Chapter 19: The Carpenter's Lie Next

When the second dwarf was talking to the eldest child, he accidentally saw the mysterious man through the window.

"Look, Boss, there's a mysterious man staring at us," said the second dwarf.

"Don't be suspicious!" said the dwarf boss, looking out of the window and not seeing any mysterious person.

At this time, the sheriff brought the insect caught at the scene to Cherf for observation.

At one point, he used a microscope to observe the structure of the insects, and at another he soaked in experimental chemical blisters.

"Hey, how do you soak it in chemical water, it's going to kill it," said the sheriff worriedly.

"It won't kill it! The water won't be life-threatening!" Gelf hastened to explain.

"It's out! It's an arboreal worm! It's just that it's been demonized by some people with ulterior motives! Because the sap in its body is easy to form metal ores, it's the best choice! And it's magically cast with wood! So it can travel through places where there are trees. Gelf said.

The sheriff was skeptical and sent the news to the dwarfs in Naxi.

The dwarfs were amazed when they heard the message from the messenger sent by the sheriff.

"Boss, it turns out that those bugs are not simple, and they have been magically cast with wood!" said the second dwarf.

"Well, we can't deal with the bugs now! If they do, we can't help it!" said the dwarf boss.

"We can learn the magic of wood, we can control the exit of the worms!" said the third dwarf.

"But, our golden magic is not yet level ten!

"Hey, boss, see if there's any magic in the magic book that can deal with it!" said the fourth dwarf.

"How could I forget!" the dwarf boss quickly ran upstairs to the bedroom, took out the magic book from his wallet and backpack, and searched for it again and again.

"Boss, did you find it!?" shouted the fourth dwarf downstairs.

"Found it!" said the dwarf boss, hurrying downstairs.

"Found it!Hidden Fire Magic!Hellfire!" said the Dwarf Boss.

"What kind of flame is this?" asked the second dwarf.

"The fire of hell melts everything in the world," said the dwarf boss.

"But, it's stealth magic! It's unlikely to be learned, but we can try!" said the dwarf boss.

For days, the dwarfs have been practicing the fire of fire magic.

"Boss, do you think those bugs will be here!" said the second dwarf.

"I have a hunch! I must be here! besides, there are many trees here!" said the dwarf boss, reciting a spell!

Night! The dwarf twisted the small music box left for him by his mother in his memory, but found that he could not make a sound. The fourth dwarf didn't dare to disassemble it by himself, because he didn't know how to repair wood at all.

The next day, the fourth dwarf walked to a huge woodware shop with a music box. This shop is magnificent! What a shop! This is a small city! The dwarf walked into the carpentry shop and handed the music box to the carpenter.

"Ah, you've come to the right place! This is the largest wooden city in the country! This little thing can be fixed in a few minutes!" said an old man with a fluffy white beard with a pair of small glasses with a pinched nose, looking at the music box.

I saw the old man, who opened the music box in three or two clicks, took a closer look at it, and replaced a few parts! The music box magically made a pleasant sound.

The fourth dwarf was a little surprised, because the master repaired it too quickly! A pleasant sound came into the ears of the fourth dwarf, making his eyes moist a little.

"It's still the same familiar tune!" thought the fourth dwarf, closing his eyes.

After the music box was repaired, the fourth dwarf did not leave immediately, but walked around the wooden city. The dazzling array of woodware made the dwarf old man dizzy, and admired this master from the bottom of his heart.

After returning to the mechanical repair shop, the dwarf fourth was still reminiscing about the gorgeous and strange woodwork just now.

"Boss, I want to worship the master carpenter of Wood City to learn woodwork for my godfather!?" said the fourth dwarf, when he saw the boss walking in with a motor.

"Well, that's good, another day, I'll go to Wood City too!" said the dwarf boss.

"I heard that carpenter knows the magic of wood!" said the second dwarf, who happened to walk in and heard the conversation between the eldest and the fourth.

"Really, we're going to be apprentices!" said the dwarf boss as soon as he heard the second one say that the old man knew wood magic.

In the afternoon, the four dwarfs came to the Wood City and were attracted by the many gorgeous wooden objects here.

"Accept us as apprentices, old man!" said the dwarf boss, kneeling on the ground. The other dwarfs also knelt on the ground.

"I'm sorry! I don't take apprentices!" said the carpenter.

"Let me teach you wood magic! don't even think about it!" thought to the carpenter, straightening his nose and glasses.

"Well, they're going to get in the way here, anyway!, let's get rid of them first!" thought the carpenter as he looked at the dwarf.

"Well, see how pious you are! I'll make an exception!" said the carpenter, picking up the dwarf.

"Here, we'll give you a beginner's book of wood magic!" said the carpenter, leading the dwarf into the secret passage.

After walking for a long time, the dwarfs followed, and the people were lost.

The torches brought by the dwarfs were also extinguished in an instant, and a pair of glowing red eyes were watching them.

"What's that!?" said the second dwarf, pointing to the pair of red eyes.
