And today's Wudang presiding Daoxu Dao Chang is the top master of Wudang Tai Chi Thirteen Styles, whenever Dao Xuan Dao Chang practices this Wudang Tai Chi Thirteen Styles, it is always accompanied by an invisible clear qi up and down Zhou's body, people who don't understand this slowly soaring Tai Chi moves, and think that this is just a general kung fu to exercise the body, and it is difficult to understand the infinite mysteries in it. In fact, once the Wudang Wudang Taiji Thirteen Styles are handed over, it is like flowing water to start the whole body, as long as it touches this clear air flow, the whole body of the clear air flow will be like flowing water, constantly surging, winding and impacting will never be broken, it is a kind of ultimate technical kung fu in the house.
"Tai Chi Young Hero" Gu Xiaolong first to Wudang presided over the Daoxu Dao Chief, respectfully performed a disciple salute, and then sacrificed the neutrino size Zhou Tianzhen mustard seed rice internal strength, a Tai Chi Yin Yang Fish Light Ball rose up, enveloping Gu Xiaolong in it, this light ball is still expanding, until it expands to envelop the entire training venue, and also envelops the Wudang Presiding Dao Xudao Chief. Dao Xuan Dao Chang smiled slightly and did not express any opinion, and let himself be enveloped in it, because he knew very well the effect of this Tai Chi Yin Yang Fish Light Ball, although he was shrouded in it, he would only get a better opportunity, and he could greatly enhance his own strength Zhou Tian, why not?
After the Tai Chi Yin and Yang Fish Light Ball of the "Tai Chi Young Hero" stopped expanding, the Wudang presiding Dao Xuan Dao Chang began to meticulously practice the Wudang Tai Chi Thirteen Styles, from the first type of immortal sword release to the collection of true qi alchemy, one board and one glance calmly and slowly, but one look and one gesture have been done to the extreme, it is simply a Wudang Tai Chi Thirteen Teaching Demonstration Class. But if you let insiders look at it, you can understand the connotation, this is an advanced demonstration class of internal strength and technical attack.
For example, the fourth type of pushing the boat along the water, pushing the boat along the water, the essence of Tai Chi has been exhausted by the strength of the "Shunshui push the boat", how to get a smooth word, no matter what direction the enemy's power is struck, no matter what kind of power you use, this force will be along the enemy's power, and then borrow the enemy's power to fight back, it is the enemy's power plus my power of the water, and the power of the other is also applied to the enemy, the details are clear, and people can see it clearly.
After Wudang presided over the Daoxu Dao Chang set of Wudang Tai Chi 13 style drills, the "Tai Chi Shaoxia" then carried out the drill, only to see the "Tai Chi Shaoxia" practiced the Tai Chi 13 style, obviously and the Dao Xuan Dao Chang 13 style has a big difference, its arbitrariness is very large, others seem to this "Tai Chi Shao Xia" does not even look like a kind of learning, but in the Wudang presiding over the Dao Xuan Dao Chang seems to be a huge shock. Because he saw that what this "Tai Chi Young Hero" practiced was the original Tai Chi Thirteen Styles that he dreamed of.
This must start with the origin of the thirteen styles of Tai Chi. The thirteen styles of Tai Chi are actually the Taoist ancestor Lao Tzu watching the clouds and flowing water in the mountains. With the flowing water in the mountains at that time, he came with a drill. Every drill is very different, because at this time and at that time, the clouds and rivers in the mountains are changing, the place and time are different, and the changes in the clouds and rivers are also very different, so there is no fixed move for the real Tai Chi Thirteen Styles. The origin of the thirteen styles of Wudang Tai Chi is actually passed on by the disciples of the Taoist patriarch Lao Tzu, and the thirteen styles of Tai Chi passed on by each disciple are different. Therefore, there will be the Wudang Tai Chi Thirteen Styles and other Tai Chi Thirteen Styles and so on. And the Tai Chi Thirteen Styles practiced by the "Tai Chi Young Heroes" just watched the drill just now, and they have already brought out all the essence of the Wudang Host Daoxu Dao Chief's drill, can it not make the Wudang Dao Void Dao Chief's heart shocked?
At this time, there are wisps of smoke and clouds floating in Wudang Mountain, sometimes fast as galloping horses galloping, sometimes ethereal and misty like green smoke, "Tai Chi Shaoxia" reversed the practice method just now, and casually followed the clouds like green smoke when running horses, and practiced the thirteen styles of Tai Chi, this time it was even more important to see Wudang presiding over the Taoist Dao. As well as the long eyebrows of Wudang Dao, the flying color dance is joyful, this is the real Tai Chi Thirteen Styles. The true 13 Tai Chi Styles can only be the nature that originates from the "Boundless Avenue".
