Chapter 396: The Bottom Line of Leadership (Part I)

Perhaps because Dr. Zhang studied in Ukraine, Dr. Zhang paid the most attention to Russian-language websites.

He hopes to fill our website with more information about Russian culture, technology, economy, and society.

Therefore, our department not only needs to translate the content of the Chinese website into Russian, but also needs to collect a lot of information on the Russian website.

In contrast, I find the work of other language departments much simpler.

Dr. Zhang asked me to lead the Russian-language website.

I have two girls under me: Li Jingjing, who graduated from Xi'an University of Foreign Chinese. This is a very well-behaved, smart girl, about 160 tall, slender figure, and delicate facial features.

Cao Liping – graduated from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University. She is taller than Li Jingjing, her body is also plump, her facial features are not so delicate, and her skin is darker. But I think Cao Liping has a pair of bright round eyes, which makes her look very energetic, I always feel that these eyes, I have seen them there! Cao Ping told me with a smile that they said that my eyes looked like Lin Xinru. When I look closely, it's still like this!

If you want to say that the most beautiful girl in our company, it is Dai Pinjia who helps me speak! She is the artist for our website. In principle, she has almost no contact with my work. Privately, though, the two of us still have a good relationship. Dai Pinjia was about the same height as me, with a well-proportioned figure, and the fair skin and delicate facial features of a southern girl.

Although I don't think I'm shallow enough to judge people by their appearance, I still enjoy working with pretty girls. To say that among the colleagues in the company, I really like Dai Pinjia and Li Jingjing the most.

Unlike Li Jingjing's well-behaved director, Dai Pinjia is actually a "ignorant" girl. She has a flamboyant personality, an ego, and sometimes even a little disrespectful to the leader. It may be that I have worked in Russian companies for too long, and I am a little unclear about what the Chinese leaders care about about the so-called "face".

In my eyes, Dai Pinjia's straightforwardness does not seem to be a fatal shortcoming, but in the eyes of the company's leaders, it is a challenge to the dignity of leadership.

In addition to Dai Pinjia's relationship with me in the company, her relationship with other colleagues is really average. This may have something to do with her straightforward personality. There are a lot of young people in our company, and sometimes my colleagues are not very thoughtful in their speech, but I feel that there is really no intrigue and mutual calculation among colleagues when I was at a travel company.

It didn't take long for Dai Pinjia to resign from the company. After she left, I asked Mr. Li why Dai Pinjia resigned. Mr. Li said that Dr. Zhang felt that Dai Pinjia was difficult to control, and he was afraid that he would bring other employees to ruin.

What is this crime in "Unruly"? Mr. Li's words surprised me very much, and I thought to myself, if even a staff like Dai Pinjia could not be accommodated, then Sergei's company would have closed its doors as soon as possible.

It would not be objective to say that there is nothing wrong with Xiao Dai, but in my eyes, it is not a matter of principle. Who doesn't have a bit of personality and temper? As for the little disobedience to discipline on her, if she is transferred to work under Sergei, it won't take long to be trained, with a pungent personality, and Dai Pinjia may be trained by Sergei to be a capable leader!

Dai Pinjia's resignation woke me up, and I found that I was quite unfamiliar with the domestic workplace. It's a different ecology altogether, and I have to readjust to everything here.

If Mr. Li finds Xiao Dai difficult to control, then he will not feel very good about me.
