Xuanzang said: "What is the evidence?"

The monster said: "The Bodhisattva passed by here back then and instructed me to protect you from going west. She gave me the Dharma name Wu Neng, and said that you would come from the Eastern Tang Dynasty. ”

Now I promise that I will never drink alcohol again in the future, and I promise not to cause trouble for you, so you can take me in the face of the Bodhisattva. ”

Xuanzang then said: "The Bodhisattva agreed to accept it, so I can't object." Since you want to quit drinking, then quit everything you should quit, and I dare to accept you. ”

Wu Neng promised with a mouthful of words: "Quit, quit!"

Xuanzang said: "Okay, I'll give you another name, called Bajie." ”

Wu Neng muttered: "I even admit incompetence, and now there are more than eight precepts, so it doesn't matter." So he nodded yes.

Gao Taigong was overjoyed to see that the monster had been subdued and the troubles had been eliminated. He hurriedly greeted the servants, rectified the fasting offerings, and entertained Xuanzang and the others.

Wukong said: "Bajie, how did you promise the master just now?"

As for the clothes that are torn, they can be bought with money. To be a teacher is to worship the Buddha and seek scriptures at the behest of the Tang King, and he can lack anything, but he is not short of money. ”

Wukong also said: "Lao Sun, I have opened my own hall, although I have been suppressed by the Buddha for five hundred years, but he has not confiscated my personal property, so I am not short of money to spend." ”

Wukong said strangely: "What are those earth immortals doing chasing you, could it be that you have done something that people and gods are angry about?"

Bajie blushed and said: "It's not for Chang'e's business, I will have a chance to talk to you in detail in the future, there are many people now, I'm embarrassed to say." ”

Wukong said: "I can't see it, you are still a person with a story." It's really miserable to be a monster and do your job. The most strange thing is that you can still mix in the Nether Realm for hundreds of years, you are really a talent!"
