Volume 1: The Highest Mandate of Heaven Chapter 49: Cultivating Qi (II)
However, Chen Sheng became a Shaolin disciple under the name "Chen Guosheng". Therefore, when he took down this national character through the skull coat of arms and reused it back to Chen Sheng, the title of Shaolin disciple was automatically hidden and no longer took effect. The same rules apply to other similar titles.
Since Chen Sheng has become a Shaolin disciple and is also a closed disciple of the abbot of Fang Zheng, the monks in the temple and the rest of the lay disciples naturally stepped forward to congratulate them one by one. Master Fang Sheng, Monk Jueyue, as well as Huang Guobai, Xin Guoliang, Yi Guozi and others who had already known each other before. In addition, there are many monks of the Fangzi generation and the Juezi generation, as well as many lay disciples of the Guozi generation. There were too many people, and Chen Sheng couldn't remember them all for a while.
I finally finished the salute with everyone. Chen Sheng followed the master and returned to the abbot's own abbot's room, which was only a simple hut. There was nothing left in the house except a bed and a few futons.
The two masters and apprentices sat opposite each other on the futon. The abbot of Fang Zheng was not busy teaching martial arts, but first told Chen Sheng a passage of the "Diamond Sutra", and when the lecture was over, this newly accepted closed disciple took out the "Divine Foot Sutra" and turned to the first page. I saw a monk with a strange posture painted on it. His head slipped between his legs, his hands clasped at his feet, and his jaw touched the ground. There are many red sè arrows drawn on the body, and there are also Chinese character annotations next to them.
The abbot said: "This "Divine Foot Sutra" is the ancient yoga of Tianzhu. Therefore, when performing exercises, yoga postures should also be used for guidance. As a disciple, you have never practiced internal strength, so as a teacher, I will first teach you the names and locations of the various meridians and acupoints of the human body. After you are familiar with it, you can follow the lines shown in the map of the "Divine Foot Sutra" to move the internal force in your body, and then gradually cultivate and grow. With time, your internal strength will gradually become stronger, you will be familiar with it, and you will be able to enter a new realm in martial arts. β
Chen Sheng thanked the master. Then he concentrated and meditated, and listened to the abbot of the testimony and began to explain. When you don't understand something, you ask again and again. The abbot of Fang Zheng always took the trouble to explain in detail in simple terms until Chen Sheng really understood.
After about half an hour, the explanation came to an end. The abbot paused and took a sip of water. He continued: "Do you understand all the things that the teacher just said? β
Chen Sheng didn't immediately open his mouth and answered in a hurry. He half-closed his eyes, recited everything that the abbot had just said in his heart, and then retold it word by word, in his own words, organized and retold it, and this was the only way to truly understand and understand the truth he had learned. He opened his eyes and said in a condensed voice, "I already understand." β
Abbot Fang Zheng nodded with satisfaction and said, "Very good." Then now, in vain, you should first follow the instructions of the first atlas of the "Divine Foot Sutra" and put on the Gong Gong Posture. β
Chen Sheng had already practiced the 21st century version of the "Yijin Sutra", and he had been practicing martial arts since he was a child, so his muscles and bones around his body were very soft. At that moment, he followed the appearance on the map, his body curled up, his head passed under his crotch, his left and right hands clenched the soles of his feet, and his chin touched the ground. If an outsider were to look at it, it would be funny, and they might laugh out loud on the spot.
The abbot said: "The way of martial arts has always been divided into two schools. Apprentice, your foreign martial arts have reached the pinnacle of perfection. With moves alone, being a teacher may not be able to get anywhere better than you. So do you know where foreign martial arts come from? β
Chen Sheng posed in this strange yoga pose, but he didn't feel uncomfortable, but felt that the breath was very smooth, and his breathing was more comfortable than usual. It's really weird. Hearing the abbot ask, he blurted out and replied without thinking: "The weak eat the strong, and natural selection is competitive." The reason why man is a human being, not a bird or a beast, is wisdom. With wisdom, people know how to observe all things in heaven and earth, and then imitate them, and then learn from each other's strengths. The so-called martial arts, at the very beginning, were a kind of induction and summary of the wise man among people after imitating all things in heaven and earth. Take China, for example. Hua Tuo's creation of "Five Bird Play" is based on the dynamic and static forms of five kinds of birds and beasts, such as bears, tigers, deer, apes and birds. β
The abbot of Fang Zheng bowed his head slightly and said, "Not bad." The origin of foreign martial arts is to imitate the dynamic and static forms of birds and animals. But all things in heaven and earth can be teachers, and how can birds and beasts be enough to imitate? For example, Zhang Sanfeng of Wudang was a real person. When he was young, a certain rì wandered among the mountains, looking up at the floating clouds and looking down at the flowing water, and suddenly he had an understanding. Then after thinking hard for seven nights, it suddenly dawned on me, comprehended the truth of martial arts, and eventually became a generation of great masters. There are two schools of Buddhism and Taoism, and there is no difference between different paths and the same end. Therefore, Bodhidharma's "Yijin Sutra" also has the same magic.
The human body is a small world, and the heaven and earth are a big universe. The universe is firmament, yΔ«n yang is symbolized, the four seasons are flowing, and all things are induced by each other. This kind of induction acts on the ordinary people of my generation, which is the so-called 'internal qi'. The internal qi travels around the sky and derives a strong force, which is called the internal force. Therefore, the internal strength of all sects and factions in the world, in the final analysis, is nothing more than the method of sensing heaven and earth.
