Another reason why the defendant was presumed to be the murderer was the time it took to travel from "Spring and Autumn Villa" to the store in front of Momijiya Station. The normal speed of walking this distance is judged to be 50 to 60 minutes. In fact, on the way to the shop, the defendant met acquaintances from the same village and waitresses who worked in other hotels. According to the testimony of these two persons, the defendant's walking speed at this time was normal, and the defendant's confession was that he was tired from walking four kilometers back and forth because the bicycles in the hotel were unfortunately occupied by others. In addition, the defendant was very busy with work that day and was therefore quite tired. In other words, the defendant was in a state of mental and physical fatigue at the time. Therefore, it is normal to hike at a slower pace than normal.

According to the previous investigation materials, the defendant spent about 80 minutes round trip, which was 20 minutes more than the normal round trip time of 60 minutes, which was spent on committing the crime. However, can the defendant's crime really be completed in just 20 minutes? The previous investigation materials presumed that the defendant walked out of the store at 6:45 p.m. and met the victim, and then walked across the suspension bridge with each other through the trail. Based on the foregoing speculation, the defendant used rhetoric to induce the victim to agree to accompany him. For this reason, it is presumed that the companion of the woman in red witnessed by the daughter of the charcoal shop near Qiaotou is the defendant. It took at least five or six minutes for the defendant, who had walked across the drawbridge before 7:05 a.m., to arrive at the scene. The scene is a mountain path, so there is only 15 minutes left for the crime. The 15 minutes include the 5 minutes from the scene to the drawbridge, and the time after deduction is only 10 minutes, which means that the defendant must violently subdue the victim, rape him, and then push him into the river within 10 minutes. Can such a crime really be completed in 10 minutes? The previous investigation materials thought it was possible, but I thought it was unlikely! The distance from the shop to the suspension bridge via the trail is about one and a half kilometres. It took at least 20 minutes for the defendant, who felt tired, to walk this distance. Moreover, the victims who accompanied the defendant were women, and the pace may have been even slower. In this way, the actual time for committing a crime should not even be 10 minutes. When I went to the site to verify the facts, it took about 25 minutes to get from the "Spring and Autumn Villa" to the street in front of the station through the street to the store. It took 30 minutes to cross the suspension bridge from the shop to the trampled grass at the scene of the crime. Finally, the time to return to the "Spring and Autumn Villa" from the scene is 32 minutes. At the material time, the road in the vicinity of "Spring and Autumn Villa" was being built and it was difficult to walk, so the defendant may have actually spent a longer time. In other words, I walked this section for 87 minutes without feeling tired. I walked this section of the road without stopping and without a moment of rest when I arrived at the scene.

On the basis of the above, it should not have been possible for the defendant to commit the offence in about 8 minutes before and after.

According to the above investigation materials, when the defendant went to the store to buy food, he once met the victim He Shan in front of the station, and lured him to the scene with rhetoric. However, is it possible for an adult woman to be accosted by a strange man and follow him into the desolate wilderness at dusk? The previous investigation materials have assumed that it was natural for the victim to be on the scene with the defendant on the grounds that he had always done his best to make money, but my view is completely contrary. The defendant was only a co-worker in a hotel, dressed shabby and by no means affluent. In addition, the victim, with his professional experience, should have a vision for choosing a man, and although the defendant tempts him with rhetoric, will the victim be easily moved? When they heard that they were going to a wilderness after dark, would the victim walk across the drawbridge with him without noticing the danger? The term "use of rhetoric" was only mentioned in the investigation materials, but the exact content of it was not known. The victim was a waitress working in a bar, and women in this industry know men very well. In addition, the whereabouts of the victim's handbag are still unknown. The silver necklace that the victim wore around his neck was as mentioned above, and there was no reason to consider the defendant to be the real murderer unless the handbag was with the defendant or was found in the defendant's hideout.

Based on the above arguments, I surmise the following facts. The victim, He Shan, got off at Momijiya Station on a bus from Nanshan City at 6:10 p.m. on the 24th, and then wandered in front of the station, waiting for a certain man to come on the next bus. The next bus arrives at around 6:40 a.m. The man was on the bus, and the victim walked across the suspension bridge with him via the trail before 7:05 a.m., which was exactly the same time. It is also entirely possible that the victim dropped the silver necklace in front of the watch shop. If the man is the lover of the victim, it is not uncommon for a couple to walk into the mountains and forests together in search of a place where they want to live together, and it is not difficult to understand their psychology.

In this way, it is normal for the victim to have no injuries except for some minor abrasions on his hands and feet. Because what happened between the two was Wushan Yunyu-style 0 love. The male's blood type may be AB or B as mentioned above.

But why did the victim fall into the river and drown? This can be speculated to mean that the couple had an argument after a long relationship, and the angry man, in a situation where he lost his reason, pushed the victim into the river.

It is not impossible that when the victim wants to drink water and squats at the water's edge, he loses his center of gravity for a while and accidentally rolls into the river. At this time, although the other man was greatly panicked, because he did not want to be known about the tryst with the victim, it was possible for him to escape in a hurry for fear of being implicated. In this way, the case is no longer a homicide.

Based on the above arguments, all the evidence that the defendant Ren Ping killed the victim He Shan after rape can be denied, so I advocate that Ren Ping should be acquitted.
