When it comes to Dudan's love to teach, I always want to talk about my career plan. Determined to be a teacher, now I know what I lack the most, introversion is not the main problem, the biggest headache for me is to completely get off the manuscript, but also be able to speak well, and introduce life examples, so that students can follow their own ideas. Some students are very naughty, but after a few classes, they don't mess around after getting along for a long time, but they still have a habit of being active and talkative. In the future, I will probably be teaching high school chemistry, a science subject that can be regarded as a liberal arts subject, which is the most difficult for me to face, but this semester our organic chemistry teacher has taught the class very lively, and occasionally inserted some life tips and jokes, which basically all students are very interested in. Not to mention the breadth of knowledge, I suspect that he has all the knowledge and skills in his head.

Chemistry is my major, but my favorite is physics, I used to think that as long as there are no taboos, I will gradually like it after getting along for a long time, but now I also understand that to see if a person is appreciated by himself, as long as he can see it in a group activity, even if he has never met before.

Whether you have also had such an experience, originally you really want to do it, when it is a task that must be completed by the superior, it is no longer the feeling of the past, so don't take the hobby as a serious thing, when you integrate your hobby with work, it is no longer a hobby, the previous fun is naturally gone, but a burden, and the future work is best not to be a hobby, so that at least you can get a little fun after boring work.

During Ling Yu's time, I had a very happy time, although I had the idea of hesitation when I encountered the problem mentioned above on the way, but I believe that as long as I have taught for a year or two, there should be no problem in terms of knowledge. If nearly half of the students in the class are fighting, I think that's because of the main speaker. Beauty, which makes you attract the attention of others; Wisdom makes you appreciated by others; And the charm makes it hard for you to be forgotten. In the classroom, the teacher should first brew an atmosphere to arouse the interest of most students, if most people don't like the teacher, it can only mean that he is not good enough. The power of charisma is great and immeasurable, when a person's charm can impress others, then all the words and deeds of this person will become the focus of attention of others, and even have a long-term impact on others' lives. Similarly, in the classroom, if a student is attracted to the teacher's charisma, then the student will not only like the teacher, but also enjoy the lesson taught by the teacher. Therefore, in the teaching process, teachers should give full play to their own charm, so that the classroom shines because of the teacher, because the teacher becomes more exciting!

Many books say that choosing a major and a job should be based on your interests, but I don't think so. Just like reading famous books and reading anime and writing articles while studying now, you can still do what you like in the future, as long as your work is not something you hate, it doesn't necessarily have to be linked to your interests.

In the process of career planning, if we want to reach a certain position, we must have the qualities, abilities, skills and knowledge required for this position. I refer to this collectively as "ability". In college, we have to develop our abilities through a lot of things to finally reach the level that the company needs.

As the old saying goes, "Those who know others are wise, and those who know themselves are strong." Without a plan, achieving goals is often an empty word. To enjoy a pleasant life, always find the direction in which you strive to forge ahead, and with a firm will to make the goal a reality. It is only when you feel joy or pain that you realize yourself. Each person is the furthest from himself. The meaning of this phrase is that the least understood thing by human beings is themselves. I don't know anything about my major, but I don't know what to do. What to do? But I'm convinced that it's not something I hate. Why is it so important? I think I will be able to do a wide range of work in the future, and I will not be limited by so many rules. Just as I am learning and doing what I want to do now, in the future, I will be able to do what I want to do while working, just as I like to learn now, and I will also enjoy what I do. Therefore, my career plan is very different from what everyone else thinks, as long as it does not go against my beliefs and will.

Now the main task in college is to acquire the ability to survive, learning and ability are the two main aspects, recently found that learning should not be done step by step according to a fixed pattern, such as preview, listening to lectures and review, as long as you learn the real skills, and the academic performance is particularly excellent, no matter what learning method you use, even if you rarely read books, it doesn't matter if others think they are not serious. The classmates around me inspired me, and suddenly felt that a lot of words in the books were redundant, the courseware was slightly clearer and more focused than the textbooks, I only needed the part I needed, and the part I didn't need was directly browsed or skipped, what the society needs me to learn, what I need to use in the future, I will learn what with the highest efficiency, as long as I can achieve that goal, no matter what method you use, and the others are just redundant, when you have only one goal, you will know what is called efficiency, After completing this ideological transformation, my speed will be raised to a new stage, and there is also a material improvement, after all, the economic base determines the superstructure.

What exactly do you want to do in the future, let the future witness yourself, I only do what I should do now, and people who don't even know what they will do in the future are not qualified to fall in love, but there is no doubt that only by doing what is most suitable for you and doing what you are best at, it is easier to do better than others.