The internal force is not as good as the liliang of the musculoskeletal muscles. It is qualitative and intangible, uncatchable, untouchable, and invisible. Therefore, to practice internal strength, we must first have a clear mind and be spotless. Then, with the guidance of the mind, meditate and look inward, so that the emptiness can be reflected. To achieve this state, each family and faction naturally has its own wonderful method. However, in Lao G's view, his methods are not as good as the "yΓΉ Samadhi Breaking Actions to Achieve the Divine Foot Sutra".
Samadhi is Sanskrit. The Chinese word for 'ding' is 'ding'. He who dwells in one state and does not scatter his mind. From the determination to the wisdom of wisdom, with wisdom to practice qi, as long as the kung fu to the home, naturally can be full of magical powers. All right. Now, in vain, you try to concentrate on it, wait until you have a sense of qi, and then you can run this qi according to the line indicated by the map. β
Chen Sheng agreed. Then calm down, let go of distracting thoughts, and try to get yourself into a state of concentration. In fact, he has not made similar attempts in the past. But no matter how you try and toss, come and go, even if your efforts are in vain, there is no effect. But now in the Shaolin Temple, a pure place of Buddhism, the body poses in yoga postures according to the map on the Shenzu Sutra, but I don't know the weishenme, and after a short time, it seems to be asleep, like waking and chaotic, if it is about to leave, the consciousness is between intentional and unintentional. He has entered the realm of samadhi meditation that is mysterious and mysterious, wonderful and wonderful, "the outside is not visible, and the heart is not moved inside", and the things and self are forgotten.
I don't know exactly how long it has been. Suddenly, Chen Sheng felt that all the limbs in his body were warm. If I had to describe it, it would be almost like soaking in a hot spring. Minutes and seconds passed, and the warmth became stronger and stronger, and finally, it jumped lightly in the dantian a few times, and it seemed to be overflowing, and then it came out of the dantian and automatically went up.
First it rises from the lower abdomen to the chest, then from the top of the head to the shoulders, around a few bends, then turns to the throat, and then down the backbone, and then around the waist like a jade belt, rotates for a week and then re-enters the dantian, and finally disappears.
To say that it is gone, but it is not like it. Because as long as Chen Sheng has an idea, this heating will naturally reappear. Summoning it to come and go immediately, like an arm to make a finger, extremely flexible. In this way, Chen Sheng directed the warm current inside his body to go nine times in succession, and at the beginning, it took a long time to complete such a cycle. Later, the warm current went faster and faster. By Zuihou, almost in just a few breaths, a cycle has been completed.
After the nine cycles were completed, Chen Sheng suddenly realized something in his heart. He subconsciously let out a long roar, automatically lifted the strange yoga posture, and jumped up in the air, feeling that his limbs were hundreds, and his body was full of strength inside and out. The mind is calm, the Lingtai is clear, and the whole body is comfortable, which is simply indescribable.
There is no doubt that the warm feeling is the so-called sense of qi! If there is a sense of qi, it means that internal qi has been developed in the body. After this visualization, the internal qi was guided to move between the meridians and acupoints in the body, and this internal qi was fixed in Chen Sheng's body from then on, and it would never disappear again.
The internal qi itself is actually insignificant. If you want to talk about destructive power, it can't compare to the liliang that erupted from Chen Sheng's casual punch. However, the internal force formed by this internal qi was already possessed by Chen Sheng himself, and he had cultivated to the pinnacle of muscles, muscles and bones that could not be advanced, and there was a little extra bonus.
How easy is it to go further? More often than not, countless people are stuck in this step for life, and they can no longer move forward. The same is true for Chen Sheng. Without this internal qi, his martial arts will reach the end, which is the realm where there is no way out before the mountains and rivers are exhausted. But because of such a little internal qi, it became another village. Suddenly, it was a vast new world in front of me.
The internal qi has grown from scratch, the changes are great, the meaning is profound, and the impact is far-reaching, even if it is described as earth-shaking, it is by no means an exaggeration. Suddenly, the warrior's heart was overjoyed, he landed safely, and without thinking, he immediately knelt down to Master Fang Zheng and bowed deeply, his heart was full of endless gratitude after hearing the Great Dao. One word at a time: "Thank you Master for your success." If the disciples are lucky enough to achieve something in the future, it will be the grace of the current teacher's teaching! β
Fang Zheng smiled slightly and stretched out his hand to support it. The incomparably thick "Yijin Jing" internal force was born, and a soft liliang was derived when it landed, and Chen Sheng was held up in the air, and said: "There is no need to be polite. Although this Divine Foot Sutra is extremely powerful, its method is actually quite difficult. You have never practiced internal strength, and as a teacher, I thought that you would have to have at least ten days and a half months before you could generate a sense of qi, and then draw qi into your body and carry it for a week.
I can't imagine that as a teacher, I still underestimate you after all. In less than an hour, not only did you make something out of nothing, but you also took the most difficult and important step in this martial arts, and you also completed nine Zhou Tian transports. There is nothing more talented than this. To have such a good disciple as you, hehe, I am very happy to be a teacher. β