Next, "Tai Chi Young Hero" signaled Wudang to preside over the Daoxu Dao Chang to practice together, and at the same time transported the Yin and Yang Eyes in the Tai Chi Yin and Yang Fish, two streams of one milky white and one clear airflow, through the continuous exchange of Yin and Yang Fish Eyes, and flowed to the Wudang presiding over the Dao Xudao Chief's seven orifices, driven by the "Tai Chi Shaoxia" ideological energy field, Wudang presided over the Daoxu Dao Chang's size of the Zhou Gong run the eight veins of the Qi Sutra, and the mind also moved, this time the exercise of the Tai Chi thirteen styles, and the last drill is different, But it is very in tune with the clouds and rivers in the mountains at this time, and even the breeze blowing in all directions seems to dance to their beat. Finally, after three consecutive different Tai Chi Thirteen Styles were practiced, Wudang presided over the Daoxu Daoist who was much older than Gu Xiaolong, and knelt down in the local area at that time, insisting on the gift of a disciple. But Gu Xiaolong had already prepared, and he used the power of the Mind Energy Field, and held the Wudang Host Dao Void Dao Chief, no matter what, he couldn't kneel, and used the idea of the Mind Energy Field to inform the Dao Void Dao Chief, no matter what, he couldn't do such a great rebellious disciple's gift, and the Dao Void Dao Leader gave up.
This time, the Wudang Dao Void Daoist received a very great lesson, so he had to kneel down to perform the disciple's ceremony regardless of his identity as the head of the sect. Just when Gu Xiaolong motioned for him to practice the thirteen styles of Tai Chi together, he received two huge gifts from Gu Xiaolong. First, I finally got the true essence of the thirteen styles of Tai Chi, rather than sticking to one move and one style, sticking to the original rules and regulations of the Tai Chi thirteen moves, the thirteen styles of Tai Chi can be thirteen styles, can also be one or two styles, or can be endless moves, Tai Chi thirteen styles are the drill of the local natural changes at that time; The second is to get the baptism of internal power from Gu Xiaolong, with the size of neutrinos, Zhou Tian's mind energy field, so that his own size Zhou Tiantian power is more refined, and the true mustard rice that has been dreamed of for many years has been formed, which means that Wudang presiding over the Daoxu Dao will be among the top masters of internal strength.
Wudang is the originator of C domestic boxing, and its main internal strength is the large and small Zhou Tiangong, and the internal strength of the "Tai Chi Shaoxia" Gu Xiaolong is out of the family. After discussing with the Wudang presiding Dao Xudao Master, Gu Xiaolong decided to send four disciples of the Wudang Void Character Generation, and Gu Xiaolong would comprehensively clean up the eight veins of the Qi Sutra, so as to improve their skills and understanding of the Great and Small Zhoutian, so as to facilitate the improvement and inheritance of Wudang's Great and Small Zhoutian skills.
The term Zhou Tian is an ancient astronomical term, and the ancients introduced it into the practice of qigong according to the principle that the human body should respond to the celestial body, that is, the unity of heaven and man, and believed that the celestial body is the big universe and the human body is the small universe. The sky is round, the head is round and the feet are square, the sky has the sun and the moon, and people have two eyes; The sky has five stars: gold, wood, water, fire, and earth, and people have lungs, liver, kidneys, heart, spleen, and five organs; There are four seasons of talent, and people have limbs; There are twelve months in the sky, and there are twelve scriptures in man; There are 360 days in the sky, 360 joints in people, etc. In the King of Danjing's "Zhou Yi Shen Tong Deed", "Zinan Wubei is the outline of each other" and "the number of nineteen, and the end is repeated." The liver is green for the father, the lungs are white for the mother, the kidney is black for the son, the heart is red for the daughter, the spleen is yellow for the ancestor, and the meridian line begins. Three things and one family, all belong to themselves". That is, the meridian flow is injected into the fire of the week. The ancients called the practice method of following the meridian of the human body (superintendent) and descending before (ren) descending, and using the practice method of Zhou Tian Huo, which was called Zhou Tian Gong Method. Since ancient times, all kinds of Neidan exercises. All belong to the category of Zhou Tiangong. Zhou Tiangong pressed the north and the south meridian. East and West. It is also divided into meridian weeks (small weeks) and Mao You weeks (big weeks).
