Sanfu wrote his first book in forty years

Before you know it, it's a hundred chapters.

It's a big deal, for me.

Because, writing this book is a marathon.

Marathons are human beings challenging their own limits.

Honichi Yamada was a marathon runner in Japan in the eighties and a two-time world champion.

How did he do it?

Before each race, he has to take a car to carefully look at the route of the race and draw the more eye-catching signs along the way.

For example, the first sign is a bank, the second sign is a big tree, and the third sign is a red house, and so on until the end of the race.

As soon as the race began, he sprinted at the speed of 100 meters to the first target, and when he reached the first target, he rushed to the second target at the same speed.

The race of more than 40 kilometers was easily completed by him by breaking it down into such a few small goals.

I didn't dare to set my goal on the flag at the end of the 40 kilometers away, I only dared to do goal management and break it down into several small goals.

These 100 chapters are my first goal.

The next stop, is chapter 200.

Hopefully, this isn't my marathon alone.

Looking forward to your company.

The poem says:

Cold clouds, deserts, freezing rain, dusk,

The fisherman returned to write about the world.

The market is good to say that it is new and rich,

Pictures love to visit the old kings and grandsons.

Chen paper is full of stories,

The endgame is hooked and sunk.

Sweeping the couch to wait for the guests of San'in,

Xiao Zhai hides a stream of clouds alone.
