But after all, some monks did not write it all down, and it was inevitable that there would be mistakes and omissions between the words; And some simply didn't move a word. There are also some people who feel that they can't talk about it, so they write down their feelings about Buddhism.

These monks are inevitably apprehensive in their hearts.

For fear of being held accountable by the Buddha, for whatever reason. It's a sin to fail to write it yourself.

The main reason is that there are too many monks in Lingshan at the moment, and there are also many unpopular scriptures that can still be written silently. Especially some old monks who have been in Lingshan Da Lei Yin Temple for a long time, they don't even have an Arhat fruit position.

This makes the bodhisattvas and arhats have no reason to explain, after all, no matter how much they say, it sounds like an excuse.

As for whether these old monks will be remembered by the Bodhisattvas and Arhats, and even the Buddhas, that there is a Buddha sitting on the Lingshan Mountain, they will naturally be uneasy, and once they make a move, won't they be even more convicted?

Now it's just a loss of face, and if you really make this act of revenge with personal gain, you will make a big mistake.

Of course, the silent recitation of scriptures is by no means an absolute standard to test the depth of a monk's Dharma, but it can also be regarded as an important factor, so those old monks are still remembered by the Buddha.

After all, practicing in the Lingshan Da Lei Yin Temple itself means that their Buddhism is good.

The scriptures were placed in front of the Buddha, but the Buddha had no intention of looking at them, but called the two Venerables on the side: "A, Gaya." ”

The two Venerable Ones hurriedly stepped forward to listen.

"Collect these scriptures and send them to the Scripture Pavilion."

The Buddha's command can startle the monks below, one by one, looking left and right, looking at each other, and looking at each other, especially those who failed to complete the task, they are even more worried for a while.

Even Ah Ao and Jia Ye were stunned for a while, not knowing whether to listen to the Buddha's orders, after all, this is not a trivial matter. When it comes to the scriptures, can you really be so sloppy?

Or Guanyin Bodhisattva is kind-hearted, and he came out to ask the Buddha for advice on behalf of the monks: "Amitabha. Buddha, there is no shortage of people in the Lingshan who can silently write out all the scriptures, why not proofread them and then fill in the scriptures in the Tibetan scripture pavilion? ”

"Buddha, it's better to fill in the scriptures and complete them, and then enter the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion."

Most of the people who say these things are practicing Mahayana Buddhism. And these sutras, in fact, are also Mahayana Buddhist scriptures.

Although today's Buddhism is still divided into Mahayana and Hinayana Buddhism, most of the methods of the two sides are also interconnected, and some Hinayana monks are also very interested in Mahayana Buddhism.

Not to mention the two Buddhas, Medicine Master and Maitreya, even the Buddha is practicing Mahayana Buddhism. Needless to say, others don't need to say more.

And some monks who specialize in Hinayana Buddhism will even feel that the true meaning of Hinayana Buddhism is no longer in Lingshan. It's in the Tang Dynasty in the East Soil.

However, since people are here, they still use the name of the Great Sage National Teacher Wang Bodhisattva, and Lingshan will naturally not turn him away.

The Buddha had read the scriptures he had written on the blank scrolls with his divine sense, and as expected. Naturally, the Great Sage National Teacher Wang Bodhisattva could not write the scriptures, and what he wrote down was some of his own feelings about Buddhism.

It is not perfunctory, but it is written very seriously, and it also contains many views of Confucianism.

In contrast, Jin Zhe wrote. On the contrary, the content of the Taoist scriptures is more, and even after the scriptures, a practice method for cultivating the golden spear is attached.

"Ask the Buddha to proofread the scriptures before entering the cabinet!"

The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the Daxiong Treasure Hall, as well as the Arhats in the forefront, naturally knew what was going on in the temple and the monks in the mountains outside the temple, but they couldn't figure out the situation so quickly.

But when I heard the movement in the main hall, I naturally couldn't sit still, after all, how could it be a trivial matter to let so many true Buddhas and Bodhisattvas open their mouths to ask each other?

They simply knelt down and petitioned.

The Buddha sat firmly on the golden lotus, not panicking at all: "Don't you know that the avenue is fifty, Tianyan forty-nine, since the three Tibets have taken away the full set of scriptures, I am in the spiritual mountain, so I will go with the flow, and as the Bodhisattva said, there are many people in the spiritual mountain who can silently follow the true scriptures, and remembering them in their hearts is the real memory." ”

"Ao, Gaya."

"Yes."

"Send the scriptures to the Scripture Pavilion quicklyβ€”"

The two of them didn't dare to disobey, and used their mana to wrap more than 15,000 scriptures and send them to the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion. Not long after, the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion, which had been emptied by the three Tibetan masters and apprentices, was filled again, and it seemed that it was still thirty-five true scriptures, but who knew what strange things were in it?

The Buddha saw that the monks were worried, so he said again: "You don't need to panic, if there is a person who has memorized all the scriptures, you can go to the scripture pavilion to check and fill in the gaps. And one thing, you should indicate in the scriptures the time of revision and your own Dharma name. ”

The Buddha's words spread throughout the entire Lingshan, and immediately caused the monks to boil.

In particular, a few old monks who practiced unpopular scriptures and entered the temple were already eager to leave their names in the scriptures of the Lingshan Scripture Pavilion.

After the Buddha finished saying this, he looked at the other Buddhas and Guanyin Bodhisattva: "You don't have to show it in the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion, you might as well keep a copy of the true scriptures in your respective dojos, how about it?" ”

"Good!"

