In the past three years of university, although I have devoted most of my study time and energy to chemical engineering, I have gradually fallen in love with this industry, but I have not forgotten my love for teachers at the beginning. In the past three years, the long process of struggle is still vivid, in the freshman year, I took Mr. Zhu's pedagogical principles course, and actively discussed with the teacher on some problems in teaching after class, and often communicated with the teacher by email; After entering the sophomore year, I often went to the library to read materials related to education, teaching, and teachers, and taught myself a lot of theoretical knowledge. During the vacation, he worked as a substitute teacher in an educational institution, especially rich in teaching experience, and also worked as a tutor for more than two years in Zhejiang and Tiancheng, and the substitute students were also admitted to the ideal high school and junior high school; In the third year, he participated in the relevant training of teacher certification at the Tiancheng Teacher Training Center, and his examination results were excellent, and he could obtain the teacher qualification certificate as soon as he received his graduation certificate.
With years of love for education, the study of educational theory knowledge, and more than two years of practical teaching experience, I believe that I have a very deep insight in education and teaching, although some of the suggestions put forward here are only personal views, but I still hope to be helpful to Mr. Han, and thank Mr. Han for his sincere teachings to us in the past year.

1. Teaching for the sake of learning and enhancing the communication between teachers and students

Mr. Han has done a good job in this regard, in addition to lectures, there are also conversation-style teaching links with students.
Improvement plan: increase eye contact with students, not only look at PPT in class, but also scan the whole audience; Open some online communication methods and platforms, such as email, Weibo and QQ, etc.; I often go down to the podium to talk to students during class, and don't go out to talk on the phone or anything after the first class; In the classroom, you can appropriately mix some of your own experiences and perceptions of life, which is generally very interesting to college students, and it also seems more real.
2. Apply what you have learned, and integrate the classroom with society
At present, in the context of China's education, the family, the school and the society are seriously disconnected from the educational forces, as far as the school and the society are concerned, there is a general phenomenon of 5 2<0, primary and secondary schools due to the number of words here not to mention for the time being, the university campus casually visit a student can also know that there are some drawbacks in the current system, in today's knowledge explosion, as far as the society is concerned, we need more learning methods and learning ability, rather than the knowledge itself learned. Teacher Han has done a good job of arranging some reactor designs in the classroom, so that we not only learn theoretical knowledge, but also have a sense of achievement because of the integration with social production, while understanding the basic framework of the discipline and mastering the basic knowledge, we also cultivate our sense of teamwork, professional learning ability and practical ability.
Improvement plan: Classroom activities, such as reactor design, are institutionalized and standardized, and there are special regulations for the issuance of documents, such as how many people are in each group, and how to select the evaluation group, so that more people and those who are not active also have the opportunity to participate.
3. Seminar-based learning, future training mode
Seminar learning has become the main teaching mode in the western developed countries, the form of teaching organization is not immutable, it continues to develop and change with the development of social politics, economy and science and culture, as well as the changes in the society's demand for talents, the class teaching system has gradually revealed many of its drawbacks in the context of China's rapid economic development, which is not conducive to taking care of students' individual differences, is not conducive to cultivating students' interests, specialties and development of personality, and is not conducive to allowing students to actively participate in the classroom. This is due to the fact that it is too centralized, synchronized, and standardized. At the same time, due to the excessive emphasis on the systematic study of book knowledge, it is easy to achieve the integrity of knowledge, which is not conducive to the formation of students' big ideas and big patterns. Mr. Han's usual classroom activities have basically many similarities with seminar teaching, so that our students have many opportunities to explain on stage, but we can also do the following improvements.
Improvement plan: Teachers can take the cutting-edge knowledge of fine chemicals, course-related social hot topics, course-related things commonly used in daily life, and fine chemical products that students are interested in as several major themes, so that students can group themselves in the class, limit the number of members, establish a group leader in each group, consult relevant materials by themselves, and make other forms of courseware such as PPT by themselves. The group can recommend students to give lectures on stage within the arranged time (compress the amount and speed of their lectures, and set aside about one or two weeks for this activity in a semester), and finally the teacher will send all the information explained to the person in charge of each class, and the person in charge will forward it to all students, which has been sent to the purpose of data sharing. In this way, it can enliven and enrich the university classroom, exercise students' learning ability such as consulting and sorting out materials, enter the communication between students and teachers and students, strengthen students' sense of teamwork, improve the efficiency of classes, and deepen students' understanding of knowledge.
