Horror novels are different from novels of other genres, especially long-form horror, and if it is to be compared, it should be more biased towards suspense comparison, which is my personal opinion.

If a horror novel shows a person's full negative atmosphere from the beginning, and the ending is indeed the opposite boss, then there is no suspense at all, although this does save the reader from thinking about the position of the protagonist or supporting role, but such a bland plot, even if someone wants to read it, I will definitely not bother to write.

But if a person shows a full negative atmosphere at the beginning, and he ends up being a positive boss, I don't know what reason this contrast will be used to explain in the end, it may be that my personal ability is not good, I admit that I really can't write it.

So I can only set some "good and evil" for them, doing things casually and sometimes normal and sometimes weird, the role of foreshadowing is to bury mines in the later text, when signing the contract, it was 1.4 million words signed, I think I used 150,000 to lead out the back is not too much.

But I still say that the nature and idea of the novel are certain, if the reader can really only take 5 minutes to read the plot that I conceived for a few hours, then I really don't need to explain too much about some of the connections inside, reading the novel, seeing the hidden things for yourself is a very fulfilling thing, this is my personal experience, but if you really don't have the leisure to sort out your thoughts, then I can't force it, but I ask you to read me or someone else's novel, just be happy.
