The old ape said, "That's right!"

Xuanzang said: "How can the Bodhisattva arrange a monkey to be my apprentice?"

The old ape said, "Why can't the monkey be your apprentice?"

Xuanzang said: "Do you have any evidence, show it to me!"

The old ape said: "There is a golden word on the mountain, only you can take it off, I don't believe you can try it!"

Xuanzang looked up, and sure enough, he saw that the mountain was shining with golden light, and it seemed to be pasted with a press, and he couldn't help but believe it. Then he asked, "And what is your name?"

The old ape said: "My surname is Sun, and my name is Sun Wukong." When the Heavenly Palace was in turmoil, he almost became the Jade Emperor, and later was personally suppressed by the Buddha here, and now it has been 500 years. The Bodhisattva instructed me to wait for you here, you quickly save me out, and I will protect you as you go west and retrieve the true scriptures. ”

Xuanzang was overjoyed after hearing this, it turned out that this was really the apprentice that the Bodhisattva arranged for himself!

So he went in and took a closer look. I didn't look at it, but when I looked at it, I found that this monkey was really too ugly! A pair of Lei Gong faces, full of beards, small eyes, small nose, small ears, and big blood basins, big mouth, and yellow teeth.

Xuanzang was disgusted in his heart: "How could the Bodhisattva find me such an ugly apprentice! Seeing such a face, I can't even eat!"

But there is no way, after all, this is the arrangement of Buddhism. So Xuanzang said: "You are trapped in this stone box, and I don't have an axe or chisel or anything like that, how can I save you?"

The monkey said, "If you are willing to save me, you don't have to look for those axes and chisels or anything like that." All you need to do is remove the sticker on the hill and I'll be out. ”

Xuanzang said in his heart: "Since it was arranged by the Bodhisattva, I have to rescue this ugly ghost monkey first." ”

So he slowly climbed up the hill and uncovered the post.

At this moment, a gust of incense swept the sticker into the air, and someone was heard shouting, "I am the one who imprisons the Great Sage." Now that his calamity is over, we will return to see the Buddha and return to our lives. ”

When the monkey heard this, he shouted, "Emma, it's been five hundred years, just wait for this code! Master, stand farther away, I'm coming out!"

Xuanzang said: "Such a high mountain is pressing you, can you get out?"

Wukong said: "I'll tell you the truth, in fact, the Buddha has already sent people to bury 108,000 tons of explosives under this mountain, and that golden press is the lead." Once the gold sticker is removed, the explosives will be detonated within half an hour. ”

Xuanzang Qi said: "The Buddha sent someone to bury explosives?

Wukong smiled: "Disciple, I have super clairvoyance, and nothing can be hidden from me." ”

Xuanzang has always been compassionate, and he couldn't help but care: "Wow, with so many explosives, you'll be fine!"

Wukong was very moved when he heard this, and replied happily: "Master, don't worry, the disciple has been practicing Tongzi Gong since he was a child, and he is invulnerable." ”

Xuanzang thought to himself: "This monster actually practices Tongzi Gong, it seems that it really has a relationship with my Buddhism." It's a pity it's just too ugly!"

It was useless to think too much, Xuanzang hurriedly took Liu Boqin and the others to hide far away.

I only heard an earth-shattering loud noise, and the Monkey King was born again, born again!

After a while, when everyone met, Wukong knelt down and made a big salute to Xuanzang: "Master, I'm coming out." He turned his head and said to Berchin: "Brother Lao sent my master here." ”

Xuanzang then asked, "That monkey, what's your name?" ”

Wukong said: "I already told you just now. ”

Xuanzang said: "What you said just now was too urgent, I didn't hear it clearly." ”

The monkey said: "My surname is Sun, and my legal name is Sun Wukong." ”

Xuanzang said: "Wukong, Wukong, it has a Buddhist taste." Then I'll give you another mixed name, and I'll call it Walker. Goku happily agreed.

Bo Qin was also very happy to see that the elder had accepted an apprentice with great powers. He said goodbye: "Congratulations to the elder, I have received a high apprentice, and now I can go back with peace of mind." ”

Xuanzang also said: "I have you to save me, and now I am bothered to send it far away, thank you so much, when I come back, thank you again." The two exchanged a few polite words, and Bo Qin took a few Zhuang Ding and left first.

Xuanzang and Wukong finished their apprenticeship and set off to the west. Wukong used the golden hoop stick to turn into a flat shoulder and carried the luggage and walked in front, and Xuanzang followed behind on a horse.

Along the way, when Xuanzang was hungry, Wukong went to turn his fate, and when he was thirsty, Wukong went to find water. killed a tiger halfway, which can be regarded as saving Xuanzang's life.

Sun Wukong is also a nanny, a bodyguard, and a guide and porter. As an apprentice to do this, he can be regarded as benevolent and righteous.

As for Xuanzang's eyes when he looked at him, Wukong also knew it. But what he thought was: send Xuanzang to the West as soon as possible and get the true scriptures, and this task will be completed.

On this day, the sun is about to set, the birds return to the forest, and the sunset is full of sky. Wukong built a pergola with his hands, looked into the distance, and saw a family in the distance, so he said to Xuanzang: "Master, there is a family in front, let's go quickly, let's borrow it there for one night." ”

Xuanzang nodded, urged the horse to leave quickly, and when it was time for tea, the two arrived at the door of the house.

Wukong dropped his luggage and stepped forward and shouted, "Open the door!"

