Chapter Ninety-Four: The Unspeakable Island

A nautical chart is a map that draws an overview of the ocean. Pen @ fun @ pavilion wWw. biqUgE怂 ļ½‰ļ½Žļ½†ļ½

The one Crete is holding in his hand is the one that is widely used in the Sunset Islands.

This chart is based on the first chart drawn by Roselle Morgan more than 800 years ago, which Daniel called the ancestor Rosso, and has been improved and supplemented over the past few hundred years, and it not only details the islands, ocean currents, reefs, water depths and other information of the Sunset Islands, but also marks the lighthouses and ports in various places.

It can be said that this is a fairly accurate and complete chart.

But now, the island that the Silent Reaper crashed head-on into was not even marked on the chart.

Not to mention the charts, after three days of mooring here, with Daniel's control and perception of the ocean, he didn't notice that there was a small island here. He was very sure that there was absolutely nothing like that on the surface of the sea until Luca returned.

No one could tell how the island came about, and even Crete shook his head.

"Could this be ......" Nora's voice trembled slightly, "the indescribable island!"

"What's that?" asked Ollie, not just her, but everyone else who hadn't heard of it.

Nora froze and said:

"In my hometown, on the other side of the boiling sea, there has always been a legend. It is said that the indescribable island is located in an indescribable place, and it will appear anywhere in the ocean without warning. Isn't there such a legend here?"

Daniel shook his head firmly: "There has certainly not been in the past four hundred years. ā€

"And what did it come out for? Just let the boat crash and play?" Lukka asked, a little distressed by the abrasions on the bow of the Silent Reaper.

Nora looked at the chest behind Lukka that contained the gems and silver coins, and replied worriedly, "It has a purpose. The monsters that live on this island like to collect gems, gold, and silver coins, all kinds of shiny things. ā€

"What? it's piracy!" Lukka stepped back and pressed the door with his backhand.

"Need I warn you? we're pirates...... Crete whispered, ignoring the money-obsessed captain, and continuing to ask Nora, "What kind of monster?"

"I don't know! No one had ever seen what the monster looked like, but there was a terrible thunderbolt of lightning and thunder, and the smaller ship was disintegrated, and then, and then all the jewels and gold and silver treasures were taken away!

Shut up and tilted his head and snorted: "What's so great about being able to fly, I can also fly!"

As he spoke, it leaped high, circled over the heads of the crowd, and landed back on the metal shelf by the window.

As if deliberately interrupting the parrot's bragging, a bolt of lightning accompanied by a thunderbolt sounded outside the window, startling everyone to shrink back.

The electric light struck the metal-trimmed window frame, bounced open the sash, and jumped onto the shelf where the mouth shut stood.

After a puff of smoke, the parrot's figure disappeared, and the magic book lying on the ground with scorch marks on the cover muttered weakly, "It's good that the book is insulated......"

Then came a second bolt of lightning, this time, striking Luca's desk directly, knocking the inkwell and quill on it.

Then came the third and most violent lightning. This time, the chandelier at the top of the room was first hit by the chandelier, and it shook unwillingly a few times, and then fell from the ceiling, and the light was completely extinguished. In the captain's room, only lightning was the only source of light.

The lightning didn't linger on the wreckage of the chandelier, but jumped several times on the metal parts of the cabin, pinpointing the doorknob of Luca's locker.

Lukka subconsciously wanted to reach out to block him, but Ollie, who knew that the lightning was powerful, quickly pulled him out of the range of the arc. If he had been struck by the lightning, it wouldn't have been like shutting up, just a little more scorch mark on the cover.

The electric light suddenly amplified, and the light, which was many times stronger than the noonday sun, made everyone involuntarily close their eyes.

By the time Lukka rubbed his red, swollen and tearful eyes, he barely regained his sight, and the door of the locker in front of him was wide open, and there was nothing inside, and all the silver coins he had accumulated before and the gems he had retrieved from this time back to Sail Harbor were gone. Even the paperweight on the table, probably because it had a little gold decoration on it, was taken away by the way.

"Bastard! robber!" Lukka only hated himself for not swearing for not shutting up, and there were countless indignants in his chest, but he couldn't express all of them in words.

"My scepter, the last memorial of my kingdom!" Daniel shouted angrily, and he pulled at his golden beard and gasped, but it was good that the lightning did not mistake his beard for gold.

"Oh, my sword!" Ollie suddenly shouted, she didn't usually wear armor on the Silent Reaper, and the greatsword was just leaning against the window. The lightning didn't even let go of it, it seemed, as long as it was silver or gold, it wouldn't let go.

Thinking of this, Ollie rushed to his cabin and ran back two minutes later with a cry: "The armor is gone!"

Thankfully, Lightning doesn't seem to be doing anything to the decorations on the people, the rings on several of them are still there, and the garnet necklace around Nora's neck is unharmed, if this is gone, who knows what the ship will burn into?

Before everyone could recover from the shock, there was another shock from the bow of the Silent Death.

Lukka stepped up to the deck, and at the top of the island, a burst of fire erupted, outlining its shape in the night: a conical mountain.

It turned out to be a volcanic island!

Luca is not a geologist, but he has a clear message from the constant vibrations: the island is ready to run!

As soon as he grasped the amethyst staff, he rushed to the bow of the boat at a speed that he had never run at a speed he had never run in his life, and after casting a weight loss on himself, he jumped deeply, and the voice came from afar a few seconds later:

"I'm going to get my stuff back! If you want to come along, or wait for me!"

After a few minutes, everyone else followed, except for Shut Up, who was still lying on the floor and couldn't get back into his parrot form.

Ollie picked up Lukka from a few meters from the bow of the boat, and sat on the ground rubbing his broken foot, which seemed to have not gone well when he landed.

The island's ground was potholed, and even if he was cautious and sometimes tripped, Lukka used the Amethyst Staff as a crutch to support his body, and with the belief that he would "take back his treasure", his injured ankle did not slow down much.

His destination was clear at a glance, and everyone could see it clearly, and the lightning bolts were now retracting back to the vicinity of the crater one by one!
