In the 300-meter sprint, the score starts within 52.4 seconds, and the full score is within 40.9 seconds, with 1 minute every 1.5 seconds.

The above data is for men, women have lower requirements, no more than 5 minutes of rest in the middle of each of the 5 sets of tests, at least 1 point for each group of tests, and a total score of at least 12 points.

Fortunately, these contents are not a problem for Jimmy, one is that he is really young, and the other is that while he has been a police officer for the past two years, he has not given up fitness and martial arts, and has always insisted on physical training, so passing is not a problem for him.
