Chapter Twenty-Eight: The Barrier of the Two Realms
After Su Ye went through the initial study of meditation, he discovered the meaning of meditation for himself, that is, to closely connect the body and mind, let his body and mind blend, and better perceive the body, so as to better perceive himself.
Su Ye found that living in an information explosion society, everything he experienced in the past, whether it was going to school, working, being promoted, making money, success or whatever, almost everything was defined by the outside world, and almost all of them were sought from outside.
Obviously, he is the root of everything, but he has never perceived and examined it properly.
After meditating, Su Ye's body and mind were once again connected.
From there, Su Ye completely gave up the thinking of seeking outside, turned to seeking inside, and began to pursue the true desire of his heart and pursue his original intention.
After that, Su Ye's meditative ability increased day by day, and finally through the penance of the Vipassana Center, he succeeded in reaching a very high level.
Su Ye was not against the method itself, but he knew very well that the meditation method of imagining external objects was very easy to get started in the beginning, and there was no problem for those who were more focused.
But the problem is that if the meditator's mind is too active and his mind is very divergent, the fantasy process is very likely to be unexpected.
Su Ye had a small accident at that time, and immediately corrected it after discovering it, so as to avoid going astray.
In Bluestar, many guided meditations no longer use this kind of overly illusory guidance method, basically listening to soothing music, and then starting from feeling the body and feeling the present moment, which is also the foundation of mindfulness.
Su Ye divides meditation into three realms.
The first level of realm is to feel the body and integrate the body and mind.
The second level of realm, divided into three small stages, is to know oneself, affirm oneself, and examine oneself, which is also the current realm of Su Ye.
The third realm, transcending oneself. But Su Ye has never seen such a person, because those who really surpass themselves will be very humble, but they will feel that they have not surpassed themselves. However, one thing is for sure, those who truly surpass themselves have great achievements.
Putting aside the distracting thoughts in his mind, Su Ye first took a long breath, and then exhaled through his mouth, ensuring that the time of exhalation and inhalation was the same, and after three times, Su Ye closed his mouth.
Some meditation systems are to keep the nose inhaling and mouth exhaling all the time, Su Ye believes that this method violates the laws of the human body, and even weakens the exhalation function of the nose, so he did not choose this way of breathing.
After that, Su Ye completely ignored Nedern's guidance and began to use his most commonly used scanning meditation method.
Su Ye first focused on the eye area, felt the sensation of the eyes, and then consciously relaxed.
Then, Su Ye's attention focused on his brain, felt his brain, and calmed his brain and relaxed.
After that, Su Ye started with his hair, and after feeling and relaxing, he let his attention slowly sweep over his body from top to bottom, scalp, ears, forehead, nose, ...... Finally to the instep, soles of the feet, toes.
In this process, some distracting thoughts occasionally pop up in my mind, such as the teacher's voice, such as future worries, such as Hutton's revenge, etc., but Su Ye does not judge, nor is he anxious, so he does not think that his meditation ability is insufficient, but simply classifies it, determines what it is, and then throws it out of his mind.
At this time, Su Ye knew that he was meditating.
After this round of scanning meditation, Su Ye's body and mind became more intimate.
After that, Su Ye no longer sensed his body, and began to empty his brain, and everything turned into nothingness.
Everything became empty, and Su Ye seemed to have forgotten that he was meditating.
After a while, Su Ye still closed his eyes, but his eyes moved slightly.
In the darkness, somewhere, in a place where only the spirit can reach, a thought was born, as if another Su Ye had appeared.
The new Su Ye is like a transcendent existence, standing at the pinnacle of the world and the starry sky.
He exists, and he seems to not exist.
He is independent, yet one with body and mind.
This is the spirit, or spirit, or superego of a singular state.
This is its own God.
This newly-born strange spirit, looking at Su Ye in meditation, examining himself.
At this moment, Su Ye knew that he was meditating again, but it was completely different from the beginning.
Observe the self.
Rumble......
Su Ye suddenly felt that the sky was shaking and the world was collapsing.
If he was still a beginner, Su Ye would be awakened immediately, but his current meditation realm was extremely high, and he just felt that his body, mind and spirit fluctuated, and he would soon return to normal.
After a short while, the vibration stopped.
Su Ye suddenly "saw" that the sky above the pitch-black world began to change color, slowly turning blue-black.
Countless holes appeared in the blue-black sky, as if the sky full of dark clouds had been pierced by countless holes in the rain of arrows, and dense sunlight fell with it.
Even though his spirit was extremely strong during the meditation process, Su Ye was still confused.
Didn't Teacher Nedern say before that at most there were only a dozen tears? Why does it seem like a billion or more now?
Su Ye remembered Nedern's words again, if the talent is not enough, choose the near, and if the talent is strong, choose the far.
Su Ye thought about it, if he was a little more sensible, he should be in the middle, but if he was a little more sensible, thinking about that altar, it seemed that he could choose the farthest one.
Su Ye decided to choose the most rational path.
Su Ye suddenly found that his meditation in the world of the gods was a little different from that in Blue Star.
In Lanxing, the mental state of oneself when meditating, although it is detached, although it can examine oneself, is essentially one with the body and mind, and it is formless and insubstantial.
It's like an unpredictable thought.
But now, the spirit has taken on a concrete form.
Under the blue-black barrier of the two realms, a small translucent figure was suspended, and its appearance was exactly the same as Su Ye's.
The villain Su Ye looked at himself, amazed, then thought about it, clenched his hands into fists, straightened his right forearm, bent his left arm slightly, and rushed forward with both fists.
"Fly!"
As soon as Su Ye's mind moved, his spiritual body immediately flew under the dark blue sky, heading to the farthest rift.
Su Ye only felt that the light in front of him was circulating, but in the blink of an eye, he completely flew out of the dense divine light area.
Frightened, Su Ye hurriedly stopped, and when he looked back, the area that was like a galaxy turned into an untraceable point.
"So fast?"
Su Ye thought for a while, and under the blue-black sky, he continued to fly forward.
Su Ye felt that he was about to turn into light.
At first, some small rifts could still be seen, but in the end, there was only the sturdy barrier of the Two Realms above and the endless darkness below, and there was no divine light in sight.
"Did I fly over my head?"
Just then, a soft voice rang out.
"Ladies and gentlemen, today's meditation class is coming to an end, and I have dismantled the magic. Now, don't suddenly open your eyes and start imagining yourself slowly returning to Plato's Academy, returning to this meadow, and then, slowly opening your eyes again, slowly opening your ......"
Su Ye immediately imagined that he had left the area of the barrier of the two realms and slowly returned to the grass.
Su Ye opened his eyes and found that the sky was dusk and the sun was about to set.
"Whew...... ...... "Loud snoring sounded.
