375. Prom 3
By 7 p.m., the sky was starting to darken, and everyone was getting ready to leave for dinner in the auditorium.
Field and Rolf walk ahead of Ernie and Justin, and Ernie and Justin can walk slowly holding hands with Hannah and Susan in costumes. Not so with Field and Rolf, for if they were to go slowly, their dance partner would probably already be waiting for them in the foyer, which is not a good habit for men to have women wait.
As soon as I walked up the stairs, I found that the foyer was crowded with students, all of whom were going back and forth, looking for their dance partners, or talking in whispers, waiting for the dance time to come.
Field's appearance immediately became the focus of everyone's attention, and there was a quiet scene as everyone spotted Field's dazzling dress.
"Field, the dress is beautiful. "It was Padma Pettil, who was wearing a bright green silk robe tonight, and many golden bracelets on her wrists, very exotic, and looking very beautiful.
"Thanks, Padma, are you waiting?" asked Field.
"Well, wait for Ron Weasley from Gryffindor, I think they're almost there. Padma walked towards the stairs, not glancing at Ernie the whole time.
Field looked at Ernie, who looked embarrassed, and then didn't say anything, it seemed that the two of them were really yellow.
After waiting for a while, many more people came one after another, but everyone looked at Field more or less when they arrived.
Field and Rolf are talking together, and Ernie and Justin are taking Hannah and Susan with nowhere.
"Oh, Luna is here, I have to go. Suddenly, Rolf saw Luna in the direction of the stairs and left Field to meet her.
Field pouted, then looked in Luna's direction, and his eyes lit up.
Luna didn't come over in any fancy dress tonight, she looked very beautiful in a snow-white gauze dress with her waist-length blonde hair.
After nodding to Luna, Field began to look at the crowd boredly.
Not long after, in the direction of the stairs, Parvati, Harry in a pink robe, appeared, followed by Ron in a gothic gown.
As soon as they reached the foyer, they saw Field, after all, his gown was too conspicuous.
Ron opened his mouth as if he wanted to say something to him, but Field didn't hear it because of the noise around him.
Field saw that Ron seemed to want to squeeze in, but suddenly stopped, looking nervously at the entrance of the foyer.
Following Ron's gaze, Field looked over and saw his dance partner, Fleur Delacour, who was dressed in a silver-gray satin robe with her long shawl hair.
"Hey, Field!" Fleur called, and then walked straight to Field, ignoring the astonished gazes of the people around her.
"Great dress, we'll be the focus tonight!" Fleur was very happy with Field's dress, and kept a smile on her face, looking at the few Ravenclaw boys around her in a daze.
The two chatted softly, waiting for the auditorium door to open.
The number of people in the foyer was still growing, and Field looked up the stairs up the basement common room, looking for Cedric, but instead of seeing Cedric, he did see Malfoy and a group of Slytherins there.
The leader Malfoy wore a black velvet gown with a turtleneck, Italian-style, and looked a bit like a Catholic priest's gown. Her dance partner, of course, was Pansy Parkinson, who wore a light pink robe full of frills. The two were followed by the stupid big Crabbe and Goyle, and it seemed that they had not found a dance partner.
Malfoy appeared in the foyer, naturally looking in Field's direction, and the two made eye contact in the air for a moment, then said nothing.
Suddenly, the oak front door in front of the Great Hall opened, and Professor McGonagall appeared in front of them, dressed in a red tartan robe.
"Warriors, please!", Professor McGonagall said, leaning on her hat with a thistle garland on her head.
"Let's go!" Fleur took Field in her arms and walked straight up, and at Professor McGonagall's behalf, they stood by the door to greet the guests as the hosts of the ball.
One after another, the warriors and their dance partners stepped forward, and everyone gave them a debut.
Fleur and Field stood closest to the door, opposite Harry and Parvati.
Leo Poliaco and Helen Hathaway are the only Warrior pairing. Leo, who has short hair, is wearing a dress similar to a military uniform tonight, and he also looks very heroic. And the big-eyed Helen is wearing a Greek-style white one-shoulder dress, which is eye-catching.
Cedric walked slowly from the direction of the aisle with Zhang Qiu, and everyone's eyes looked at it in unison.
"Oh—that's handsome—" From time to time, a few of the girls screamed, so that their dance partners were not embarrassed.
The tall Cedric was naturally wearing the 'Falling Star Flare' that Catherine had prepared for him two months earlier.
A tuxedo in black fleece fabric, with a beautiful moire embroidered with gold thread at the cuffs and neckline, and a golden star embroidered with intricate and realistic embroidery on the back of the gown, with exaggerated colorful feather decoration on the right shoulder, it looks like a vivid picture of shooting stars crossing the dark sky from a distance.
And Zhang Qiu, who has been holding Cedric's arm, is wearing a bright yellow Chinese-style cheongsam with dark lines, showing an elegant temperament.
Together, they stood beside Harry and greeted him with a smile at Field.
In the direction of the oak door, Krum and his dance partner Hermione also arrived, walking through the aisles of the crowd, everyone looked at the two of them suspiciously, and whispers spread through the crowd.
Although Krum is a big star, he has been at Hogwarts for a long time, and everyone is not surprised. What really interested them was his dance partner.
Today, Hermione's tousled hair was smooth and shiny after treatment, neatly tied back into an elegant bun. Wearing a robe made of flowing light purple blue fabric, it looks bright and moving.
"Hello, Field!" Hermione greeted Field with a smile.
"Hello Hermione, you're so beautiful tonight!" said Field, heartily.
Hermione's face flushed and she whispered, "Thank you!"
Then he suddenly realized something, looked up at the right Harry and Parvati, and said, "Hello, Harry!
Parvati stared at Hermione with an undisguised look of suspicion. It was clearly not Hermione she knew, and she was clearly not the only one who thought so, and all eyes were on her at this point.
'Miss Know-It-All' Hermione Granger is very famous at Hogwarts, but everyone has the impression that Hermione has always been a nerd with unkempt hair, carrying more than 20 thick books with him, and running to the library when he has nothing to do.
