Da Zhou Tian did not deliberately use his mind to guide the qi to run a certain part or a certain acupuncture point, it was a natural thing. The Great Zhou Tian is the 12 meridians and the 8 meridians of the strange meridians, and all the veins of the body operate at the same time. There is a strong feeling of swelling or tingling in the back. There is often a feeling of a thin stream slowly flowing into the jade pillow acupoint.

When meditating at night, countless stars appear in front of you, and these stars slowly expand and expand, and finally all of them are transformed into layers of light and dark clouds, which is very spectacular.

The time for the qi to gather in the upper dantian is the longest, about a little more than a month. Since this section is the combination of the Ren pulse and the Du pulse, the mouth and lips form a spatial barrier here; Therefore, the chivalrous gate calls this section "Yin and Yang Pass", and there is a saying that "after the Yin and Yang Pass, the Yin and Yang Realm of Fang People". Because the true qi is constantly infused and enriched during this period. At this time, I suddenly felt refreshed and comfortable; The abdomen and chest cavity are warm like spring, the qi hat on the head disappears, and I suddenly feel awake and sensitive. When I opened my eyes, my eyes were like seeing after rain, clear and clear. At this point, Xiao Zhoutian's cultivation was preliminarily completed. In the future, as long as you add a little stillness, you can experience the natural flow of true qi on the second vein of Duren.

Since ancient times, the traditional Taoist theory of internal refining has believed that men and women with the body of a child can directly enter the cultivation of sexual skills because they are not congenitally broken. However, the practice of practicing the exercises tells us that this view is not correct (the relevant theories of Buddhism are described separately), which has caused great misunderstandings for later generations of students.

In the modern qigong community of country C, the understanding of Da Zhoutian is not the same. Some sects believe that the practice of guiding on the three meridians can be called the Great Zhou Tiangong. There are also some sects that believe that only after the twelve meridians and the eight meridians of the strange meridians are all connected, can they be regarded as the real Great Zhou Tiangong. The understanding of the traditional Nei Dan technique is different, and it is generally called the Great Zhou Tiangong after the completion of the small Zhou Tian.