Xiao Zhou Tian is according to the meridian of the human body, that is, the front south and the north, the former pulse and the rear of the Du pulse, and the ring vein composed of the two veins rises and descends the qi, and the starting point of the meridian flow is used to refer to the first appearance of a yang in the movement and static changes of the human body as the time of the living child (when the medicine is born), with breath as the wind, the mind as the fire, and the use of civil and military affairs as the wait. With the three treasures of essence and spirit as medicine, the cultivation of martial arts, so that the true qi of the lower dantian is increasingly sufficient, expanded, and finally rushed through the tail luke, the spine, the jade pillow three passes, and then returned to the dantian after the twelve floors under the magpie bridge, exactly one week. During the period, through refining and refining gas, the brain is also refined, the heart and kidney intersect, and the water and fire are both good and the human body is solidified. Solid physical foundation. During this time, it takes about 100 days for a professional practitioner. Therefore, in ancient times, Xiao Zhou Tiangong was also called "100 days to build the foundation".
The big week is relative to the small week. It is to continue to open up the remaining six veins of the eight veins on the basis of Xiao Zhoutian. and the Twelve Canons of Hands and Feet. The meridian small Zhou Tian is the north-south front and back direction of the human body, and the Mao You is the east-west left and right direction, symbolizing the twelve canons on the left and right hands and feet of the human body. Therefore, in the past, Xiao Zhoutian was called the introductory kung fu of qigong cultivation. Because only two of the eight veins and twelve meridians of the human body have been opened up in the small Zhou Tian stage, more effort is needed to open up the veins of the body. Some people think that they have achieved success and are complacent as soon as they practice Xiao Zhoutian, which is very wrong; There are also people who don't know where to start after practicing Xiao Zhoutian. Because from ancient times to the present, most of the exercises talk about the practice of the small Zhou Tian, but there is little mention of the practice of the big Zhou Tian. This is because continuing to practice the big Zhou Tian after practicing the small Zhou Tian is like walking the rugged mountain road and stepping into a smooth road, generally as long as you have the stamina to continue practicing, most of the expected results can be obtained.
Although Xiao Zhoutian is an entry-level kung fu, it is difficult to practice. As the saying goes, "everything is difficult at the beginning", and the same is true for qigong cultivation. When people first practice, they often have a lot of distracting thoughts, and it is difficult to calm down, and sometimes they are upset. Therefore, before practicing, it is necessary to meditate and be emotionally stable before it is easy to enter meditation. In addition, the inner vision of the dantian is also to help to enter the quiet, to achieve the eyes to the mind, with the spirit of the will. Although you can't see anything from within, as long as you look at the position of the dantian from the inside, it is very helpful to get rid of distracting thoughts, so that you can slowly clarify your thoughts and then fall into meditation. This is also known as contemplation. While concentrating, you should also pay attention to pranayama, feel the weight of your breathing with your ears, and slowly adjust your breathing to the best state of gentleness and slenderness. When the concentration of the mind and the synchronization of pranayama are achieved, it is the qigong state of the union of the spirit and the qi. Only by achieving the unity of God and Qi can we achieve a state of relaxation and nature. Dan Jingyun: "The void pole is quiet and angry". "The Yellow Emperor's Neijing" cloud: "Tranquility and nothingness, true qi comes from it". It is said that the human body can only trigger the movement of true qi in a state of silence and nothingness. It's simple. The human body is like a piece of paper, and true qi is like ink, and the ink is not easy to spread on the paper with high density; On the other hand, paper with a small density and soft texture like rice paper has good water absorption, and the ink will spread quickly. The human body is like this, the relaxation of all parts of the body is conducive to the operation of true qi, otherwise the body is stiff and exerted, which will restrict the operation of true qi. Some people are distraught and have a lot of imagination when they practice, and if they can overcome it, they can become sacred, and if they can't overcome it, they will become demons. This demon refers to the demon of the heart, how can the demon of the heart be quiet if it is not removed? Therefore, there are also those in the Dan Sutra who call "concentrating on the mind" as "refining the heart". This is what Buddhism calls "clear mindfulness". The human heart is like a mirror with dust, and only by wiping away the dust of thousands of thoughts can the true face of the human heart be revealed. Many people do not understand this truth and regard the practice as mysterious and insignificant, so that they lack confidence and give up easily, which is a pity.
As far as the five elements of yin and yang are concerned, the principle of Zhou Tian Gong is that through the refining of yin and yang in the acquired organs of the human body, coupled with the principle of the five elements, the imbalance of yin and yang caused by the human body can return to the innate state of yin and yang balance to the greatest extent. Why do you say "maximum"? Because, it is almost impossible to completely return to innateness. Life in the world is like a lit oil lamp, and while you keep adding oil to it, it is also burning, so people's cultivation is actually a race against their own lives. (To be continued......)