Not long after, an old man came out and opened the door, and suddenly saw Wukong wearing a tiger skin around his waist, and he had a thunderous face, which made his feet soft and numb, and exclaimed: "The ghost is coming!

Xuanzang was afraid that Wukong would cause trouble, so he hurriedly stepped forward to support the old man and said, "Don't be afraid, the old donor, he is the apprentice of a poor monk, not a ghost." ”

The old man saw that Xuanzang had a handsome face and a virtuous monk, so he said curiously: "Where are you a monk, why did you accept such a vicious apprentice?"

Xuanzang said: "I am a monk from the Tang Dynasty, and now I go to the west to worship the Buddha and ask for scriptures." The king of Tang took the country name as his surname, gave me the surname Tang, and you just called me Tang Seng. ”

The old man said, "Passing by and want to spend the night?"

Xuanzang said: "I just want to spend one night, and I ask Lao Tanyue to agree." ”

The old man said: "Although you are a Tang person, your apprentice does not look like a Tang person. ”

Wukong shouted loudly: "Of course I'm not a sugar man, I'm an acquaintance!"

The old man said: "Don't mess with the relationship, I don't know you!"

Wukong scolded: "I used to live in the stone box of those two realms mountains, you used to pick vegetables and water, passing in front of me, I have teased you many times!"

The old man suddenly realized, "It turned out to be you! It turned out to be you! How did you come out of that stone box now?"

Wukong told the old man what was going on, and the old man invited them into the house.

After drinking tea, the old man asked, "Great Sage, you are also a little old, aren't you?"

Goku asked, "How old are you?"

The old man said, "I'm one hundred and thirty years old. ”

Wukong smiled: "I've been crushed at the foot of this mountain for more than 500 years, how old do you think I should be?"

Xuanzang has been watching coldly, he saw that Wukong was rude to the old man, and now he relied on the old man to sell the old, and he was very unhappy in his heart, and secretly said: "This old man is more than 100 years old, you actually call him a little brat, then what am I? I am only 20 years old! This monkey is ugly, and there is no distinction between dignity and inferiority, and he is arrogant in his speech, and he loves to cause trouble. I usually walk cautiously for fear of being touched. Now that this old man is more than 100 years old, you dare to scare him, and you don't know how much trouble you will cause me in the future. It seems that I have to find an opportunity to drive him away, and then ask the Buddha to help me find another well-behaved and obedient apprentice. ”

Saying that, the old man didn't get angry, but laughed.

After eating, Wukong clamored that he hadn't taken a bath for five hundred years, and said that he had killed a tiger and stripped the tiger skin for an apron, and he wanted to borrow a needle and thread to sew it.

The next morning, after fasting, Xuanzang and the two said goodbye to the old man and continued to travel west. After walking for only a few miles, several robbers suddenly jumped out from the side of the road and wanted to block the road and rob them.

But I heard the thief cry out, "I opened this mountain, and I planted this tree." Leave behind the horses and belongings, and spare the lives of both of you, and if you dare to say nothing, teach you to break your corpses and bones!"

Wukong smiled: "Oh! I have met the disciples and grandchildren! Hurry up and hand over all the looted property, and I will spare your life." ”

Hearing this, he was furious and said: "Bold monk, he actually robbed us of our property in turn, I think he is impatient to live!" Then he raised his sword and slashed at Wukong. Wukong stood still in the middle, but he didn't hurt a single hair.

When the thieves saw that the situation was not good, they scattered and fled. Wukong said: "The money hasn't been handed over yet, do you want to run?" Then he took out the golden hoop stick and went to chase after him.

Xuanzang couldn't bear it, so he shouted: "Wukong, since they escaped, spare them." ”

Unfortunately, he said this too late, and several thieves died.

Xuanzang said angrily: "The monks are merciful, since they have escaped, forget it, why do you want to kill them all." ”

Wukong said: "If I don't kill them, they won't die, maybe they will harm you again!"

Xuanzang said: "If you kill someone, you will be in a lawsuit!" The year before last, when one of my senior brothers went out to make a fortune, he accidentally stepped on an ant to death, and someone stood up and said that the ant was raised by his family, and finally he was defrauded of three coins of silver. You are so unscrupulous, you don't know how many troubles you will cause along the way, how many murders you will commit, how can you go to the west and obtain the scriptures?"

Wukong was also angry: "You master is so unreasonable." I helped you kill the wicked people who blocked the way, but you blamed me in turn! I think that when the old grandson and I occupied the mountain as the king, and later they caused chaos in the Heavenly Palace, I don't know how many mortal immortals I killed. Then if you say so, how many lives should I lose!"

Xuanzang said: "It is precisely because you have committed such a big crime that you have been suppressed by the Buddha for hundreds of years. Now that you have entered my Buddhism, you do not listen to the words of your teacher and do not repent, you are really not worthy of being my disciple!"

Where did Wukong suffer this kind of anger in his life? He originally remembered Xuanzang's grace for help, hoping to protect him to obtain the true scriptures and repay this favor. Who knew that this master not only didn't appreciate it, but also babbled so much, blaming him.

He couldn't hold back the fire in his heart, and shouted loudly: "Since you say that I can't be a monk and can't go to the Western Heavens, then this monk can't do it, let's go!"

Xuanzang didn't answer, Wukong simply turned his body and said, "Lao Sun is going!" and went back to Huaguo Mountain.
