This sutra is a very miraculous yoga technique of ancient Tianzhu, which was transmitted from the country of Magadha. When Venerable Bhadra came to China in the west, he recorded this sutra in a book with ink made of a special herb from Tianzhu.

But this secret ink must be soaked in water to be revealed, and when it is dry, it is hidden. Therefore, after reading it, later generations thought it was just a blank book. Due to the Shaolin grass creation of that year, everything was lacking. When Patriarch Bodhidharma saw this blank book, he didn't think much about it, and wrote his own "Yijin Sutra" in Sanskrit. For hundreds of years, no one knew that there were two scriptures hidden in one book.

In the Northern Song Dynasty, the "Yijin Jing" was stolen. The difference is only that in "Smiling Proud Jianghu" shijie, "Yijin Jing" is the deepest secret method of internal strength in Shaolin.
