Chapter Seventy-Three: At Any Cost
As soon as the matte gray Lamborghini rushed out of the parking lot of the building, it immediately attracted the attention of the surrounding pedestrians like a magnet.
Ye Ran didn't deliberately step on the accelerator to make a sound, just drove ordinarily, and the engine was still roaring like a beast.
It was also when he really drove the supercar on the highway that Ye Ran completely understood why the supercar ride was obviously very poor, but there were still so many people flocking to it.
Because of its driving feeling, which cannot be given by any car model.
For example, when waiting for a traffic light.
When the green light ends.
Ye Ran only needed to tap the throttle, this mechanical beast with 700 horsepower and a 000 acceleration time of only 2.8 seconds would quickly burst out with strong power and roar away.
It seems that the power will never run out, and it is impossible to have the kind of situation where the car has stepped on the accelerator and the car has to take a moment to pick up speed.
The speed at which it accelerates depends on how hard you throttle.
And the treatment it enjoys on the road is much higher than Ye Ran's Maybach.
Maybach S680 is expensive, but its body shape is still a sedan, some drivers do not pay attention, they may think it is just a Mercedes-Benz.
But the bull won't.
It's on the road, and the cars around it can't wait eight feet away from it.
Ye Ran waited for several traffic lights, and looked through the rearview mirror, and the cars behind him felt that there was a parking space away from it.
It's so cool!
Ye Ran thought in his heart.
Then when he entered the high-speed toll station, Ye Ran didn't feel good.
When Ye Ran stretched out his arm to pick up the pass, he couldn't reach it.
Seeing Ye Ran's embarrassed appearance of trying to stretch his arm, Song Yu, who was sitting in the passenger seat, laughed until her stomach hurt, and she smiled like a flower, "Haha~ I see that you have to prepare a special clip in the car." ”
"No way, I can definitely get it."
Ye Ran still didn't believe in this evil, his arms were so long.
Tilted back slightly, and then put the car close to the toll booth, Ye Ran was able to raise his arm to reach the card with some difficulty.
When he entered the main road of the expressway, Ye Ran slowed down the car.
There were no cars on the road at this point.
"Director, sit tight." As Ye Ran spoke, his fingers began to flick the motion mode knob on the central control.
"What do you want to do?" Before Song Yu's words fell, the Lamborghini under the seat instantly erupted into a roar.
"Ahh Song Yu couldn't help but scream.
Accompanied by the roar of the engine, the sound of violent friction with the tires, and the scream of Song Yu, Lamborghini was like a gray lightning, soaring from 40 kilometers to 120 kilometers per hour in less than three seconds.
What is the feeling of pushing back?
It was Ye Ran and Song Yu who were both firmly pressed on the seat by strong inertia, and it was difficult to even turn their heads when they accelerated for a moment.
When the speed of the car stabilized at 120, Song Yu grabbed the handrail with one hand, his face was full of excitement, "Haha~ exciting, run quickly, go to the next service area to change me to experience the experience." ”
……
Wuzhou is very close to Shanghai, and the whole journey is less than 100 kilometers.
Song Yu was driving the next 70 kilometers, she was no stranger to supercars, she didn't dare to drive fast, but she drove quite steadily.
When he came to the production plant of Magnetic Samarium Motor Company in Shanghai, the factory director Lu Chengyu also happened to come down from the office building, waiting for Song Yu's arrival.
Magnetic Samarium Motor Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shuangke Industry, and their business is mainly engaged in the production of motors on headquarters equipment.
The motors in textile and apparel production equipment require high precision, usually servo motors, and stepper motors with higher precision.
Therefore, the technical strength of the magnetic samarium motor company is still there.
Hearing that Song Yu brought a new motor design plan, the factory director Lu Chengyu of course had a strong interest, and he also specially called several senior technicians in the factory to the office to participate in the research.
After several technicians took the information, they immersed themselves in their own world, and they didn't even look at Song Yu, who was like a flower.