In the past, the ownership of these scriptures belonged to Lingshan, and they only had the right to borrow them, and they could not spread them without Lingshan's permission. This is one of the reasons why Theravada Buddhism is speaking quieter and quieter in the West.

Moreover, with the spread of Mahayana Buddhism, it has robbed a large number of Hinayana believers, after all, compared with Hinayana Buddhism, it seems that Mahayana Buddhism can resonate more with ordinary people.

All sentient beings are equal, and all sentient beings are saved. This is the fundamental spirit of Mahayana Buddhism, and this is what the beings of the Three Realms lack and desire the most.

Guanyin Bodhisattva is the essence of it, known as saving the suffering and saving the suffering, Pudu Cihang, and doing what he says, only then can he have today's position.

But even she is not proficient in these 35 scriptures, and her ability to memorize them and understand the true meaning of them obviously cannot be confused. But she was able to bring together the four masters of the Zen Pure Tantric Vinaya, and she was obviously a rare polymath among the Lingshan Mountains.

There was silence in the hall of the Mahavira for a moment, and then I heard the four great King Kongs shouting in unison: "Master Sanzang has returned!" ”

"Please come into the temple!" The Buddha immediately spoke.

When the monks heard the Buddha use the word "please", they didn't feel that there was anything wrong, after all, with the performance of Master Sanzang along the way, he was definitely worthy of the word "please".

If you have to use the identity of the golden cicada to say things, I am afraid that Tang Sanzang will not recognize it or not.

After all, the matter of Sanzang's awakening of the true spirit of the golden cicada has long been spread in the Three Realms. The fact that Lingji Bodhisattva was afraid of the Three Tibets and did not dare to save the Yellow Wind Monster was not a secret in the Three Realms.

But people don't make fun of Lingji Bodhisattva because of this.

Because these Sanzang mages even dare to exceed the canopy, and even dare to make a few heavenly tribulations, the relics even said that if you don't want it, don't want it

With such a character, even some of the Bodhisattvas present sighed to themselves.

If the golden cicada back then was a stunned young man, he was unreasonable to do things only by heart; So today's Sanzang Master can't beat it, and he can't say it. If it weren't for the Buddha's recruitment, they would definitely have to take a detour when they saw Master Sanzang, how could they still come to Lingshan to attend the meeting?

However, after coming and experiencing several "tortures", their mentality gradually calmed down.

It's just a debate with Master Sanzang, and it doesn't seem too embarrassing to lose.

After the five masters and apprentices went up to the Daxiong Treasure Hall and saluted the Buddha and the Bodhisattva, Master Sanzang folded his hands and said to the Buddha: "The little monk sent the scriptures to the Tang Dynasty, and the Sanzang scriptures were translated completely."

After saying that, Fahai also released a stack of books from his sleeve and showed them to the Buddha one by one: "This is the scripture also sent by the Tang Emperor, including Taoist classics such as "Tao Te Ching", "Nanhua Sutra", "Chongxu Sutra", "Jing Sutra", "Huang Ting Sutra", as well as Confucian classics such as "Analects", "Mencius", "University", "The Mean", "Book of Songs", "Book of Rites", "Zhou Yi", "Spring and Autumn" and other Confucian classics. ”

Fahai paused for a moment and said, "These are all translations of the little monk. ”

When the monks heard this, their hearts were mixed for a while. This Tang Dynasty doesn't seem to be a good person.

What are you going to do by sending this Taoist and Confucian scripture to their spiritual mountain?

Is it an academic exchange?

As for what Sanzang said "give it back", they obviously don't believe it.

This is also a Yangmou, Li Shimin just asked Fahai to translate these classics and send them to Lingshan, as for whether the sentient beings in Lingshan can read it or not, he can't care about it?

As for the fact that the monks of Lingshan want to change the entrance hall after reading the Taoist scriptures and the Confucian scriptures, it has nothing to do with him.

Even one day, Li Shimin thought that he had already reported to the underworld at that time, and he couldn't find himself even if he was looking for it.

The Buddha looked at Sanzang and the classics in his hand, and felt that the development of this matter was becoming more and more out of his control.

However, he didn't care too much about this, and he never restricted the spread of Taoism and Confucianism in Xizhou, but just let them develop.

Taoism has retained a lot of power in Xizhou, and Confucianism has recently become more and more prosperous under the lectures of that Mr. Ziyu.

If anyone sees him as a weak scholar and thinks that he is a bully, it is a big mistake. Mr. Ziyu was the disciple of that master, and when that master was rampant in the Central Plains, even Li Er, the incarnation of the Taiqing sage, tried to retreat as much as possible.

"The scriptures given by the Son of Heaven of the Tang Dynasty are collected in the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion."

The two Venerable Ones took the scriptures and left.

On the way, Jia Ye didn't know what to think, and said to Ah Ao: "The two of us will call the monks in the future." ”

Ah Wei smiled and said, "I will go to the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion for a while, and see if there are any mistakes or omissions that the two of us will write."

"What do you mean?"

"For such a famous thing, it is natural to be one step ahead and take the lead, otherwise, we will lose this convenient opportunity."

"Amitabha, good, good!" Jia Ye said again: "It is better for the two of us to go back later, or we can avoid the difficulty of arguing with Master Sanzang." ”

Ah Wei even sighed with emotion: "It's a pity that Master Sanzang has already taken the true scriptures and returned to the Tang Dynasty, otherwise this 'Lingshan Debate' may also be counted in the ninety-nine eighty-one difficulties." ”
