it is chic and simple, and it is also an unjustifiable fact that one part can be strengthened by discarding another, but the price seems to be a little heavier. Some people also say that you don't have to go through everything, the key is to look at your heart, as long as you usually feel happy, that's enough, Don Quixote is not.

For people who simply want to climb up and have no edges and corners polished by reality, giving up can indeed allow us to face the future with the most relaxed, easiest to enrich and learn, but what does it lose? The display of the past and present, the understanding of life in general, and the connection with the people around you.

Even now, I am so afraid of loneliness, afraid of a world where there is only one person, there is always a good time to talk and laugh and communicate with each other. It is impossible for people to live in isolation from the world, only interconnectedness can have the meaning of existence, in the face of the cruel reality, in order not to lose the most precious things, we give up too much, too much.

Under the clear self-planning, after failing a few times, I always subconsciously think how difficult it is, how complicated it is, it's not that I don't want to admit it, I don't want to take it seriously, but I don't have the courage to face it, driven by desire, and I didn't do what I should do at the time, how can we talk about contentment and happiness?

After a long time, I still can't find the answer, but I won't escape anymore, awakening the courage to face the complicated life and facing the best of myself, no matter how each fork in the road is finally chosen, no matter what kind of correction in the process of pursuing a higher level, I will bear all the dissatisfaction and urgent sense of improvement when I am close to collapse, and insist on being the best self, the most ideal self in my heart. In the new stage and new environment, everyone has started their own new way of life, not to fall behind, to be ahead, to stand at the forefront of the world.
