It refers to the lord of the country, a country that truly serves the people must know how to be sympathetic to the people's feelings, and not to be reckless. It is necessary to fully unite our people, set the standard for their own people to do things, give them full freedom, and let the people live a stable life. 'Be willing to eat, be beautiful in its clothes, be content with its dwelling, be happy with its customs.' Neighboring countries look at each other, chickens and dogs smell each other, and the people do not interact with each other until they die of old age. The people of a country should live and work in peace and contentment, know and cherish the overall situation of stability and unity, maintain the stability and unity of the country, strive to do a good job in their own work, strive to create happy wealth, and never worry about food and clothing all their lives, so as to achieve national prosperity and strong people.
Later generations should carefully understand every sentence of Tianzun, every word is like a pearl! Lao Tzu pointed out how small man is relative to heaven and earth. To the void and keep quiet, all things work together; I look at the repetition, the husband and the things are numerous, and each returns to its roots; the root is said to be quiet, which is called the return of life; the return of life is said to be normal, the knowledge is often clear, and I do not know that it is often reckless. It is a saint who desires to go up to the people, and he must say it. If you want to be the ancestors, you must follow them. It is to deal with the saints and the people are not important, and the people are not harmed by the front. It is not tired of being pushed by the joy of the world. With its indisputability, the world can not compete with it.
The world says that I am big, and it seems to be unscrupulous. The husband is only big, so it seems to be unscrupulous. Ruoxiao, for a long time! I have three treasures to hold on to: one is compassion, the second is thrift, and the third is not daring to be the first in the world. Kindness can be brave, thrift can be wide, and dare not be the first in the world to become a long. Now give up mercy and bravery, give up thrift and broad, give up the last and first, die! Heaven will save it and defend it with mercy.
Those who are good at being warriors are not martial. Those who are good at fighting are not angry. He who is good against the enemy does not fight. Those who make good use of people are subordinate. It is said to be an indisputable virtue. It is the power of employing people. It is said to be worthy of the heavens.
This is the three chapters connected in the Tao Te Ching, which mentions several 'no', not heavy, not harmful, not tired, not fighting, not Xiao, not martial, not angry, not with and so on. These are the specific connotations of 'no', and they are also the content that Lao Tzu advocated that those who have Tao should pay attention to first, and require those who have Tao to practice good deeds before others. And this contradicts Lao Tzu's advocacy of 'three dare not be the first in the world'. Just imagine, 'not heavy, not harmful, not tired, not fighting, not fighting, not fighting, not martial, not angry, not with and so on', if there is a Taoist who does not go first, then when will there be a Tao in the world?

The first two treasures of Tianzun are very concise words, but the third treasure is a very long sentence, and it is very contradictory in these three paragraphs, so it can be seen that the third treasure should not be the first in the world, but 'no'. The word no is a keyword that has been repeatedly told in the Tao Te Ching of Tianzun, and the younger generations can carefully analyze it, only this 'no' word can be used as the third treasure of Tianzun. In this way, the enlightened person can make good morality 'not give up', make despicable morality 'not to be ashamed', and hold the same three treasures as Tianzun, such as benevolence, frugality, no, dare to be the first in the world, and travel freely between heaven and earth. People who have the Tao dare to be the first in the world can lead the charming to the avenue, and only in this way can the avenue reappear in the world.
Chapter 79 of the Tao Te Ching says that there must be residual grievances with great grievances, and revenge grievances with virtue, and peace can be good. It is a saint who holds the left deed, and does not blame others. There is Desched, there is no Deschee. Heaven has no relatives, and is often small with good people.
This is to say that the use of the Great Dao to reconcile the big grievances often will leave the remaining small grievances, and the remaining small grievances will be repaid with virtue, and the good results can be obtained when they are at peace with each other. So the saint holds the accepted covenant in his hand, but he does not deliberately condemn anyone. Moral people do things according to the contract, and immoral people completely break the contract and act recklessly. The way of heaven does not talk about family affection, and the results that are often given to good people are very small. People are really small in front of the heavens, and if people don't work hard to pursue the Tao, they really can't do it.
If the people are not afraid of might, they will be mighty. There is no place to live, nothing is tired of what is born.
If the people do not revere the majesty of the Heavenly Dao, they will incur the punishment of the Heavenly Dao. The Heavenly Dao will use the most terrible consequence 'Wu' to trick the Great Dao into giving the home created by the people of the world, and use the most terrible consequence 'Wu' to disgust the creatures created by the Great Dao itself. (Human life and the home inhabited by human beings are all created by the Great Dao, and people enjoy it with humanity, and the heavens are destroyed by the way of heaven.) 'Nothing' here is equivalent to 'destroying everything' and returning all things to the desolate state of the beginning of heaven and earth. ’

Here people are to cover up Lao Tzu's true intentions 'then great prestige', not afraid of the majesty of the avenue, then the greater threat of heaven is about to befall the disaster, 2,500 years ago Lao Tzu's words, no one can read it, not Lao Tzu's sorrow, is the great misfortune of future generations.

...... "If you dare to kill, if you dare not you live." These two are beneficial or harmful, and the reason for the evil of heaven is known. It is difficult to be a saint. The way of heaven is to win without fighting, respond well without speaking, come without calling, and plan well. Skynet is magnificent, negligent but not lost.
What this means is: if you dare to do something, you will destroy all things, and if you dare not do it, you will leave room for all things to survive. Which of the two is beneficial to man and which is harmful? What does God hate the most, and who can understand the truth of heaven? Therefore, it is difficult for the saint to judge on this point. God's way is like this, but God will always be a victorious general, not arguing, but God will always fulfill them one by one, not saying hello, but God will always come quietly, God seems to be comfortable every day, but he has already planned his task. God's calculating net is dense, and he will not be negligent in any thing.
Finally, I will use the words of Tianzun to encourage the younger generations. Therefore, the wind does not end, and the rain does not end. Who is this? Heaven and earth. Heaven and earth cannot last long, and what is the case with people, so those who are engaged in the Tao are the same as the Tao, those who are virtuous are the same as virtue, and those who are lost are the same as those who are lost. Those who are the same as the Tao are also happy to be happy, those who are the same as the virtuous are also happy to be virtuous, and those who are lost are happy to be happy. Faith is not enough, there is unbelief.
Dao, layer, layer, clear, quiet, black is black, white is white, all things in heaven and earth, each with a surname.
Gold, wood, water, fire, and earth, east, west, north, south, and middle; one person, one character, all things are in a thousand shapes; all kinds of changes are one, but one thing is always infinite; chaos and chaos are hazy, dividing and living and dying; things are natural, and everything is clear in its own way.
It is difficult to distinguish between natural and miscellaneous things, and it is restless to see and distinguish many things; when it is clear and confused, it is clear, and it is so-so that you can't wake up; when you use a thing, you can keep a lot of things to weigh it; things can be things but not things, things are not things clear; the end is not a tree, and it is better to be poor; people, ghosts, gods and immortals are all self-formed; good is also good, evil is also evil; divided, clear, volume, volume, and end.

The true enlightenment of the Heavenly Dao, in the 'no' of the Heavenly Dao, will there be the five decays of heaven and man.
Man is not heaven, man must only have humanity but no heaven, man stepping into the realm of heaven, can have the way of heaven, but can not change the humanity of man himself.
The way of heaven is fully presented, and the humanity of people will be presented, even if it is small, there are still five decays of heaven and man!
