Once upon a time, horse-drawn carts carrying tobacco and timber were used in the vast expanses of the American West, and they could be found not only on the main trunk roads of the states, but also between villages, and it seems that we can say that the commodity economy has maintained its enduring vitality despite countless historical changes. A hundred years later, this seemingly eternal trade gave rise to a new form of life, raiding, in which robbers spontaneously formed barrier-like groups to parasitize and absorb nutrients from a civilized society that was completely opposed to them. In the eighteenth century, with the gradual deepening of industrialization, many people were brought under the command of civilization, and the status of the lawless became precarious.
The scales are gradually tilting in favor of the peace......
Perhaps in order to better secure capital, the law-abiding merchants negotiated the construction of trading ports and hired reliable darts to defend against outlaw attacks, a strategy that history has proven to be effective, with the power of one slowly increasing as the power of the other wanes.
In the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries, when the focus of production shifted from the countryside to the cities, and the powerful officials changed from sheriffs to mayors, gangs entered the cities and extorted money from the lower or upper echelons of the city. At the same time, city officials found certain lucrative gangs that used power as a bargaining chip for personal gain.
In this way, civilization and barbarism do not intensify contradictions and wars, but coexist in an indescribable way.
The contradictions are no longer sharp, and the judgment of good and evil is not black and white. The two sides with deep hatred began to exchange olive branches, but we all know that this is not a long-term solution, and we cannot pin our hopes for the future in this temporary balance......
