Chapter 20: Hermione's Question

Two weeks after the start of the school year, Calvin's private instruction has finally resumed.

However, this first private instruction was unexpected.

It's time for the twins and Cedric to enter the world of painting and start studying, and among the young wizards in the second year, someone is late, and it is the famous Harry Potter and his two friends.

When Calvin raised his hand to look at his watch for the second time, Draco, who was sitting next to him, snorted softly.

"Tsk," Calvin raised an eyebrow and asked Neville, who was still a little reserved, "Neville, what's wrong with the three of them?"

The round-faced Neville was also a little puzzled, scratching his head and saying, "Harry has been locked up by Lockhart, but it should be over now......

Just then, the door to Calvin's office was slammed open, and the three little wizards stood in a line panting.

"I'm sorry, Professor Cape," Harry gasped, "I've been locked up by Professor Lockhart, and it's just over."

Hermione muttered, "It's not because you said Professor Lockhart was a liar and made him angry."

"That's because Harry told the truth, and Lockhart was a liar. Lies make people laugh, and the truth makes people angry. If you don't believe it, if you try to say that Professor Capet is a liar, he will never be angry."

Ron didn't know what was going on, but he actually quarreled directly with Hermione.

"Professor Lockhart, not a liar!" Hermione suddenly screamed, like a frozen-haired she-cat.

"Alright, stop arguing." An idea popped into Calvin's mind, "Looks like you admire Lockhart, Miss Granger, so why don't you check out some of the following books, I'm sure you'll find common ground with Professor Lockhart."

As he spoke, Calvin wrote in the air with a piece of parchment and a quill floating on his desk.

Hermione took the parchment and looked at it, "Werewolf Identification and Escape", "Introduction to Banshee Knowledge", "XZ Snowman Illustrated Guide...... Thank you so much, Professor Capet."

Hermione carefully tucked the parchment into the book, as if she were a treasure.

Ron and Harry looked at Hermione as they went berserk, and looked at each other. When Ron was about to enter the world in the painting, he hesitated and asked, "Professor Capet, I'm sure you must know that Lockhart is a liar, but why did you give Hermione those book lists?"

Calvin smiled and patted Ron on the shoulder, "Hey, Ron, it must be more useful to let the lost find their way back on their own than to persuade us like this, and you don't want your friendship to be ruined because of a liar."

Ron nodded sincerely.

Calvin touched Ron's head, "Let's go to class, stop fighting with Hermione."

When Calvin enters the dueling classroom, he finds that another pair of enemies are arguing, and there is already a tendency to fight.

Draco triumphantly held up a picture in his hand and raised his chin at Harry, nostrils facing him.

"What is this?" Draco's pale face glowed with excitement, "A picture of the famous Savior, Harry."

"The famous Harry wanted to be in front of the whole school, not only did he come to the school in an unruly way, but he also wanted to hand out his autographed photo in public." ….

"No, it's not like that," Harry blushed as he tried to snatch the picture back from Draco, "I never wanted to be in the limelight, it was all because of Clevey and the damn Lockhart."

"But how do you explain this picture?" Draco dangled the picture, and Harry looked very embarrassed, caught under Lockhart's armpit, like a captured owl.

"That's enough, give it to me." Harry drew his wand and tried to do it to Draco, he couldn't look at his embarrassment, especially when the picture was still in the hands of the person he hated the most.

Who knew that Draco casually tossed the photos aside, pulled out a thick stack of them from his pocket, and kept showing them off to Harry.

This provocation undoubtedly infuriated Harry, and he threw himself at Draco in a fit of rage

A spell.

"Get rid of your weapons!"

The emotional bonus and the godfather's training made his spell extraordinary, at least not something that Draco could stop now, especially when Draco was so proud.

"Oh, while I'm pretty much in favor of you doing some offensive and defensive drills in your spare time," Calvin struck out to break Harry's spell, "but I don't want your relationship to deteriorate any longer."

"Draco, you should be able to see that Harry has improved a lot over the summer, and hopefully you've improved to the same level." Calvin looked at Malfoy sternly, the meaning of which could not be more obvious, telling him not to provoke Harry casually.

Teaching a young wizard is a boring task, but teaching a gifted young wizard is an extremely interesting thing, and luckily the wizards he has received from him are some of the brightest children.

So Calvin was able to walk out of the world with a smile on his face at the end. Especially when teaching Hermione, his smile was especially bright.

But Hermione's little face was not so happy, and Calvin thought that she was still having trouble with her friends because of Lockhart, but the truth was not what he expected.

After the private instruction, Hermione and Harry Ron left the office together, but it wasn't long before she hurried back to Calvin's office.

"What's the matter, Miss Granger?" Calvin looked at the little girl with a hesitant look on her face, and thought to himself that the trio wouldn't really break up.

"Professor, that's right, I read in a book that some wizards can hear voices that others can't hear, is that right?" Hermione's expression regained her composure.

It seems that something interesting has happened to this girl.

Calvin put his left leg on his right leg and tapped his fingers on the table, "I've heard of this, but you're talking too generally, do you have any more details?"

Hermione pinched her fingers nervously, as if organizing the language, "I read in the book that a young wizard could hear some strange sounds when he was with his elders, and his elders, didn't know anything about it......

"Not all of what you see in the book is correct, the most important thing is your own practice," Calvin said, "but I still think of several possibilities to explain the origin of this sound."

Calvin paused, and he began to wonder who the little wizard in Hermione's story was, herself, Ron, Harry Potter, or some other classmate.

"Professor Capet?" Hermione looked at Calvin, who was suddenly silent, and asked in a low voice, "What do you want to say?"