After more than half an hour, they came to a unanimous conclusion:
I can't make it.
In other words, there is no capacity for mass production.
The magnetic levitation linear motor on the data is 10 centimeters long, 2.5 centimeters wide and 18 centimeters thick.
Theoretically, the motor is not a chip made of a few nanometers.
No matter how ingenious its structure is, only the corresponding technical data and processing drawings can be processed according to the drawings.
This is not wrong, after several technicians read it, they kept admiring the ingenuity of the design of this motor, and said that if it is only strictly according to the technical data and processing drawings, it is no problem to make a few as samples.
But mass production is not possible.
The motor is a completely new design idea, and the technician says that the complexity lies in the fact that it relies on a spring to generate a mover rebound, unlike ordinary linear motors.
The spring rebounds the mover, which wastes a lot of work.
Because when the mover is moving, the spring must be compressed first.
This is equivalent to one mover doing work, and it is necessary to complete the two actions of impact and rebound to store energy.
Its impact force is of course small.
And the mover compresses the spring, and when it moves along the slide rail, there is friction.
This motor innovatively eliminates springs and relies on multiple independent acceleration coils located above and below to accelerate the mover step by step.
When the mover is about to hit the limit, the independent acceleration coil located at the tail will instantly provide opposite acceleration, so that the mover will stop moving forward and then move backward.
And in the process of moving, the mover never makes any contact with the slide rail, and the friction force is almost none.
According to the technical data, there are eight oval independent acceleration coils and an integral suspension coil on the inner wall of the upper and lower shells of this motor.
That is, the light acceleration coil, it has sixteen.
There are also two suspension coils that are wound around the outside of the acceleration coil and are used to provide the mover levitation force.
It's too complex, it's too sophisticated.
Every time the motor does reciprocating work, the upper and lower sixteen independent acceleration coils will be connected to the electrical energy at the right time to generate a magnetic field to accelerate the mover.
The motor vibrates 80,000 times per minute, and the frequency of vibrations in one second is 1,333 times.
Specific to each independent acceleration coil, it is necessary to switch on and off 21,328 times per second.
Sixteen acceleration coils, a total of 340,000 switching per second.
This switch is not a whole yet, and each independent accelerator switch is staggered.
The first accelerator coil provides acceleration, and the second accelerator coil is turned on when the mover moves a certain distance.
Then came the third, and then the fourth...... Step-by-step acceleration of the mover.
Such a complex magnetic levitation linear motor leads to the fact that their factory does not have the corresponding equipment to manufacture its coils and movers in batches, as well as the upper and lower limit shells.
The equipment in the factory is not accurate.
Not only their factories can't, but other motor factories are also not much better than them.
In front of this newly designed magnetic levitation linear motor, there is no off-the-shelf processing equipment that can produce it in large quantities.
If you want to mass production, you must organize technical personnel to improve the existing production equipment according to the size of its individual parts and components, so as to achieve mass production.
Let's take an analogy.
Originally, the motor factory produced a linear motor for mobile phone vibration modules, so it had high-speed winding equipment and special machining equipment for processing movers.
This kind of special machining equipment can only process this kind of mover specification. Only in this way can the production efficiency be maximized.
Similarly for high-speed winding equipment, the acceleration coils in the linear motor of mobile phones are usually four to five groups, and the diameter of the copper wire of each acceleration coil is only 0.06 to 0.08 mm.
And these copper wires are not just copper wires, there is also a layer of transparent insulating material wrapped around it.
It is also known as enamelled wire, and without this insulator, the coil would become a whole conductor.
With the enameled wire that meets the specifications, the high-speed winding machine can quickly wind the wire with four to five acceleration coils on an adhesive coating.
During the winding process, the winding machine will also spray a layer of special glue on the surface of the enameled wire, so that the coil can maintain an overall shape and not fall apart.
When the winding machine finishes winding the coils, the coils that are attached to the adhesive coating will be directly attached to the inner wall of the linear motor by the automatic assembly line.
