On the other side, Adros was discussing the method of cultivation with his disciples, and when he saw Garuda coming, he sighed and said, "Garuda, if you want to practice the method we are talking about, you first need to take the vows. It's just that your heart is full of wrath now, how can you keep the vows?"

Keeping the vows, meditating, and cultivating wisdom are the paths that Adros discussed with his disciples. It is based on the yoga of the Hindu gods, supplemented by other methods. Adros didn't know much about the path of the cultivator of the great humane power in later generations, so he simply put aside all kinds of knowledge and studied it from scratch.
Regardless of whether you are a god or a human being, if you want to practice this path, the first thing you need to do is to keep the vows. Taking vows is not about taking a precept, it's not about asking people or gods to refrain from doing anything, it's about letting them do something.
The precepts are the integration of behavior, habits, qualities, nature, nature, etc., and the precepts are to cultivate one's own moral character, close to the natural rules of heaven and earth, but its ultimate goal is to get rid of troubles. And for all sentient beings, they can't do this right away at the beginning, so they need to do it slowly on the basis of holding the forbidden.
Meditation is also a way to stop and get rid of troubles, so that the mind is calm and single-minded. Not only does the practice of meditation reach a high level, but even joy and happiness disappear, and the mind is only in a state of extreme tranquility, subtlety, and speciality.
Unlike the method of taking precepts, outsiders can see what the realm is. The way of meditation is only in one's own heart. Adros and his disciples, in order to help later practitioners understand their own realm, divided meditation into eight levels, including the four color realm jΔna and the four colorless dhyanas: the first meditation, the second meditation, the third meditation, the fourth meditation, the boundless concentration of emptiness, the boundless concentration of cognition, the concentration of non-possession, and the concentration of non-thinking and non-thinking.
Practitioners' perception of heaven and earth is different, and the root cause is that they have different wisdoms. Wisdom is the way to look at the world and understand one's own body and mind and the condition of others. Only wisdom and mastery can get rid of all troubles and all suffering.
At this time, all cultivation does not even need to be guided by the Dharma, and whatever you go is a path of cultivation. The practitioner of this step, who exists in his own right, is a path of cultivation.
"Teacher, Garuda is angry by nature, and it is indeed difficult for him to walk on the path of our waiting. In the future, there will be no path for him. β
Maitreya smiled bare-chested and bare-chested, and his smile was brighter than before since he found his new teacher and took his new name.
Adros listened to Maitreya's words and nodded slightly: "That's right, our path has not yet been practiced, and I don't know what the road ahead is." β
When Fa Ming heard Adros's words, he frowned and asked, "Teacher, you said that. All the paths of cultivation should be applied to boundless beings, and they should be tried. Now that the Dharma has been created, when will we spread it to heaven and earth? β
"Don't be in a hurry, don't be in a hurry, keep the precepts, meditate and cultivate wisdom, it should be the right path. However, there are still some imperfections in these three cultivation methods, and we will spend a few more years to perfect them. β
"We all see sentient beings in the ten directions as human beings, and this method of cultivation naturally starts with humanity. In the future, when I am born, this method will be born. β
"Venerable, haven't you been born yet?"
Garuda's mother, Vinada, was puzzled, she already knew that her youngest son, Garuda, had become the mount of this powerful god, but he seemed to be a virtuous Venerable, and Vinada recognized him.

In her realm, it is impossible to see who is weak and who is strong in this new method of cultivation and the supreme yoga technique opened up by the birth master Brahma, the World-Lord Vishnu and the Great Heavenly Shiva.