The magnet wire diameter of this magnetic levitation linear motor is nothing special, it is a diameter of 0.1 mm that can be directly purchased.
However, its coil structure, coil position, and requirements for the accuracy of the coil horizontal plane are far several times higher than that of the mobile phone linear motor.
Because it is a step-by-step acceleration, once the position error of each coil exceeds the specified range, its step-by-step acceleration effect will be greatly reduced.
The horizontal accuracy of the coil is equally demanding, as it is a magnetic levitation mover.
It must ensure that the mover never makes contact with the coil, otherwise once the mover rubs against the coil, it will destroy the insulation material of the coil, resulting in a short circuit of the coil and burning.
If you want to mass-produce this coil, you need a high-speed winding device that meets the accuracy requirements.
The Magnetic Samarium Motor Company does not have such equipment.
None of the other linear motor factories are available.
However, it can't be mass-produced, so it's okay to make a few in the lab and play around.
The shell and mover of the motor can be specially customized by the high-precision instrument and equipment factory, and there is no need to consider the cost anyway.
The coil can be wound out little by hand under an industrial electron microscope.
Don't underestimate the accuracy of these technicians' manual winding, as long as the speed is slow enough, with the help of measuring instruments, more precise coils than this are no problem.
……
Before I knew it, it was evening.
After the technicians explained the technical difficulties of this magnetic levitation linear motor in simple terms.
Song Yu originally just had the attitude of trying it out, but it gradually changed.
With such a complex and advanced motor, wouldn't the products developed based on it be more advanced?
Song Yu understood that the cleaning instrument technology in Ye Ran's hand was definitely stronger and more advanced than the previous sunscreen clothing technology.
"Then we will organize professionals to carry out technical research."
The current Song Yu and Song Yu who are giggling in the Lamborghini car are like two people.
Now she has a serious look in her eyes, and an undoubted determination in her tone, "After listening to the explanations of the professionals, I deeply realized how advanced this magnetic levitation linear motor is." ”
"I don't think this motor will be limited to a single purpose of one product."
"It is completely possible to rely on this motor to develop more civilian products."
"So we have to produce it."
Lu Chengyu, the director of the factory, was a little embarrassed and said, "But our factory does not have the corresponding processing equipment." ”
"The existing linear motor winding equipment on the market cannot meet its accuracy requirements. We had to purchase linear motor equipment and come back and retrofit it ourselves. ”
"There's a big risk in case we fail......"
"I'll take any risks."
Song Yu smiled slightly, "In addition, after I go back, I will communicate with the headquarters, so that the headquarters will dispatch industrial designers and engineers from the machine tool department to participate in the production technology of the motor." ”
"Then there is no problem on our side, we promise to work 100% efficiently." After Lu Chengyu, the director of the factory, heard that the headquarters would also invest manpower and material resources, he immediately had no worries.
They are a company specializing in the production of electric motors, how could they refuse a completely new motor product with the ability to rule technology?
Just thinking about it makes people look forward to it.
Leaving technical information, Song Yu asked the factory director Lu Chengyu to first set up the framework of personnel involved in technical research, and draw up a list of relevant equipment that needs to be purchased.
She and Ye Ran also had to go to Ruckus Software Company.
Ruckus Software is headquartered in Shanghai.
Ruckus Software is also one of the three wholly-owned subsidiaries of Shuangke Industries, which is mainly responsible for the programming and driver writing of headquarters equipment, as well as the development of garment software, equipment color mixing software, and automation control software.
Ye Ran's cleaning instrument, in addition to the magnetic levitation linear motor is difficult to do, the motherboard and control chip are not simple.
Only by completely solving these two problems can we enter the mass production stage.
Song Yu and Ye Ran were going to Ruckus Software to ask if they could find a suitable chip motherboard foundry factory.
Although Ruckus Software is only responsible for software development, the software they develop also relies on the motherboard hardware to implement control instructions.
They are very familiar with the domestic chip motherboard foundry.
